We had a problem with our pipe that leads into our septic tank. I contacted Miracle Plumbing and spoke with Cesar. After sending a few pictures of the problem, he responded with a time and starting price. I was pleased to know approximately what it would cost to get this fixed. There was no sitting around waiting to see if he would show up on time for our appointment. He was right on time, if not a little early. Fixed our problem within the amount he had estimated. Perfect!! He did a wonderful job and we are so thankful to find a good and honest company! We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs. Miracle plumbing came out on short notice to replace our water heater. It was late in the day, but they stayed to get the job done and my family all got to have warm baths/showers. I've called them back for other repairs and they always did great work.

Regardless of what the business is. He was respectful of my home and treated it as it were his own. The prices for the services needed were more than fair. I also was very impressed of the follow-up after the work was completed. A genuine concern that all was working as expected. I will not hesitate to call this business again when a plumber is needed. The best of the best! Save yourself the time by using this family owned small business. You will be thankful you did!

Had a valve stem replaced in my shower and they charged me a ridiculous price. Give me a break. I'm in the wrong profession making that much money an hour. Repeat business I don't think so. ------ An update to the company response below : I went home from work last night to find a over priced bill for a simple procedure. No one said you didn't provide it up front I just commented it was high. On top of all of that nice are not the guys did not clean up after their work. I had to do it last night when I got home. Your long response below confirms to me you have no idea how to run a business and as far as operating like a big company.... come on give me a break. Steer clear of this company their price does not match their work.

We have been very happy with Miracle Plumbing. Our rental is in St Pete and we are not local.
They went out of their way to help us with a faucet issue and took great care with my renter.

Miracle Plumbing was recommended to us several years ago by a very respected contractor. I have had some unfortuate experiences with very large companies in the past and was so happy to find this company with exceptional plumbing service.

Cesar is extremely knowledgeable, polite, honest and diligent. They always arrive when they say they will, and if there is a delay, Tiffany, in the office, will call or text to inform you.

Miracle Plumbing has replaced all fixtures in 3 of our bathrooms and faucets, sink and garbage disposal in our kitchen, when we were remoldening areas in our home. He also instlled a new tankless water heater and relocated a sink in our garage.
We also had a problem of excessive water collecting in part of our side yard. WE contacted a sprinkler company and the city to try to solve the issue - - Cesar identified the problem with an underground broken water pipe in our NEIGHBORS yard draining underground into ours.

We have rental properties and he has fixed, replaced, updated and installed everything as we have needed them - - - eveything from minor leaks on faucets to replacing old outside plumbing pipes and installing new clean-out drains.

He always explains everything he is doing and is extremely clean and respectful of your home. We are happy knowing we have a very competent plumber we can call for any plubing problem we may have.

Our master bathroom has been nothing but problems since moving in 5 years ago. We have had three different plumbers come in and fix various pieces and parts of the bathroom spending thousands of dollars only to have the same issues return.

It wasn’t until Cesar at Miracle Plumbing came in that things started to improve. Using his leak detection services Cesar was able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem that every other plumber and even our home inspector missed.

The main stack for plumbing in our home was not only cracked but practically severed in half, causing a major leak and damage to the surrounding wall, frame and floor. Cesar not only provided an estimate to resolve this problem once and for all, but he also pointed out that we could use our home owners insurance to cover the restoration costs that would be involved. Those costs ended up being considerably more than the costs to fix the plumbing issues, and we were obviously very grateful for his insights.

While getting new flooring installed we discovered a leak in another bathroom. We immediately called Cesar to take a look. He quickly identified that the issue was a result of improper installation of the wax ring being used on the toilet. A $12 part and proper installation saved not only our new flooring but a lot of headaches down the road.

Cesar is the only plumber we will use now. He has been thorough, professional and extremely fair every time we have used him. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumbing professional that will genuinely care about making you and your home whole again.

I had a worrisome situation with the plumbing in our utility room, a condo that we just bought. Cesar and Sean came out on time, evaluated the situation, and fixed all very efficiently. I have had the good fortune to have found Miracle Plumbing five years ago. Since then, I have had several issues that Cesar has resolved. He is prompt, considerate, honest, and clean when/where he works. I would never consider using anyone else for any plumbing work. Additionally, when I call the office my call is answered promptly, courteously, or I receive a quick return of the call. Both Cesar and Tiffany are superb business people.

*** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!

Very rude over the phone. Would recommend trying elsewhere.

We’re builders/remodelers in South Pinellas County that are very particular with our subcontractors and hold them accountable to the highest standard in their particular trade. We interviewed numerous plumbers for our project in Dunedin, which involved significant amount of work. Cesar of Miracle Plumbing was by far the most professional, knowledgeable & hard-working plumber that came out. During the entire project, Tiffanie of Miracle Plumbing kept us informed and communication was excellent. Miracle Plumbing executed their scope of work above expectations and we look forward to working with them again on another project.

This in response to the owner of the company’s response to my husband James Hill review. The technician Triston and or his helper did not give me a price quote. I did not at any point expect to be hit with a $235.71 bill to change out a simple part that really only took about a half hours worth of work , charged an hour for time taken shutting the main off then Triston having to change direction of shut off because he put it on wrong the first time. Yes, the owner Caesar did call me to check on service only to find out it was in response to my husband’s review, and yes I did mention the price was high and that my husband discovered a coupon online but technician did not mention it to me....but I do see the a have a VIP PRICE for repeat customers....well, ok that was your chance to sharpen your pencil a give the a new customer a reasonable price. But instead you reply to your honest reviews in such a negative way.

We have had both small jobs and large jobs done by Miracle Plumbing, including repipe, snaking sewage line, and installation of a whole house filter. The prices are very reasonable, and the owner, Cesar, is honest, hands on, and ensures that the work is top quality. The repipe required an inspection. The inspector said “wow” quietly several times while he was walking around. Before he left, he turned to me and said, “this work was REALLY well done”. Can’t beat that and everything has worked like a charm since!
