Romo came out to my office to repair a urinal. He was punctual, friendly, informative, and honest. He knocked out the repair quickly and thoroughly explained to me the issue as well as the work performed to resolve it.

I have used Romo's plumbing twice now and they are awesome! I had a leaking tub faucet and they fixed the problem for 1/3 of the cost another plumber quoted me. They are honest and professional. A rare combination these days. They are the only plumbers I will use as long as I live in Seminole. Be sure to give them a call before you call any other service.

I have used Romo Plumbing several times, and I just love doing business with them. Justin is the owner, who I have gotten to know because he is always checking to make sure the jobs are going right and done well. I had Romo's over for a drain that was starting to back up. He sent Zach and Joey over. They got it cleared and running free for an excellent price. Would highly recommend and will use again for an upcoming bathroom remodel.

Romo’s plumbing was able to diagnose and fix a complex leak in my beach condo. This was the first time I’ve called them, the owner personally took time to speak with me and got me on the schedule immediately. They also brought the project in UNDER quoted budget. I want to personally thank Romo for his excellent customer service. First I spoke to him and described the condition and immediately he tried to troubleshoot the issue, just as others had noted. Then we agreed at a time the next day and he was there at exactly that time He evaluated our faucet free of charge and then gave me recommendations on our path forward. Very satisfied as I felt he was looking out for my interest vs trying to make a buck. I have sense shared this experience with two others as they know I expect honesty and integrity and Romo will be my go to plumber in the future. Thanks
Water Pressure in shower was low. I was worried it was going to be a major repair. Malere was on time, my window was 10 to 12 and I think he was here a little after 10. I explained my problem and he went right to work. He explained what was wrong and fixed it. Of course I had questions and he took the time to answer everything. The company was recommended by my Son who had used them previously. I will use them again as I want to update my faucets.
I needed a plumber in Pinellas and chose this company based on Google reviews. Romo and his guys did a great job and even after the job was complete were available for questions and instructions. I will use them again.

Had another plumbing company scheduled who said they don’t work in touch less faucets. Would sell me a new one for $ and install. Faucet simply needed batteries, which Romo talked me through even though he was not making any money and I would be a new customer. Guess I know why they are fully booked. Veey thankful I called as he saved me over $500 for a nee faucet and install charge.
We had an old sump pump in our front yard for pumping off excess water that collects in our driveway during very heavy storms. Romo made an assessment of the type of system that we needed based on the position of our home with regard to our neighbor's run off, the pitch of both our driveway and roof line, and the number of gutter down spouts we have pushing water onto the driveway. The system that Romo recommended and installed is night and day better that what we had. We have had a few storms since the installation and it handles the water removal like I image a commercial system would. The gentlemen that were here daily installing the system were both professional and courteous. I recommend Romo's for any plumbing work you may have, large or small.
Romo's was kind enough to fit me in their schedule to repair my upstairs bathroom toilet at a reasonable cost. Was very pleased with their responsiveness, quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Our condo had two toilets where the tank seals both failed causing the toilets to run constantly forcing me to turn the water off to the toilets. Called Romo Plumbing Saturday night expecting to leave a message. However, a person answered the phone. I explained my issue hoping someone would be able to come out Sunday. The plumber asked me to send pictures of the internal parts of the tank and he would call in the morning to see about scheduling me for Sunday. He called me back right after he got the pictures. He had a possible diagnosis and coached me on how to fix the problem. Which it did. Avoided a service call to me and lost revenue for Romo Plumbing. Honorable. They are now on my call list should a real service call me ever needed.
Romo's plumbing did and excellent job on the work they did at my home. They are very professional and clean and their prices are great and I would recommend Romo's Plumbing to everyone no matter how big or small the job is they are on the job thank you so much Romo's Plumbing for a job well done!!!!!

he called me back and explained what the problem was. He offered to fix it, but explained It was a very simple fix with a $2 part I could get at Home Depot. I did get the part and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Romo was so helpful and did not take advantage of the fact that I did not know how easy the fix was. I will absolutely call Romo next time I need a plumber!

Woke up, showered and water pooled at my feet. Tried flushing shortly thereafter and it wouldn't do it. Called Romo's and they were there within 3 hours and had me up and running 2 hours later (what would truly take another company all day if they'd be able to fix it at all). Word to the wise, do not flush what they call flushable wet wipes. They worked until the job was completely finished and ensured that there would be no hiccups going forward. Thank you Romo's.

I recently had a problem with my toilet. I called Romo's Plumbing and actually got to talk to the owner himself. I told him what the problem was, we set up an appointment for the next day. The crew (Malone and Duante) was here at the appointed time. They were very professional, friendly and conveyed to me not to worry. Everything would be taken care of. What I thought was a minor job turned into a bigger job then I thought and had to be finished the next day as a part they needed was not available on their truck. The next day, Malone returned with Joshua on time and they finished the job. Can't say enough about the guys. They kept me in the loop all the way through the job. The owner even gave me a discount being a senior citizen and the fact the job was more than I anticipated. I would recommend this company, Romo, the owner, and all the guys I had at my home Professionalism at the best! A job well done!!

This company is by far the best I have worked with. They were extremely helpful in solving my immediate problem with my hot water heater. They arrived when the said they would, they were extremely clean; no mess in the home, very professional, very efficient, and offered helpful hints for all life prolonging things to do for extending my other plumbing in the house. I would highly recommend them and it also is great to support our local businesses.

I work for a condo complex and we use Romoplumbing on a frequent basis We are really happy with this work. (hence why we keep calling him back)
Romo's Plumbing (with Zach), did a phenomenal job in assisting our emergency with a stoppage at our home. I know that it was much for them to try and schedule us in their full day and I would have understood if they couldn't.
But they did and that is great service. Please be patient with them if it's not within minutes. You have to understand that plumbers (and electricians, appliance repair persons and any one who provides at home services) do have full schedules and everyone of their people are already on calls, so if they can get to you within the day, consider yourself fortunate.
They are professional and talk you through what they are doing. Zach is great at what he does. Kind and respectful. Something I feel sometimes is lost in a service orientation position. Thank you Romo for your services. You are saved in our favorites.

I called Romo's Plumbing for some plumbing services today. From my first call and through the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The women that answered my call, and took down my details, had great customer service skills, and made my call feel welcomed. Romo called me shortly thereafter, to confirm my details of my needs, he was very customer focused and friendly, he gave me a estimated price for diagnosis, and a technician was out within a few hours to assess my needs. Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his assessment and recommended a plan of action.. The cost was fair and everything was done super quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Customer service was excellent. They made me feel like a family member and not just a customer or client.

Things always seem to fall apart at my elderly father's house between my visits and this time was no exception over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A new leak had sprung up under the kitchen sink and father's efforts to fix only made things worse. I called Romo based on his proximity and ratings - he did not disappoint. Though he was swamped over the holiday, he got someone out within two days (given the non emergency nature of things). In addition to the leak, his team took care of a long laundry list of related needs - a second leak in the guestroom bathroom, changing of outdoor spigots and washer connections, and replacement of piping that had been in place since the house was built in 1969. Romo was VERY responsive, honest in his assessment that needed to be done and he even installed a super high quality filter at no additional cost. I have him on speed dial for the inevitable next time his services will be required.

We are so blessed to know Romo's Plumbing. Justin and Malone were beyond incredible to work with. They helped my mom who is in cancer treatment and stepdad, both of whom just had major surgeries and my stepdad was in ICU most of last week for another emergency. While in the hospital, the kitchen sink in the condo fell apart from a heavy, rattling garbage disposal that had been leaking for months, and my mother was resorting to using the bathroom sink for dishes and cooking. I’m very thankful for Justin (Romo) and everyone at Romo’s Plumbing.
I had a hot water slab leak at my house. Justin recommended me to have the company Leak Tracker come out and pinpoint the leak. Once that was done Justin was great at getting me through the rest of the process. Gave me a couple of options to choose from, and the proper advice needed for each option.
He was able to fix the leak for me and get my house back to normal.

Justin and crew have done many various jobs for me over the last few years and they are always done very well and with a very professional attitude. Any time we have a plumbing issue on property, the answer is to “call Justin.” The whole Romo’s staff has always been very conscientious and respectful and I plan to continue to “call Justin” whenever we have a problem.
Romo the owner will be very nice at first when bidding the job or trying to get your business but when it comes down to it he is just another money hungry contractor that cannot be trusted. I will never use Romo's Plumbing ever again as he has delayed my project for months now and refuses to sign a change of contractor permit form so another contractor can get the job done. Now new permits have to be pulled and further delaying my job. He even went as far as to call the city and report my GC for operating without a permit the day he cancelled his permit. Just a total scumbag move and he is salty because we pulled him from the job.
Please be aware when hiring this plumber that he is not trustworthy, will overcharge you for work and not complete the job at the slightest sign of a change of plans or resistance.

We had an issue with our tenant's water pressure and there was someone out the next morning right on time, found and fixed the issue, all within an hour. We also used them for a tankless water heater installation and they were great. Romo and his crew truly do amazing work and are so friendly and professional, we won't be calling anyone else but Romo's!

I had some issues with a water softener for a few months and couldn’t find a service provider that could address the concerns. I called Romo and he brought in a specialist that diagnosed the issue within minutes and once the parts arrived they were able to repair the machine within a half hour. I wish all of my service experiences were this good. Many thanks to the courteous, timely and competent pros at Romo.

Had a leak from 3rd floor bathroom into the kitchen. They came out same day and checked everything till they were sure it was toilet and didn't cut into my walls to look like other companies do when not needed. Replaced wax ring under toilet and leak is gone. Will use again.

Leaking shower faucet. Called and have no availability this week and only end of next week.
Have used Romo's several times in the past. We called about a leak in master bathroom. They came out same day. Luckily it wasn't anything too major, but found it and fixed it immediately. Plus, our ac wasn't working at the time and it was extremely hot in the house. Felt sorry for them. They did a great job. Highly recommend Romo's!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Romo himself came out to the house and fixed my disposal. He even taught me a few things about how to keep it clean. I will definitely be using them in the future and for any recommendations!

I can't recommend Romo's plumbing enough. We have called Romo on a few occasions since we moved to Clearwater about 2.5 years ago, and his service has always been professional, friendly, and prompt. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and he worked the schedule around to get us in ASAP (thank you, Angie!). The crew he sent out were friendly and respectful of my home and my time. I love that they show you/teach you some plumbing basics throughout their services so you can troubleshoot minor things along the way as well. This is a great family-run business to spend your money with!

Romo's Plumbing & A/C is very fair priced and very, very honest. The jobs they have done for us, both plumbing & air conditioning, have been done correctly & in a very timely manner.
We would never use or trust anyone else. We tell them where the house key is. They go in, do the job, clean up & lock the door when they leave. We never worry.

Zach from Romo Plumbing showed up first thing this morning. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and repaired our toilet and our slow draining sink! Prompt, professional and courteous ! Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Had Dustin and Zack for a plumbing issue and they both did a great job and helped explain what was going wrong with the toilet/plumbing and what they needed to fix before they fixed it. Justin helped us out with a leaking toilet. He told me how to test and check to see if it was leaking through the flapper. Come to find out from that test all I needed to do was shorten the fill tube and it was fixed! Justin is awesome and is very knowledgeable. If you need a great company that's doing it right, give them a call!!

The best in the area. Came home from vacation to a leaking shut off valve outside of house. Called Romo and he let me know what might be issue and how to remedy it. His advice was correct. Could have easily sent someone and charged whatever the charge and it being a very simple fix. Tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this company.

I have used Romo's on multiple occasions and wouldn't use anyone else. Their team is all fantastic, but the brightest star on the team is most certainly the owner himself. As a building inspector, I see all sorts of Professionals come and go. I have worked with every plumber in the book. The only company I call to check the work of the other companies, is Romo's. I stake my reputation on it.
