The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

These plumbers are very professional and detail oriented. I needed a leak to be fixed. The leak detector company I called, unfortunately didn't locate the correct spot were the leak was. After Andy and his team had jackhammered a hole in my floor, they realized the leak wasn't there. He recommended to call a leak detector company he had used before and they detected the exact location of the leak in a very short time! Andy and his team then proceeded to fix the leak, jackhammering again the cement under the carpet floor. They had to take out a lot of dirt and work mostly in the water. I was impressed by how clean and professionally they worked. The place was spotless after they left, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them!

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband was out of town and I had a plumbing emergency. Honestly have never had to call a plumber before bc my husband can fix anything/everything. I found a recommendation for this company on the I Love St. Pete Facebook group. It was a Saturday, and I was sure they wouldn't come out but they did! Tyler was the technician and he was excellent. Fixed my issue in less than an hour and explained everything to me. My compliments on the emailed invoice, which included pictures and lots of detail. Highly recommend this excellent local company.

Mike from McGill Plumbing installed a garbage disposal for us today. He was prompt, courteous and extremely neat. He worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that if we were not present, you would never know he was there. We highly recommend Mike L. and McGill Plumbing. Awesome job!!

The only thing I can say is wow! From the point of first contact, I knew I was in good hands. Eli and his team accommodated my tight schedule and fit me in, when they could’ve made me wait; as I declined the original install time. I was given upfront pricing, no haggle, no games. Quality work, professional and friendly. I was impressed that Antonio had high standards for his work. He checked and rechecked to be sure that the water heater was installed correctly and working properly. He was very respectful of my home—-not causing any mess or unnecessary repairs even though the location for the water heater is difficult to access. Also, weeks later, when I had other issues in my home while remodeling, on 2 separate occasions, he took the time to provide referrals to other quality professionals. I appreciate both the work ethic and the helpfulness. I highly recommend this company!

This is the 3rd company to come out and assess our gas leak. Charles and his partner were professional, knowledgeable and straight to the point. I felt very comfortable and at ease moving forward with them. They used different methods to detect the leak and within a couple of hours they found it.
