We have used Clog Kings a few times when needed in past two years. Diagnosis quick, accurate and at a more than fair cost. Clog Kings our 'go to' for plumbing needs. Job done right and affordable.

My main sewer line was clogged so after carefully researching the many different plumbing services, I chanced upon Clog Kings and saw all of the amazing reviews so I gave them a call at 8am the next day and spoke with Justin who was calm and polite. He sent Josh out to my house within half an hour and the clog was fixed by 9am! I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants fast, affordable and friendly service :)

Josh was wonderful. When he came out to look at my water heater he explained everything in detail and gave me the quote to replace it. He was on time and always called when he was 10 minutes out. He went into detail what he was doing and was very courteous and professional. He always kept me up to date on everything as he was replacing it. I would definitely use them again.

Its hard to find fast efficient service and to walk away happy when it comes to home repairs, however Mick from Clog Kings and Clog Kings support staff made it happen for us. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had using Clog Kings. Antonio and Ry were both VERY knowledgeable and professional. The response time from both my original call to the dispatch and subsequently their call to me was incredibly fast. They worked really quickly and stayed until the job was completed (it was a much bigger job than we originally thought it would be). Also, after consulting with a friend who owns a plumbing business on the East coast, I would consider their pricing to be VERY fair. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if have any plumbing issues! Thanks guys!

These guys were great. Even when issues arose that were not expected, they stayed within a reasonable quote that was far under that of what others would have been. They cleared a clog, installed a clean-out and acid washed out pipes so that we have adequate drainage again. Extremely professional group of people. I plan on using them again for any future needs.

I gave them 5 stars for a reason. They earned it. I just recently signed up with Duke Energy Home Protection, which covers plumbing. My toilet clogged up. They were able to come out the same day and fixed it. It was a crew of 2 guys. Both were extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very friendly. I highly recommend Clog Kings Plumbing.

It's refreshing to see a company that's advertises 24 hour service and actually answers the phone when called. They provided a time the plumber Andrew would called and be at my home. While checking our drainage system it was determined to be a city issue. Andrew took the time to call the city and report the issue and requested the city come out the same night. Thank you Andrew

Jame came out within days of requesting service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I had. He took the time to explain things to me in leimans terms and made sure I understood. He also did another small replacement that I had been meaning to get around to for me while he was here. He also gave me several references he uses for other projects I have in my home. My only complaint is I had to reach out to him several times about when he would be coming and he gave me about an hours notice. Outside of that I am very pleased with Clog Kings and will be using them in the future!

I could not be more pleased!!! The fantastic Google reviews led me to Clog Kings when I messed up and killed my garbage disposal.The person in the office that answered the phone when I called could not have been nicer!! I did not get her name, but she was awesome!! She answered all of my questions and told me that she would have a technician call me as soon as they were available. I got a call the next morning letting me know that I was on their list and that they would be by as soon as possible. When Antonio and his co-worker showed up, they were very professional and incredibly kind. They did not even judge the fact that the garbage disposal issues were all my own doing! :-) They fixed the problem in no time at all -- I was shocked that it wasn't broken!!! They explained what they did and how I can troubleshoot going forward. I could not be more pleased!! The price was exactly what the lovely lady at the office estimated when I called the day before and asked for an estimate. Price was very fair and within my meager budget. I hope to not need a plumber again, but if I do I definitely know who I am going to call. Top notch service!!!!!!

Clog Kings is an honest, responsive, and cost-competitive company that does great work. Plain and simple.Called them about a toilet repair. They explained their fee schedule/rates up front, without prompting, and were able to get someone out to me within a few hours. My plumber, Anthony, was great! I appreciated how he talked me through what he was doing and, when he found an issue, gave me a range of solutions and was honest about their varying costs/intrusiveness. I'm planning to remodel, so in the end, we decided on the least intrusive fix for now (no ripping up tile!) and he was able to complete that and my original request within an hour. He also let me know what I would need to fix when I remodel and why, simply to help me be informed. I would give him 10 stars if I could!Going forward, these are my go-to plumbers for everything!

First time calling this company and boy I am very happy I did. Justin came to the rescue. We got a new fridge with a water/ice maker and never had a waterline installed. Our fridge is in a weird spot in our kitchen so you cannot go to the sink for the waterline. Not a problem for Justin, he looked around and planned out a great alternative and it worked wonderfully! I had another company come before him and they said it could not be done and if they could do it, the cost would be upwards $1000! Its good to shop and I am glad I did, I will be calling Clog King plumbing first going forward, not only because of the great quote I got, but mainly because of the professionalism their employee Justin gave me. Antonio was amazing! We had a clog that caused our tub and toilet to overflow with water. Antonio helped us through and got it unclogged. Excellent customer service and he saved us so much time!

First Don’t panic call Clog Kings.When our house started to back up we really didn’t know who to call, problems always happen on a late Friday. I went to reviews and I can say the reviews are real. I called Clog Kings. Jason arrived within a couple hours. He diagnosed problem of being a total main backup. Our house built in 1950 he had to get on the roof to clear main drain. Jason did an excellent job. We will use Clog Kings for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Finally a plumber that knows his stuff!! I called Clog Kings after bad experiences over the same issue. I decided to try Clog Kings because of their high reviews on Google. Brishaun came out and fixed my running toilet once and for all. He is professional, easy to work with, but most importantly- knows plumbing! I called Clog Kings yesterday for a leaking kitchen sink and Brishaun installed a new one today. Once again a 100% great experience. I highly recommend Brishaun and Clog Kings.

I meant to leave a review on this company ( and forgot 🙄)… they installed a new dishwasher for me a couple months ago, and I was beyond impressed!!! Caring, pleasant, knowledgeable people!!! This kind of service barely exists anymore!!! I just called back and had a question about installing a alkaline water system for me. Technician called me back within 5 minutes asking me to send him pictures and he will figure it out!!!! WOW!!!

I've used Clog Kings 4 times now, each time they have been professional, courteous and did an amazing job in the shortest time possible while maintaining their high professional standards. As a personal shout out, Justin is the King for sure, a true professional at his trade. We have a reoccurring drain issue (more so the design) and every so often we need to enlist Clog Kings to come and assist. We had an emergency on a Sunday, Justin advised a couple of hours, texted when on way and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Knowing you can trust a company is the most important aspect, the Clog Kings team in my opinion are always on point!

James K responded immediately. I received a call where he troubleshooted the issue immediately, made sure the house was safe from water leaking. By the end of the day, I had a new hot water heater. Installed, cleaned and left a happy customer. Would recommend to anyone. AND James was extremely nice and professional. He tolerated all my silly questions. Thank you Clog Kings.

Clog Kings knowledge and customer service can't be beaten! James was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on what was going on with our sink. It was refreshing to actually know what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. The value for the service is exceptional as well. I wouldn't use any other plumbing company and have already referred James/Clog Kings to family and friends.

My first experience with Clog Kings was during the night when wet carpet was discovered in the bedroom and I went looking for a 24/7 plumber. Justin was able to walk me through what needed to be done without having to have someone out immediately. When home issues come up, that by itself is stressful enough, let alone having to find someone you can trust to come fix the issue. This company is very professional and knows the value of great customer service. I have used them at least 4 times for various plumbing jobs and they never disappoint. The person in the office who answers the phone is very knowledgeable. She told me that she didn’t have anyone available until after hours but would try to accommodate me if something opened up. Luckily, that happened. Kenny and Phil were assigned to the job and they did a fantastic job of communicating what the potential outlook could be and the approximate pricing depending on the job. They took great care to fix the problem and return things to the way they looked and worked before. Jason provided exceptional service in his after-hours call to our house. He was quick to return our phone call, showed up at our home on time and unclogged the main line to our house returning two toilets, one tub and one shower back into service. Justin was very friendly and responsive. He accidentally scheduling a water heater replacement on memorial day thinking it wasn't a holiday. Neither of us caught it. He then called the night before profusely apologizing that the warehouse was closed. He said if I can make it work I will. He did just that. He can in the afternoon on the holiday and replaced our water heater. We were so thankful after going 3 days without water. We will definitely use them again.

I have used Klog Kings on several occasions at both my old home and newer one. They make every effort to come out as soon as possible and are quick to respond back and forth before, during, and after their work. I have had a great experience with all the plumbers on the several jobs I’ve had done, and just recently Adam and Kenny came last minute to fix kitchen pipes before a new cabinet install. They were very efficient and professional. Calling the office was also very easy- very nice and professional.

As my other half and I where trying to attach a spigot in the backyard my entire pipe busted in half.🙄 Called Clog Kings, after reading their reviews, and was very happy I did. Andrew and Jack did a phenomenal job replacing and rerouting our entire sewer line, even working around tree roots where possible. It was a particularly difficult job and they managed it wonderfully.Really nice fellows and professional workers. Would recommend them to anyone in need of sewer line replacement.

We had two toilets installed, a garbage disposal and had a portable ice maker hooked up to a water line. From the time we agreed to the price he was right back with parts and was working. Everything was done to more than satisfaction and cleaned up no messes left. We have a large project in the future and will be calling them first for the estimate.

EXCELLENT 5 STAR SERVICE!! A year ago, I had originally called someone to give me information on a tankless water heater. I appreciated the info and I kept them in mind. Tonight, our water line broke and we had NO water to the house. There are 6 people living in our home with 3 dogs and 2 cats - not having water would have been a disaster! I frantically called ClogKings around 8pm and someone called me back. Anthony showed up just after 9pm and stayed until the problem was fixed. In conversation, we found out that he had been working since 6am. That's dedication!! I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE HAVING PLUMBING ISSUES. He worked after hours for an hour and a half when he could have been home. He had to weld and drill to fix the pipe. I was expecting a crazy high bill...it was around $300. That is excellent for LAST minute service so late at night!! Thank you!!!

The water softener quit working and causing a leak. Justin diagnosed the problem quickly and told me what the options were. Decided to remove the water softener but kept the plumbing there for it. He also hauled it away! He did this in less than 2 hours. Honest, polite and very knowledgeable. I would refer Justin to everyone! I will use him again when I need an honest plumber!

I have used Clog Kings a number of times. Each person I’ve dealt with has been so helpful and professional. Justin has been wonderful, and most recently Antonio helped me out with an issue and took the time to call me, walk me through things and then texted me pictures of things he was explaining. Even the person I spoke with on the after hours line was friendly and helpful! I wish more businesses were like Clog Kings!

They kept me in the loop the whole way. They did what they said they were going to do for the price quoted, worked carefullyand accurately, were respectful . Their work is high quality. They did the whole job right down to filling in the holes made from replacing drain lines, also did the concrete work to complete the job. I had a kitchen clog that Draino and running a snake on my own could not resolve, leaving my kitchen sink full of water. Clog Kings came out within about an hour and cleaned out my line. Justin cleaned the line at the top of the house and the line under the sink. He was personable and quick, cleaning as he went and patiently answering all of my questions. Best of all, the price was right! He also recommended additional services to help prevent future clogging issues. Clog Kings is my new plumber! Highly recommended!

My issue was diagnosed over the phone and Adam gave a fair quote based on what was said and showed through pics. Much cheaper than other quotes. However I received Mike who was a real down to Earth guy with also fair pricing. We did have an issue being that my AC went out and he offered to pay any damages that may have occurred however it turns out it just reset itself due to the vibrations of the cutting into the copper. In the end Mike gave us a fair price and truly was joy to have. Friendly with everybody including children that we were trying to not distract him. I plan to make this gentleman a regular repairman option for any future plumbing jobs needed! Thanks guys!

Couldn't be happier with the service we had today! The price was surprisingly affordable and fair. I was worried because you hear horror stories of what plumbers charge but I was pleasantly surprised! James was super friendly, knowledge, and efficient. He also was very patient and nice to my kitty who was very interested in what he was doing and trying to help the whole time. Me and Ringo-Dingo really appreciate it! 😺 Haha

(Late post from July) We needed a shower/tub valve replaced, as well as some piping due to leaking in one of our bathrooms. Contacted Clog Kings on Friday, Antonio and Lewis showed up within the hour to give us an estimate. We then scheduled for repairs to be performed on Tuesday (as this was not an emergency situation). Both gentlemen showed up today on time and were extremely professional, friendly and kind! Everything ran smoothly and we could not be happier with the job they did or the service we received! I went through a list of plumbers before being fortunate enough to find Clog Kings, and they came out far superior in terms of customer service, creative problem solving and fair pricing. No price gouging or ridiculous unexplained rates here. We had our whole house re-piped, installed a while house filter and a tankless water heater and recirc pump and under sink filtration. From start to finish, Brandon and Chris were extremely professional and communicative. And Brandon more than once thought outside the box to come up with creative solutions that worked. They did the job. Would I hire them again... probably not. They were a little sloppy with my install, drilling and extra hole that I'm left to fill after they are gone. The water lines they ran should look like artwork but looks more like I did it myself. They also under bid the job by several hundred dollars. For 3 days I wasted $100 in draino and tools that did not work. Clog king gave me a phone quote of $165 which was higher than several other local ads, but they have perfect 100% reviews so I chose to try them. And I found out why as Kenny came out with the right toilet auger and in less than 5min he got to the blockage and freed up the pipes. He immediately told me the price would only be $115 since he was able to get it so fast and didn't have to break out more intense tools. Very professional from the receptionist to the calls from the service crew. I was happy to pay a bit more and know I'm not gonna have any problems with this place. I just want to say Jack was awesome. I called several companies and Clog Kings was by far the best. Not only did they came to fix the issue but offered several options on how to fix the issue. Since I purchased my home, I had a bad clog due to grout my contractor dropped in the sink lines. I was looking at a $2k repair bill. But Jack looked at several options (water jetting, acid, etc) before he wanted to consider digging up the sewer lines. Thank God the strategy worked out. Most companies only want to come out and dig up and charge an arm and leg. But Jack took his time and resolved the issue in a methodical way. He also charged me a very fair price for the work. The company called me to tell me an hour time frame and they were well in it. They had a great price for a camera inspection and auger clean out (which was much needed as we have had another company out 3 times since September after just buying a home). They had different options to help counter our oxidation issue and proof of what they found during the camera inspection. The guys that came out were personable and respectful. End the end one option was a new sewer and although not what we wanted to hear we really felt they did a good job while they were out. Not sure when we will be able to get to it but we will be calling them back.

AMAZING!!!!! We purchased our new home about 5 months ago and almost immediately began having issues with clogs & back ups. We had the drain snaked a few times but it didn't stay clear very long. We called Clog Kings & Joey responded with his special camera system to check where the issues were. My husband & I watched the camera screen and were horrified to see how damaged the pipe was. It was clear the entire line needed to be replaced as it was totally falling apart. I called Clog Kings when my garbage disposal backed up; I had no personal references and just saw the great reviews online. Justin came out after hours to resolve a clogged garbage disposal and was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. We had a clog in the main drain pipe at our house in Clearwater. Clog Kings responded quickly and efficiently. They cleared the clog, and while they were there they replaced a damaged spigot.They also replaced a bathroom faucet that was corroded onto the countertop. This required some replacement of copper pipe, but now I'm confident that my rental property in St. Petersburg was property repaired and in good shape.

We were experiencing backed up drains. After a call to Clog Kings they first offered how to deal with the situation on our own. Unfortunately the problem was more serious and required a service call. We received a call from technician Zechariah and he setup an appointment for us. Zechariah let us know he would call 30 mins prior to our appointment to let us know when he was on his way. He did and showed up promptly. He was a super nice guy and resolved our problem in short time. We used this business to have an old sink and counter ripped out, and a new sink installed in a bathroom. All aspects of service from the estimate visit with Antonio to service from Jack and Andrew were exceptional! Pricing was fair and the gents who came out do perform the job were professional, courteous and worked very hard to properly position the sink for my family member who uses a wheelchair. It was not an easy job to say the least but they made sure to do it right, I cannot say how much I appreciate it! We definitely have their number for any future needs.

I cant say enough great things about Clog Kings! We live in an older house and the pipes have backed up twice now (of course on a weekend!) Both times, very nice and professional plumbers were at our house in like an hour. They were very knowledgeable, explained to us what’s happening and the different options to fix it. Since it was off hours, we were expecting it to be very costly - but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices are. While I was washing dishes I experienced a flood of water come out from under the cabinets under the sink. Turns out it was a cracked copper pipe. I called Clog Kings (2nd time using them!) and Andrew arrived at 2:30pm and worked tirelessly through the evening hours until the job was done. He ran into a hiccup because the PVC pipe was too large so he had to move more pipes around to make it fit. After a Home Depot run, he returned within an hour. He did not get lazy the longer the job became or the later it got. He showed no signs of tiring which amazed me for sure! My husband was out of town for work and I was here with him in my kitchen most of the day with my 8 and 9 year olds. My son was his assistant for parts of the job. The kids loved watching him work. They even asked if he was coming out the next day with the disaster clean up team. When I said unfortunately no, they both whined in unison. lol The disaster clean up team Clog Kings works with are really great and were scheduled immediately for the next day. I'll be sure to leave them a review once their job is complete. I currently have dehumidifiers in my house drying out all the water! At the end of the job with Clog Kings, Andrew taped up the area tightly to prevent any unwanted crawlers from getting through during the night. He cleaned up his entire mess AND even helped me take the Christmas tree to the curb for pick up the next day! FULL SERVICE! I'm so happy I found this team of hard working plumbers. I had used Clog Kings once before a few weeks prior to this pipe incident. During that time Antonio came out. I had a backed up toilet / bath that two plumbers in the same month could not fix aside from the typical snaking. Antonio found that the clean out in front of my house had sentiment build up and was clogging more often due to the bottleneck. He and a teammate came out at night to snake the drain and came back out a few days later to redo the clean out. I am so happy I found these guys! All the reviews you read here are true! You get their real cell phone numbers and not a call center. They work their butts off with great communication and offer real results at reasonable prices. Big jobs or small, call these guys! P.S. Brishaun and Antonio, Heroes from Clog King Plumbing, spend 2 days in this sweltering heat, digging up yards and yards of soil in the backyard and cutting through 30 ft of 6 inch patio concrete, to remove collapsed orange-burg sewer pipe. Recently I’ve been having multiple back ups in my bathroom and even my kitchen. I’ve had multiple companies come out here to address the issue and everyone said something different. With none finding a permanent solution. So I called Clog Kings, they came out very quickly, within 24hrs of my call. Antonio Alicea performed plumbing work for me today changing a handle on my hot water tank. I live in a condo and the water to the whole condo was off. I was scheduled for 10am plumber fell behind on first job. Call to get ETA for plumber the receptionist was good at rerouting my time to another plumber. Overall great service the second plumber was on time which was only a hour off. I think his name was Matthew, he was on time and finished up within the hour. He also cleaned up after himself. Roots growing in our pipes had our toilet blocked up solid. After our last plumber's failed attempt to rid the all the roots from the drain,the problem would reoccur annually ! We had a toilet clog that I could not clear with a plunger or snake, so called Clog Kings around 10am and they told me Mike could be out around 1pm. At 1pm Mike called to tell me he was just finishing up his previous job and would be there in 20 minutes.... and sure enough, he was.Mike is a super nice guy and went the extra mile to make sure everything was really cleared out. He started on the roof from the vent, but that didn't fix it, so he had to pull the toilet to snake from there, and he still wasn't sure it totally clear so went to his truck to get more cable to go in even farther. Then, he cleaned up nicely, and the bill was just what they had told me it would be on the phone.I can't imagine a better experience to solve a nasty little problem. Mick Rust was the technician that worked on my project. The project consisted of a complete replacement of the sewer drainage system to the point of connection at the street. We had a collapsed sewer pipe. And Antonio came out on a holiday weekend with no questions asked. He started repairing it right away. However the water table wasn't real deep they ran into water problems. Then it rained every day the more they dug the worse it got. But Antonio crew was super professional and was there everyday doing what they could . So the neighbor has a cracked in the county pipe now. The county came out and ran cameras to find it and stated who ever did your sewer line did an A+ job. One of the best they have seen. So I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems... two thumbs up to Antonio's crew. And my pink shirt princess. Lol

Even though it turned out not to be a problem with our water heater (it was a slab leak under the water heater) the water heater needed to be removed and reinstalled because of the slab leak. Justin did his best to clear time on his schedule so we could have the tank re-installed promptly and we could have hot water again. Highly recommend.

I tried replacing the cartridge to my shower. youtube made it look like it can be changed in about 5 minutes. after a half an hour of trying to remove the cartridge, I gave up before Causing catastrophic damage caused by lime scale freezing the cartrige in place.. I passed on a previous 24/7 plumbing service that I had used before for a different issue and found Clog Kings. It was Sunday night and Andrew came to the rescue. he is professional, quick(which I like when you are paying off hour rates) and most of all a great positive guy. He fixed the problem and then some, and i won't hesitate to use Clog King in the Future.

So Google doesn't allow for multiple reviews by the same person so I'll just piggy back off my previous one.After a first great experience, I called Clog Kings again to help me install a bath tub spout. The job proved a more complicated than normal because of the extra long spout that was needed for my tub. However, the finished job was excellent and it made my day. My technician Kenny, was great! I would like to sincerely thank the awesome Clog King Team that worked on a difficult situation on our home. The team came out to our home 2 times to try and unclog what we initially that was a grease clog, however it turns out that a pipe was crushed under the home along with tree roots growing inside the pipes. Clog King Professionals were there from noon to dusk and fixed the issue. It was a very long HOT day and they stayed until it was fixed. Had an issue with our water softener clogging water lines. They got me on their schedule even though it was full. Justin was a terrific young man. Very polite, knowledgeable and able to make sure everything was working correctly in a very timely manner. We will need a new one installed and will definitely have him back to do the job. Whole house was clogged up. Nothing was draining. Called at 8pm and they had it fixed and were gone by 9pm when everyone else I called couldn’t even get to me until 10pm or later. We woke up to our house flooded. I called Clog Kings and Kenny came 1 hour later and fixed the problem. He was very efficient.One month later, leak we thought around bathtub. Kenny had us do leak detection and they found a leaking pipe underground. We called Kenny back and he came right away and fixed that pipe. Kenny is honest and very efficient. Mark came by and was wonderful. I just bought this home 15 days ago and started having plumbing issues with both of the toilets clogging and my shower cartridge failing (cold showers!!!). He arrived to the house 15 minutes early (got here before me) and was kind enough to wait and did not start the clock until he began (honesty!!). He made sure my cats did not escape the house when he was coming in and out. One toilet had fecal matter in it and he went as far as cleaning up a bit (is he married?) I bought a house about six months ago. One of my bathrooms shower started backing up. Called out my friends rooter guy who has a camera , to put down in the sewer line to check for problems and get it cleaned out. He gave me the worse news possible!! I talked to 2 other plumbers before James K stopped over to discuss removing my old 40 gallon gas water heater from my kitchen and upgrading to a tankless unit relocated in the garage. James was very patient and spent a lot of time asking questions and making suggestions to be sure he knew exactly what I wanted. This was a major project that required a LOT of plumbing and a new gas line run, as well as cutting a hole through concrete block to run the exhaust and intake pipe. James is very passionate about his work and I knew after 5 minutes of talking to him that Clog Kings was my choice. They are a newer company but have assembled a team of experienced people and the quality speaks to that fact. Today James and Josh spent most of the day here doing the work. They were meticulous and worked very well as a team making sure everything was done just so. They also took the time to correct a couple of really shoddy things that previous plumbers had done to my house over the years. I’m very pleased. The day before Thanksgiving we needed someone to install a faucet since ours broke. We called Drain King and they wanted $800 then dropped the price to $500. I thought that was a con job so I called all over Tampa and most places wanted to come out on Thanksgiving and charge the holiday rate. I just so happened to call Clog Kings and they said they were full but would try. The person on the phone said she would try and get someone and she would call me back. Sure enough not only did she call back, but she found someone on her team to come to our house. They were prompt and installed the sink for $150.00!! My husband asked them if we needed a new garbage disposal because Drain King said we needed one and they were honest and told us we didn't need it. Brandon and Antonio were extremely professional and were very honest. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Clog Kings!! I know we will use them again!!

I have used Clog Kings several times for my beach condos and they are awesome.

My bathroom was clogged and I wasn't sure which company my husband normally called for the home plumbing. So I call roto rooter who came out and informed me that they did not climb on the roof to clear drainage issues and that they would go through the toilet and it would cost close to $600. I Called my husband and he told me he normally calls clog kings and he called and set up an appointment they were out to the house in no time at all. The tech knocked and asked about the problem went up to the roof and then came and checked that everything was good in the bathroom. This took I would say no more than ten minutes to fix and charge just $180. I greatly appreciated the quick and professional service. I am on chemo medication and unable to work so I really appreciated the cost and the job done. Will only use clog king for any future issues and will definitely recommend.

I called Clog Kings the morning that much of Florida was being asked to evacuate due to hurricane Ian. Those of us that were not evacuating, were preparing for a heck of a storm. Andrew showed up just a couple of hours later. I was actually surprised that I was even able to get anyone to come out that day. He was very nice, very professional, and uncloged my toilet quickly for a great price.Later that day I noticed that the toilet was still slow again. I called Andrew back and he was preparing for the storm as he should have been. He said he would get back to me after the storm had passed and he did so promptly. Very greedy company ! I used Clog Kings recently, this company is not truthful about their price. I was told by the plumber name Adam, if the job is done within one hour, it will be $165. The job was done within 30 minutes. Surprisingly he bumped his price up to $309 ! I was not ready to pay extra $144 for no reason/ no prior discussion of this extra charges. Finally I was forced to pay them $265. I told them I will pay you what you want but I will mention my experience with your company in my review. Therefore, I am writing this review for innocent people out there to read. Don't let them ripped you off like they did to me.Mr. Owner I was not informed that your price goes up at night or as per level of need ! I would have not used your company if the price was mentioned upfront. You were not there to hear our conversation,so you don't know. I have found another company who has 24 hours service with no changes in price, day time and night time price is all the same. I am just expressing my experience and how I feel here. If the conversation is recorded as you said, why don't you post it up. So everyone can know who is a liar!....

Clog Kings installed two washer water valves replacing my 30 year old valves. Called Wednesday morning they said they could be there Friday morning. This is the best plumbing company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Matt and Anthony were great to work with! I called Matt mid morning on a Sunday as my pipes were backing up horribly into my showers and sinks. They were courteous, understanding, informative, patient, quick and very down to earth: Anthony walked me through all the possibilities of what could be causing the back up (has happened multiple times lately) and the solutions that we can try to determine the issue and what it would take to fix each issue. I scheduled them to come back out during regular hours and put a camera through so we can determine the cause and move from there. Anthony was extremely patient with my kids, took his time to explain everything to me, and provided top notch service. I am so happy to have found a plumber that I can use from now on! We enlisted the assistance of Clog Kings to replace our water heater and found them to be extremely polished, professional and genuinely/adamantly focused on customer service. They were able to replace our water heater in less than a few hours and did so in a fashion that left almost no trace they were even there.They also went in to detail explaining the cause of our ongoing issues and offered recommendations as to how to prevent such problems in the future. We found great comfort in knowing that they were there not to just do the job, but to serve as a trusted advisor.I know they’ll be the first call we make if we ever have any questions or issues in the future.

I called them in the evening and someone picked right up. It was not an emergency as my garbage disposal was not working. They got back to me the next day with a scheduled appointment and Jack visited the house. He was very courteous and polite. It was a fair price for a great job. Today, as with most projects, we were having a new washer/dryer installed and things didn't go as planned. When removing the old hose which had rusted to the spigot, the entire spigot assembly literally twisted off the pipe inside the wall...In a panic, we yelped for a plumber and chose Clog Kings because of their location and availability (this happened at 3:30pm). About an hour later, Justin called to let me know he'd be here at 5:30. Exactly -- to the minute -- on time, he pulls up and starts working.My wife and I truly appreciated his level of professionalism, his expertise, and his speedy, no-nonsense service which had both valves replaced and working perfectly in an hour... We could not be more pleased.

Antonio Alicea was nothing short of amazing! He came in to our real estate office that was literally raining inside. He called for leak detection, and disaster recovery as he knew that the scope of my water issues were large and needed special attention He worked diligently over the next 5 hours to find the source, stop the water and fix the offending drain! I purchased 2 new toilets and called up Clog Kings, LLC, to see how much it would cost for the installation and removal of 2 toilets. I scheduled after determining that their services are fairly priced. The plumber, Anthony, was punctual and kept me informed every step of the way. I won't forget that he went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done properly. If I need plumbing services in the future, I'll be sure to reach out to these guys again.

Needed help clearing a clogged drain in a bathtub. I had tried unsuccessfully for several hours to clear it myself. Based on the reviews I called Clog Kings for help. Jack came over and cleared it in a short time. I was impressed so asked him to come back another day to replace the main water shut off valve to the house which would only turn part way. This valve was original to the home from 1960. At the same time I asked him to replace the out door spigot. He did a great job on both. Wasn't getting any hot water in the shower. I again asked Jack to come back and he replaced the heating elements & thermostats. An hour later hot water in the shower. Jack was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and has an excellent work ethic. I won't hesitate to call Jack/Clog Kings if I have any other plumbing problems.

I was very pleased with the work and thoroughness of JACK that replaced our hot water heater. I called in my issue in the morning and was told someone would arrive in the afternoon. Based on my initial call I was expecting him to diagnose the issue and schedule to do the work later. JACK arrived around 2ish and determined we needed a new hot water heater. He worked on it until after 6pm….. all with a happy work ethic. At my request he returned 2 days later and tweaked things to my satisfaction. Interesting to note, when I called him he told me the night before he too was thinking of ways to improve the project and was planning to track me down. People make the difference and JACK represents your company well. Good job and happy customer.

Ran a camera down into my sewer lines to find out why it has been backing up and found the problem.

A couple of weeks ago, I contacted Clog Kings to install two bathroom faucets, a shower trim kit, and a shower head. Unfortunately, the shower head we purchased would not work so Mitch told me what we needed and installed the faucets and I ordered the proper parts. I really appreciate that Mitch assisted me not only with the job he worked, but also by helping me with the new parts I needed. Once I received the parts, I again contacted Clog Kings and Antonio and Bershaun (sorry if I spelled it wrong) came out the same day. They replaced the shower trim kit (no easy job because the old one was stuck) and fixed an issue we were having with a clog in one of our sinks. Antonia and Bershaun demonstrated that everything worked before they left (as Mitch did a couple of weeks prior). I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Clog Kings. Despite working hourly, it was clear to me that they wanted to complete the job as quickly as possible and not milk the hourly rate. I highly recommend Clog Kings for any plumbing or fixture installation needs.

Justin, Anthony, and Andrew have been top notch over the past several years. Had several issues many years ago. They came out in an emergency over the weekend and unclogged our system. Suggested to have pipes jetted and cleaned as well as installing a clean out on a 1970's home. Since then, no issues at all. Especially taking advice only to use Angel Soft toilet paper. This past weekend, we had some remodel work done and they happened to clog our drain. Called Justin and he had Andrew come out within an hour and half and had the clog cleaned out in minutes.

James did an excellent job - even fixing someone else's mistake. He was courteous and explained everything in detail of what he was doing to solve our problem. I would recommend this company based on his professionalism.

Clog Kings is fantastic! Sewer backed up on a Sunday. Kenny came out that night, went over what he would do, the cost, and got us working again quickly. When it backed up again (it turned out that there was a 6-foot mass of roots in the city pipe), Kenny got back to us on the weekend and was able to schedule someone to come Monday morning. Their snake got stuck and Kenny came out to try to free it. He got the city involved. When he still couldn't get it free, Kenny called the MacGyver of the outfit and together they mapped the line coming out of the house, found a place where they could access it, and put the camera in there and found the root mass on the city side. Kenny spoke to the city and was asked to dig it up, get his cable out, and do the repair. He has notified the city of the completion so the city can come out and add an access on their side. He also asked me to call if the city doesn't fill in the hole and he will come back and fill it in free of charge. I did not get charged for all of the time they spent trying to get the cable unstuck, and they told me I can file for reimbursement from the city for the repair (and sent me the city number to call to file). They sent the video they took showing the pipe and the root mass. Kenny kept me updated the entire time he was working on it. Amazing service. Will definitely use again.

Simply said, just a good honest Company! Andrew the Plumber came out gave us a very fair quote and performed the job exactly what we needed done, a drain pipe added. I called another Company and they wouldn't even give us a quote or come out to look at our situation. Just said we needed a new Hot Water Heater and it would cost $1,200-$1,400 with install because our Hot Water Heater is 8 years old (it works fine by the way.) To add a drain pipe would be $600-$700!! Ridiculous. I'm in Real Estate and will recommend and I will use Clog Kings for all my Plumbing needs because of their professionalism, integrity, honesty and quality work. Hard to find these day's. I wanted to send a major shout out to Clog Kings for an amazing, emergency job with which they helped us a couple weekends ago. I am the GM of a very busy cigar bar and live music bar in downtown St. Petersburg and we deal with our share of craziness on weekends. We had a customer (somehow) break the main water line going into the toilet in one of our bathrooms underneath the on/off valve, causing a geyser of water to be shooting up from the floor. This caused major flooding, which led to us having to shut off the water to the entire live music venue at 1:30 AM on a Saturday, in the middle of our busiest time of the week. They were able to get out to us and get the problem fixed in no time. The technician (I apologize, I cannot remember his name) had all of the right materials and knowledge to get us back up and running with minimal loss of business, considering the day and time. We have not had any problems with the fix. Not only that, but the cost was way less than what I was expecting it to be. I cannot recommend Clog Kings enough for any of your plumbing needs, regardless of the time of day. Thank you so much, Clog Kings!

Kyle from Clog Kings was great. I had a sewer scope performed to look at the old pipes in the home. He took his time explaining what was wrong and what he suggested be done. Our water heater quit working. Called around for quotes. Most of them were unreasonably high and said they wouldn't be able to replace the water heater for at least two weeks. I called Clog Kings asking for a quote. Justin returned my call within five minutes with a very reasonable quote. He came out the next day and replaced my water heater. We had Jack come out twice and have decided he is our permanent plumber. His prices were the best so far and his work is thorough and complete. I flip houses and hire a lot of help. Well, the team was very responsive when I made the initial call, but scheduling after that became very hard, nearly impossible. The technician that came to my house was very courteous and my first appointment bounced between two plumbers until they found someone who could come on the day I was home. Trying back a second time to get anyone scheduled to come out to my home and follow up on an estimate became impossible, I feel like the team tried but my initial appointment could not be honored and then several attempts after that could also not be honored. I would have to say this was unfortunate as they seem to provide a fair estimate for the work I needed done, I just could not get them back to my home.

We had a plumbing emergency this past weekend and were not able to shower or use our toilets. Our landlord is terrible with maintenance, so we knew we had to hire a 3rd party service to resolve the issue. Clog Kings were able to come help us out not even an hour after we called. We have used this company many times and have even referred them to our neighbors. This last time we had a toilet installed and another toilet repaired. Due to a manufacturing issue the toilets kept leaking. We had Mike Chambers out a few times during this process to help us switch out parts and fix the situation. He was extremely polite, professional, and kept us informed if he was running a little late. Mike took the time to explain why we might have these issues with brand new toilets, and what he was doing to fix them. He was even great with my dogs and curious young children. Every experience we have had with Clog Kings has always been very positive. They are the only plumber we will use.

Had the shower valve and cartridge replaced. Thought it was going to cost a small fortune and leave a huge hole in my wall. Antonio took his time making sure the job was done right and left a much smaller hole that I was able to cover easily. I like that I was quoted a fair price over the phone so no surprises.

Clog King's responded at night, called first thing in the morning and were at my house by the next hour. Kenny worked very professionally and was knowledgeable of what he was doing. It's not easy having to clean up someone else's mistake. Thank you for rebuilding/reinstalling my utility room pipes and all the extra hookups. It was a great experience to deal with honest and very knowledgeable people. I called them to replace my water heater and they responded promptly. It was not an easy task as my water heater had a lot of sediment and was located on a shelf. All and all, really pleased with the experience. I do recommend them.

I had a constant drip on my shower head and called Clog Kings. I got an immediate response from the receptionist who told me that the technician would call me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, the technician called and a visit was scheduled within the hour. Marty and Kyle showed up on time, checked the problem, and found that there was no such problem, just water residue causing the shower head to drip. They would not accept payment, because they felt they didn't do any work.I was pleasantly surprised and thanked them for their transparency, because somebody else would have charged for the visit. I had used their services about 3 years ago, but from now on, they will be the plumbers I will call when in need.Thank you, Marty and Kyle.

Clog Kings are hands down the absolute best plumbing service provider in the Tampa Bay Area. They are professional, reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous, transparent, and very reasonably priced. I had an urgent request to run a water line to my dock before the backfill was poured behind my seawall. Jack was there the same day, working late into the evening in a horrible thunderstorm and would not stop until the job was done. I had another urgent request when I broke that water line, to which they responded same day on a weekend to fix it. This is the ONLY plumbing service provider I will use moving forward. Thanks guys!

Called Clig Kings : lady on the phone was great, informative and spot on about times and pricing. Kris and his partner arrived shortly after. Both very informative and easy going great guys. Told me my options and we weighed out what to do. Guys were thorough, to the point and knew their stuff. Thankful to find a good company and good guys. So far so good. Might have to water jet out my lines in the future but for now everything is working fine. Highly recommend and thankful !!!

The guys called to let me know they were available earlier than planned. Loved it. They were courteous, informative and clean. The job was done in no time and I was given a lesson on how the insides work. They also installed a new toilet seat for me that I had purchased. Will use again. Highly recommend!

We hired Clog Kings to replace our 16 year old water heater after our insurance company required a new one or have our policy terminated. Breshaun came out and did a fantastic job. He was fast, knowledgeable and professional. I will definately use Clog Kings for future needs and recommend to all.

We had a clog in our mobile home that we had attempted to fix twice with rented snake however unsuccessful however called clog kings and within hours they arrived (due to other scheduled jobs) and fixed us up! Serviceman was excellent and took care of our issue. Highly recommend them and will only use them if ever have issues in future!

Our experience started off a little rusty. There were some communication problems at first. But, that is the importance of this review. Although we didn’t get off to a good start, we had a wonderful experience with this company. They truly went above and beyond to gain back our trust and we are glad we gave them the chance rectify the situation. Had an overflowing toilet at 11pm. Mike was at my house by 11:30 and went beyond what was needed to get everything fixed up and working properly and provided helpful feedback on how to prevent further issues and estimated pricing on other plumbing services i was looking to get done. I wont be calling any other plumber.

Kenny was fantastic. He responded quickly, found the leak, and completed the repair within the estimated time frame. I would definitely contact them again if I have any plumbing related problems.

We just purchased a new home and got a referral to Clog Kings to repair a constant sound of running water in the bathroom. We tried everything to fix it on our own and were desperate to get it repaired. Justin worked with us to find the most convenient time for us and showed up ON TIME (huge) and ready to get everything fixed. Ultimately, it took Justin about ten minutes to fix what the previous owner had done (partially closed some valve somewhere). Another plumber might have milked our desperation, but not Justin. He refused to take any money for what he said was an easy fix. Sometimes the knowledge alone is worth its weight in gold.... it certainly was in this case. The plumber we had was very timely. He came on a Sunday evening within 15 minutes of the call. Very professional too. When it came to the repair, our house had issues with the ceiling plumbing vent, but after giving it everything he got, he was able to disassemble the skirting (which did not have easy access under the house, no hatch, etc) in minutes to then unclog, and cleanup without a trace of him being there. Even though it was after hours pricing, I didn't feel I paid an outrageous price for the service. Hopefully we won't need to call again, but if we do ever need to, this would be the first place I'd look.

We had our whole house backing up and clogging, Justin came out very quick and assessed the situation. We had a break in our main sewer line. He was able to Repair the issue quickly and reasonably priced too! I recommend this company for any plumbing issues! He even followed up the next week to make sure we were doing good!

They were fast and professional unclogging my main line. My whole house was backed up and I called in the morning they had someone there by 8:15 am. Mike was fast and professional, knew exactly what he was doing, told me what he needed, what would be done, and took care of the problem within the hour. After calling 5 other companies, this was the only company that picked up the phone and followed up with me properly. I didn't know it was so hard to find a real professional plumber around here...We've used these guys at least 5 times for various projects and have also sent some of our clients to them. We love them and never a complaint from the people we sent their way. Actually one of our clients were raving about how honest and helpful they were.I almost didn't leave a review because they have so many good ones already, but this company is obviously doing somethings right. From what I can see they genuinely care about their reputation which is great for me! I rarely write reviews, they deserve a damn good one.

I’m so disappointed zero star if I could,I had a clogged water backing up from the main drain, mark, Antonio came 2 times charge $400 for not fixing the problem. Antonio such a liar he told me nobody would give you warranty on plumbing jobs, i was very mad so I called roto-rooter plumbing came out fixed the problem and give me 6 months warranty on the job.

WOW! This really is the best plumbing company. Being new to the area we didn't know who to call to resolve a sewer line drain issue which happened pretty fast in our house so we called Clog Kings because of their excellent reviews on Yelp. Mike was AMAZING and got out here super fast from St Pete after finishing up a job. He was excellent and the best technician and plumber I have ever encountered. He cleaned out all of our drains and wrestled with the clog and beat it! He was so thorough to make sure it was done right he cleaned out the 3 lines because the clog was so bad. He diagnosed the issue and nailed it perfectly!! We will be using clog kings again and I want Mike especially in the future because this guy is a ROCKSTAR and KILLED IT TONIGHT!!! :) :) Hats off to his excellent work and for saving our house!

Had an unfortunate Saturday event which included a toilet waterfall in my laundry room while washing laundry. Flooded my laundry room and areas of the connecting garage. Thankfully the service tech answered and was at my house within 10 minutes of the call. He was able to solve the issue in less than an hour. Wish I grabbed his name to add to this review because he was 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend!

On December 2 Clog Kings dispatched Antonio out to my newly purchased home. Antonio went above and beyond in assisting me and fixing my plumbing issue. I have not seen a worker that good in a long time. Andrew was super good. I am old so seen a young guy work that hard these days is a rare treasure. I called the company the next morning to let them know he was so good the owner was shocked because most people call to complaint but not to validate good work. An activity that should be a common practice. Thank you for your service.

They prompt and courteous. The technician was nice and worked hard. He was unable to figure out the route of the main sewer drain. We had roots in the line and he partially unclogged our main sewer line by snaking down a pipe jack but it clogged back up. I was able to figure out where the main sewer line flowed and I located a clean out valve behind our kitchen sink on the lanai. I rented a snake and cutter and cleaned the line myself. I was able to push through the roots and totally clear the sewer line. Again, the technician was a hard worker but he should have been able to figure this out.

Clog King Saved me about $7,000 dollars. The Best Plumbers in The Tampa, St. Petersburg area by far!!! I had a horrible experience with several commercial companies the week prior and by the grace of God a friend referred me to Antonio and my problems were resolved in about 2 hours at a very minimal price! I am beyond Grateful! I would refer this team to anyone!!! They are extremely fair and there is no run around on the problem at hand! Most people normally get a few different quotes because when it comes to plumbing we all know it is very difficult to TRUST anyone these days!
