I would highly recommend Jared, the owner of FlowPros Plumbing, to anyone with a plumbing issue.
He has been very responsive, professional (wore a mask and booties to protect us and our home) and patient. He also showed up when schedueld, worked quickly and skillfully, refered other excellent service providers required to uncover our issue and has coordinated with them to better insure we're getting good quality work at a fair price. Our project isn't finished yet and we'll need Jared to come back to work on getting the bathroom finished but, so far, he has gone the extra mile to help us.
DEATAILS: We had a bad slab leak under our shower pan that was causing water and moisture incursion affecting the slab and walls in and around the bathroom. This fix required demo of our shower and parts of surrounding tile floor. Jared patiently explained the process for detecting, uncovering and fixing the leak and helped us navigate the remediation process and insurance requirements. He made himself available for questions and took extra time to coordinate with the remediation company. After shower demo and remediation, he pierced the slab in the least damaging way possible (concrete saw) and replaced a large section of compromized copper supply pipe and the drain P trap. his repair is holding with no sign of further moisture incursion. We're awaiting processing of the insurance claim to complete the shower install and surrounding refinishing. Jared said in our last exchange, let me know how we can help and we will. We had a leak in the storm drain from the main line to the shut off valve. Josh and Jared were the two that were sent to work here. Those two gentlemen worked from 9:00 am till 10:00 pm to get the job done. I did not even see them use the rest room or eat lunch. They were the best two plumbers that I have ever had on the property.

This is the BEST company. Jared, the owner has been so responsive and answered a million questions for me on toilets (for ~ 2 weeks he put up with my questions) before I even signed the contract! THAT is good customer service and is only one of many reasons I chose them. I had another company who quoted me a slightly less price (like VERY slightly less) but I opted for Flow Pros because of everything they did for me and their obvious experience. Their tech Josh was the one who did the estimate and installed the 3 toilets and he couldn't have been nicer. He was also on time (for both the estimate and the installation). He clearly knows his stuff and was just such a good guy. Really pleased with the work. He was quick and thorough and kept everything super clean. I would DEFINITELY hire them again next time we need plumbing done. HIGHLY recommend.

Adrian and Jared are the best! They came through for us at the last minute today and were able to resolve our issues the same day. Adrian has done work for us previously when we had an emergency leak from our kitchen waste pipe. During a stressful time for our family, Adrian was able to clearly and patiently explain what we needed to do to resolve the leak. Jared and Adrian were able to squeeze us in last minute, they made multiple trips for parts to fix our problem and they were both playful and patient with out crazy pup, Parker! Thank you again guys! I called 3 referred companies prior to calling Flow Pros, The first company wasted 2 days of my time and the other 2 were booked until a Tuesday. I needed Emergency bursted main pipe dropping 2 gallons per minute help.
I called Flow Pros and a receptionist scheduled me for same day techs to come out. I met Donovan and Zach for an estimate. We went with a full repipe of home. They were professional and respectful and understanding we needed help asap. We signed a contract and they got me a team of great plumbers to do the repipe promptly.
Zach ended up coming out same day after repipe and we relayed any concerns we had before county inspection to be addressed to I believe Jared. Jared came out to address water flow and handled all business regarding our contract. Mind you all this was done days after a signed contract and finished whole house repipe. We had the county inspection and passed all under 2 weeks turnaround.
We have a warranty on the repipe with them and I ‘m glad we were able to do business plus any future business regarding our home. They really came through for my family in a daunting process.
Jared was a very helpful plumber. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He has a great attitude and knows what he is doing. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you very much.

Jared is easily the best plumber we have ever worked with. We called him earlier this week to come do a complete inspection of the plumbing systems in a home that my son is purchasing in north St Pete (a bungalow built in the 1940's, which concerned us due to the age). Jared put us in his schedule within 1 day, called us when on his way, showed up 10 minutes early, and came to the door with his tools, kicked off his shoes (even though we said not necessary) and spent 10 minutes with us discussing what our expectations were for the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable on the nuances of the plumbing in these old homes, as he lives in the local area and has worked on MANY over the years. He started by tackling the easier items first...and found that the fix was something quite simple and he showed us the problem (rather that try and make it more complex). After his review of the more complex items that we wanted to investigate, he quickly spun up an electronic quote which was very fair. He reviewed it with us, we hit accept and he got started immediately on the work. After his 90-minute discovery work of the entire plumbing system (which included a full review of the inside plumbing, crawling the space under the house, and doing a camera-scoping of the main waste-water line from the house to the city main drain) he reported that he found only minor items (relief), with the exception of the main waste-water drain line. He took the time to verbally described the history of the drain line, how it works, and the risks involved with these old drain lines from the 1940s (called Orangeburg pipe). He then walked us through the video of the inside of the pipe, pointing out the deficiencies and failures (primarily due to the tree roots of two huge trees that sit next to the drain line, which are pressing on the drain line and badly restricting its ability to drain properly from the house to the City main wastewater line). He then described the process to replace the very old drain line, including how best to work with the City to secure the permits and solicit their assistance. He provided a quote (again, electronically and immediate) and reviewed it with us for when we are ready to make a decision to move forward on the replacement. I explained it would probably be 3-4 months and there was n o pressure whatsoever. We have had a few questions in the 2 days since his visit, and he responds very quickly with the information. His professional discovery work saved my son several thousand in hidden plumbing issue, which the seller will cover under the house purchase agreement. Jared (and his team) are very professional, very knowledgeable, no-nonsense plumbers. And, Jared is a really pleasant and nice human too....so that helps ! He (and the Flow Pro team) will be the plumber we happily refer to our friends and my son's new neighbors in St. Pete :)

We installed a new kitchen and Josh from Flow Pros came out and connected the disposer, dishwasher and faucet and all the drain lines and connections. Then he replaced a cartridge in my shower faucet and made so that someone other than a body builder can actually turn the thing bon.
Everything is working perfectly. I would not use another company for my plumbing needs. They are professional, clean, friendly and efficient. % Stars!!!

I’m a first-time home owner with very little handy skills. I’ve called Flow Pros and worked with Jared twice. No matter the size of the issue, Jared has taken the time to help me both times. I am a first time home owner so when my water heater broke causing damage to my home, I was devastated. I contacted Flo Pros late last night and was told someone would give me a call first thing in the morning. Sure enough, first thing this morning I received a phone call from John to confirm my requested services and stated that he would be here in a few minutes. Excellent Service from beginning to end! I had an issue with my dishwasher caused by my garbage disposal. I entered my info online and received a call back on Monday at noon with an appointment on Tuesday morning. Jonathan was my skilled technician. He diagnosed the issue quickly and now I’m back in business. He also took the time to tell me how to maintain the new disposal to manage clogging and odors.

I called Jared after getting two other estimates from highly advertised plumbing companies. The first thing that impressed me was that he talked me through how to fix the problem myself (if it were possible), when he could have set up a service call and whacked me for that before telling me that I needed a new water softener, but he didn't.
I asked him for a quote on a water softener and water heater. He called back with better products and 20% under the other companies; and I already knew he was not just out to get in my wallet (because of his help mentioned above). I hired him for both jobs and couldn't be happier. He was patient with my questions and very personable.
If there's anything that could have made this a better experience, I don't know what it would be. I feel like I finally found a tradesman I can count on!

Jared has been to our home a few times for faucets and food processor repairs. He’s very professional, clean and courteous. He called ahead of time to confirm, and even came after hours to get the job done. We are very happy with his work and totally recommend Flow Pros!
Other plumbing companies in the area blew me off or rescheduled me multiple times without even telling me that they would have referred me out to a leak detection company after an initial visit. I stumbled upon this information and found Flow Pros who were able to get someone out the very next morning (I called late the day before) to detect our leak. We’re new homeowners so we had lots of questions and were super stressed about what could be wrong. Our technician, Webb, was so wonderful. The pricing was upfront and he was able to diagnose and confirm what he thought the leak was. He was able to answer all my questions and referred me to an awesome company to take over for the mold/restoration work who was also extremely prompt and professional. I will update my review once the plumbing work is done after our poor moldy wall has been taken down, but so far, we are very impressed with Flow Pros and glad to have found a plumber in the area who is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and honest.

Flowpros came out last night when we called them. Within the hour they were here. Our drains were totally stopped up and the showers and toilets were not working. Jared came out and what we thought was going to be a simple snake-out turned into a nightmare. Jared was patient, professional and stayed until the job was done and we had our bathrooms back. We needed a to replace a 10 year old hot water heater. Jared (the company owner) called me back right away and helped us make a good decision on the type of tank to purchase based on the space we have available. Jared sent quotes on our different options within an hour. The new tank was installed today and it works (and fits in the space) perfectly!

Highly recommended. I initially called to have a water softener installed in our house. When the technician arrived on site, he informed me that the water softener that I purchased from Lowes was too small for my house and might last a couple of years at the most before it failed. He was able to explain what size water softener we needed for our house and gave us a great quote and were able to install it the very next day. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with the service that was provided.
I had a leak on an outdoor spigot that I wasn't sure how to solve. Plus, it was a non-standard approach from a previous owner and it was ready to bust! Flow Pros tech came over the very next day and came up with a perfect solution. Fast and easy!

Jared and Flow Pros was GREAT!!! Not only did he get back with me in about 5 minutes, but arrived on time upholding safe COVID “social distancing guidelines” and was polite and professional. He explained everything to my husband and I, and reviewed the type of piping issues we most likely had with the shower, (piping was from around the 1950’s) toilet and sinks. Jared did some quick, yet very thorough drain unclogging (located on the roof) to ensure the problem was taken care of. He did it all with a great attitude and beating the rain!!! Thursday night I came home to my tankless water display blank I called 3 plumbing companies first thing Friday morning and all didn't have availability until the following week. Can't go without hot water for that length of time. I was referred to Jared at Flow Pros and so thankful. Jared (the owner) came out Friday late afternoon diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. He told me that he would have a tech out Monday midmorning. All repaired, good value for the amount of ti.e spent to repair the issues. I definitely would use them again. Truly appreciate their time and efforts at home. And he cleaned up after the fact, you would not have know he was there.
Last week I called Flow Pros due to a garbage disposal issue and had to leave a message. With in a few minutes Jared text me and let me know that he would call me as soon as he was finished with the emergency job he was currently on.
In the mean time I noticed that they were based out of St. Pete and I live in Wesley Chapel so I knew that using them was not going to work.
Jared followed up with me as he said he would and I told him that I wasn't going to be able to use his services due to the distance. He still took the time to ask me what the issue was and tried to help me resolve it over the phone. He even suggested going on YouTube and trying to trouble shoot there.
Unfortunately, the unit was shot and I ended up having to buy a new one.
Today, several days later, Jared text me to follow up and see if I was able to resolve the issue!
Wow just wow. Couldn't even hire him but he still went the extra mile! What a good human! We need more Jared's in this world.

Gas water heater was replaced by JUSTIN. He arrived on time, was very efficient and nice while quickly getting the new unit installed properly. He checked for water and gas leaks and said everything passed his muster. He even told me he set the new water heater to a lower heat setting as it would be more efficient, but to be careful on first usage (sink or showers) as it still might be too hot. Turned out to be great advice. Will use them again for my major projects; quick response, quick and great work, enjoyed having Justin do my project.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Flow Pros. Jared was able to make it to our house to complete repairs within 24 hours of initial outreach. I searched and thankfully found Jared. From the time I entered for a quote on Yelp he contacted me back within probably less than 5 min saying he was available. Great from start to finish. When I initially called, I didn’t reach anyone in the office but promptly received a call back. Jarod was very courteous and insightful. He wasn’t bothered to find out some additional information which took a couple of calls. Disposal was installed efficiently and an in home inspection of our plumbing was conducted to make sure all was satisfactory as well as educate on things we could consider for the future. I was lucky to come across Flow Pro’s online when in need of some extensive plumbing help as we were renovating our kitchen at our rental property. We’ve had the chance to work with multiple of the techs including Jared (the owner), Andre and others on installing a new sink, finding a pipe leak, repairing and installing new pipes, a toilet repair and most recently unclogging our sink at our home - all interactions have been 10/10. Flow pro’s is a quality team of experts, extremely responsive, fair pricing and always do great work. Won’t go anywhere else for any of our plumbing needs! Strongly recommend.
Noticed an outside water leak on my patio yesterday that was making the patio floor moldy. Also, I had a master bathtub faucet that wasn’t working properly. Contacted Flow Pros via Yelp - super fast response and they added me to the schedule the next day. Jared showed up right on time, assessed both items quickly, and gave me an electronic quote to review (loved that). He knocked out the leak quickly and was able to troubleshoot the master bathtub faucet, get the right part, come back, and fix it all within such a quick time period. Amazing! Such great service.

We live in a 1960s era home with older pipes. Flow Pros has come out twice - very quickly - to snake out our main line. They’ve been the absolutely easiest to work with both times - able to schedule us ASAP, do the job quickly, and at a very fair price. I’ll continue to use them every time we need any type of plumbing help at our home!

I truly appreciated all Josh’s assistance. He was able to provide a quote and clarification on the process as I installed a new sink. I was very nervous to let anyone near my countertops as they just got redone and he respected the space and was extremely cautious to ensure no damage. Had 2 water spigots that needed replacing & a clogged underground gutter downspout. Spigots were installed quick and were fairly priced. For the gutter pipes the plumber Jared actually talked me out of a more expensive camera snaking option and I found an easier way to unclog it myself. Super honest and professional. I'll for sure use these guys again for any future issues
Jared answered on the first call and was at my house very quickly! The other few plumbing services I had previously called didn’t answer and never returned my message. Jared made a thorough diagnosis and executed the repair in the blink of an eye! He was extremely professional and kind! So happy to have found a plumbing service I can depend on! I can’t stress enough how wonderful the service we received from Flow Pros was. They were on time, responsive, professional, did great work and most of all was very patient with my mother (she’s 92) who sometimes gets confused. I had a sewage backup while under quarantine for Covid-19. They came out and unclogged the drains from my roof at 9pm! Thankfully they were available and kind to the Covid restrictions. My landlord wanted me to wait until 11am the next day (this happened around 3 where my toilet was leaking, sewage spill in bathtub and wash machine all backing up leaking with an inch of water in the bathroom and in the laundry room). As it was an emergency, I called them and they got the clog out so I could run Water in my house and use the only toilet I have available. Thank you!!!

After my home flooded in Tropical Storm Eta, we had a General contractor who poorly installed our toilets. After using them a little while, water began pouring out of the base and flooded the bathroom. Not only did Jared from Flow Pros come out and properly install the toilet, fix the leak, and unclog the construction materials from my drain, he wrote up a report for me as proof of what he saw and had to do. Stand up dude, quality work. The company is not trying to gouge anyone either. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone. Cheers!
Update 10/03/22. Since last post, Jared and his team have routinely addressed my chronic clogging issue by installing an outdoor clean out in my yard rather than having to go on my roof, saving me money on labor. I had a leaky old water heater and they fixed it without resorting to selling me a new water heater, although i probably need one sooner rather than later.
Jared and his team are the only plumbers I’d ever call or refer ti my friend. It’s not easy to find honest people to work on your home, but when you do, you hang in to them. These are those dudes.
I’m not an avid google poster, but these flow pros deserves recognition.
Great service and professional. Called at 7 in the morning and Jared was able to have everything fixed by noon. Jared was great and did the little things. I would highly recommended and will be calling for any future plumbing needs.

John got here and presented himself in a professional and cordial manner. He identified the problem and had the repair done quickly. He was careful to explain everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself. My entire experience was positive and I would definitely use them again if the need arose.
We just moved into our new home in St Pete this past weekend, and had an issue with the water heater. Long story short we couldn't get the pilot lit. After calling the gas provider to ensure the gas was turned at the new address, noting that the meter looked to be off and tagged. We were told by the gas provider CS Rep that their system shows the gas service is active and on, and we needed to call a certified gas plumber. After calling a couple plumbers and we quoted 3 or 4 days to have someone out, We reached out to our Realtor who provided Flow Pros plumbing.
We called and left a message with the situation we were having. Jared was very quick in responding, he was very polite and professional and was able to send someone out that same day. After 3 days of cold showers this was very exciting news. A short few hours later, we received an email that the Flow Pro technician is on their way! We were provided a photo of the tech, and a way to see their arrival time.
Bradley arrived well within our quoted time range and was also very polite, he quickly noticed the water heater wasn't being supplied with gas. We directed Bradley to the gas main, and as soon as he saw it he stated I can tell you now, the gas if off. This is exactly what we discussed with the Gas Provider, to no avail.
Bradley patiently waited while We called the Gas Provider back, discussed what Bradley had seen, and after a few minuets of back and forth and waiting for the CS Rep to review notes from the previous call. We needed to have a Gas Tech come out the following day to reconnect the meter due to an incorrect service notice at the Gas Company. We apologized to Bradley and told him we would call back as soon as we had the Gas provider correct their error.
Not seconds after Bradley drove off, we were told that the Gas Tech would ensure our Water heater would be inspected and in working order. So we reached back out to Jared to update him with what the gas tech was going to do tomorrow, and apologized for the entire situation. Once again, Jared was quick to respond and completely understanding.
We have been very impressed with the professionalism, and customer service from Jared, Bradley and the Flow Pros team. We will certainly be calling them back for our future projects at our new home.

Friendly, professional, efficient, and expensive. After the plumber left, we noted he had used one of our towels to mop up dirty water and had yanked a fixture out of the wall, destroying two screw anchors. (He previously said he would unscrew a shelf instead.) the toilet bowl was left filled with something that looked like chewing tobacco.
A great experience! I got stuck with a DIY project gone awry. I called several vendors for service quotes and knew this was the right choice for me immediately. Their dispatch was not just a phone operator but someone who understood my issue. Very flexible with scheduling and even innovative when we hit an u expected schedule snag to ensure we got the toilet fixed within our narrow window of availability. Work was done better than I hoped for far less than I expected - I’m a return customer for sure!

Chose this company because of all the great reviews, and I was not disappointed! Jared was very professional and called me back right away. He was able to make it out the same day and referred us to another company for water damage. He was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Service was preformed on time and as expected. I appreciated that they discussed possible options with me in a clear and understandable way. Although there were older pipes involved, they managed to repair/replace without added charge. They worked with my condo association making it easy for me to get the service set up. The employees were courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again in the future.
