MacIntyre Plumbing provided exceptional service during a recent problem that required a new clean out drain. Kurt (owner) and his crew did an outstanding job..they were professional, on time, courteous of my property and fairly priced. Even though I had to wait to get on their schedule, it was worth it. I won't use any other plumbing company from now on and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you!

First, let me say that I’m very conflicted about only giving 3 stars. I’ll explain: Kurt (the owner) came to my house and was extremely nice and personable, he just seemed like an all around nice guy. His worker Corey, also was very nice and personable. The issue is Shirley (Kurt’s wife who works in the office) was not at all pleasant to speak to. I accepted the price quote that was emailed to me and asked if I could be notified of when the work would be done. I never received any response afterwards. A couple of days later Corey knocked on my door and said he was there to do the work. I was happy but at the same time I had no idea he was coming. Again, there was no communication from Shirley letting me know. After the work was completed, I received an email from Shirley stating that I should’ve responded to her calls and emails. This is a complete lie…..as I said, there was no correspondence after the first email. Kurt, if you read this, I apologize for only 3 stars but perhaps you need to speak with Shirley about her attitude. I love the work, I just think Shirley should retire and get someone more pleasant in the office.

PS. I know I mentioned this earlier, but Corey was fantastic.

Kurt & his crew did a great job replacing my toilet & he is a man of his word. I would use Kurt over any of these big over priced companies.

I was paused at a stoplight waiting for it to turn green. As soon as it turned green one of their trucks honked his horn at me and then proceeded to pull next to me and cuss me out and flick me off while driving down the road and trying to swerve into me, he tried to get me to pull over while screaming he was going to kick my butt, and if the company does see this and decides to handle it, the helper in the passenger seat didn’t engage, it was solely the driver, but I’m doubtful you guys will do anything about it anyways after the response your secretary gave me. I called the office and the lady who answered the phone immediately asked me “well what did you do to get that response from them?” She proceeded to put all the blame on me while not acknowledging the fault that they had at all. This isn’t the response a reputable business would have. For all you transplants that may be looking for a plumber, just go ahead and call someone else, there’s plenty of other companies to use and if this is how they handle their employees there’s no telling what they would do to you and your home if something goes wrong.

Terrible experience from the beginning. They missed their initial appointment due to a scheduling error on their end so we wasted 2 hours of our time waiting for them. When they finally came after rescheduling, they were rude and acted the entire time like they were doing us a favor instead of providing a service for which they would be paid. We asked multiple times for an estimate for the work and they would never provide an estimate until the work was done. They also did not repair the holes that were made to access the pipes and did not provide any recommendations for people who could fix these things. They came highly recommended, but it was not worth being talked down to and dealing with the aftermath of their work. During the job, they said they worked with a great tile guy who would help replace the tiles. On the last day of the job, they said they got in a fight with the tile guy and would not give us his information to contact him. Instead, they left us high and dry to finish the job.

If ai could give it zero stars I would. They found a leak in our home on Thursday… said they couldn’t fix it until Monday fine (4 days with no water) Monday comes and they were late and when we called to see where they were Shirley, who answers the phone (owners wife) said they were running late because they had an emergency- fine. My husband had to call her back again because another hour went by and that was when she basically said if you don’t like it call someone else. Then her husband (owner) called my husband and said they weren't sitting around having coffee and to get someone else:.. then HANGS up on my husband. I called shirley to see what happened and SHE HUNG UP on me. We had pulled up the carpet and stripper everything because they had to get into the cement. Do not waste your time and energy. What an awful experience. They were rude and unreliable.
