Slaughter Plumbing did a great job replacing our single-handle shower valve. Kory & Sam were prompt, efficient, courteous & kind. Their rate was fair and over $100 less than the flat rate quoted by another plumber. I will use them again for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.

Wow, I am so glad to find out the guy who did plumbing jobs for my house in Temple Terrace 4 years ago is the same guy who just finished a cleaned out of drainage backing-up today, July 25th, 2018. He is Mike Irwin, a plumber with experience and integrity. I remember his story but not recognize his face until he recognizes the old job he did on my house back in April 2014. I was impressed by his efficiency then when he was with USHAC and I called USHAC becasue of Mike Irwin this time and they directed my to FAST and now with FAST he is still going strong in energy and spirit as before. I feel he is a good asset of a business. I wish him the best with what he is wishing for.

Justin was a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing with what seemed like a simple clogged drain , turned out to be much more difficult to correct. The fact is he stayed with it and got the job done, to our complete satisfaction. We would use your company and Justin again anytime. Rare in this day and age.

Midway Services sent a reliable and professional technician. Jeffrey immediately went to work upon arrival to find the source of the electrical issue and rectify. He went above and beyond to fix the initial issue, as well as, look at other issues I asked about. He even coiled up my extension cords once they were no longer needed and left the area cleaner than before. I've never seen that from an electrician and appreciated his efforts. Big kudos to Midway Services and Jeffrey for their expert services.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Warren was the best service technician with Performance AC we have experienced for at least the last 8-10 years. We can't find words descriptive enough to describe his efforts while working in the rain with an umbrella. Absolutely the type employee I would have tried to lure to work for us when we still had a business!
