Getting a new AC system in place within 24 hours was much appreciated, given the 90 degree temps and high humidity. The techs were on time, worked without taking a break to get the system installed and working. They took pride in their work, answered my questions, cleaned everything up, leaving it better than they found it. They explained the system, the thermostat, made suggestions on upkeep. They also reminded me of the 10 year warranty!! I appreciate the hard work they do.

EXCELLENT 5 STAR SERVICE!! A year ago, I had originally called someone to give me information on a tankless water heater. I appreciated the info and I kept them in mind. Tonight, our water line broke and we had NO water to the house. There are 6 people living in our home with 3 dogs and 2 cats - not having water would have been a disaster! I frantically called ClogKings around 8pm and someone called me back. Anthony showed up just after 9pm and stayed until the problem was fixed. In conversation, we found out that he had been working since 6am. That's dedication!! I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE HAVING PLUMBING ISSUES. He worked after hours for an hour and a half when he could have been home. He had to weld and drill to fix the pipe. I was expecting a crazy high bill...it was around $300. That is excellent for LAST minute service so late at night!! Thank you!!!

These guys were so helpful to me! After a full day of moving I inadvertently snagged an old hose on a pressure relief valve that I didn't even know existed, sending water shooting up about 20 feet into the air under high pressure. I had to turn the water off to my home overnight. First thing the next morning I called Allen's Plumbing for help. They didn't have an opening until 2pm. I booked it and asked if I could be put on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation in their schedule. About 30 minutes later they called me to tell me about a cancellation and they were able to send someone out immediately. Andrew arrived to my home and knew exactly what was required to repair the broken valve. He mentioned the initial design of this pressure relief valve was poor because of exactly what happened to me; the design was highly prone to snag and breakage. Andrew was so great. He made the repair, and then went above and beyond to strap the new valve to the exterior wall to decrease the risk of future snagging and breakage. And he was very conscientious of the time frame, keeping his time at exactly one hour so that I would not be charged another quarter hour for just a few extra minutes of time. It was a pricey repair, but certainly not one I would have even attempted on my own. I found Allen's Plumbing to be extremely accommodating when I was in urgent need of restoring water flow to my home. Now I know who to call if I ever have an emergency!
