My heating unit would not turn on this fall. As it turns out, I happen to be providing day care for my 1 year old granddaughter. Ron diagnosed the problem, (a couple of parts had failed), placed a rush order for the parts (covered by warranty) and monitored the process closely. He returned with the new parts within the week and had the heater up and running.

The plumber was very efficient and personable. He replaced the toilet tank valve and installed 5 bathroom sink and toilet service valves and hoses. He gave us an estimate and options before he began and completed the job in about an hour.

Called Water Heater Pros this morning. They were out by the afternoon. Great communication with the office and our technician Valentin. Both called to let me know when they would be a the house and Valentin was on time. Valentin's work was excellent. He was very professional and left the work area cleaner than he found it.
