Fix-It Rite!

Steve is an absolutely amazing business owner! Quick and efficient for an incredible price compared to his competitors. He got it done right the first time!

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

really grateful for honest company’s like this . I called in distress , my brand new lg washer was shaking all over the garage ! i called and without a charge or hesitation , the owner told me how to easily fix the washer problem myself!!

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Our AC went out on over 100 degree day. Steve from Fix It Rite came out within the hour of me calling. Steve was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He had our AC fixed within 30 minutes. I’m only using this company from now on! I highly recommend 👏🏻

These guys are the best.

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

I am truly blown away by this company. Kind, intelligent, honest, reliable... I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I expected to have to pay SO much more than we did. They feel like family by the time they leave. I'd recommend them to my grandmother. Love love love them!
