He did a great job of getting the instillation done in a timely basis and also took care in making sure that the new Water Heater and existing Circulation Pump all were engineered as a robust Hot Water system with additional emphasis on being more reliable and user friendly!

These guys filled up a company water tank using the City Fire Hydrant and left the valve open slightly so its now leaking and caused a hige mud puddle in my front lawn. I notified the city and have pictures and video of the truck and employees.

UPDATE: ATTN Scott, I never said you had a truck with a water tank. I said they filled up a company water tank. Which was being pulled on a small trailer. I have video and pictures of this.

This morning the hose to my toilet tank failed and to make matters worse the angle stop value would not shut off completely. I called Ace Plumbing and they were out and had the repair done a little over an hour after my call. Gerry and his assistant (Mike?) were my saviors. They got my repair done quickly and efficiently and I ended only an hour late for work. I’m a long time client of Ace and they’ve never let me down. They are responsive, courteous and prompt. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Have used ACE Plumbing for the replacement of the heater AC at our home so when we needed repairs of the AC at my late father in laws home we called ACE. Fortunately, Dennis came out and quickly discovered the problem in the attic. A weld by the previous installer had failed and lost all the refrigerant. Dennis was very quick with the repairs and explained all that was necessary to get the systems up and running. He was a pleasure to work with and we greatly appreciate his knowledge and expertise in fixing the problem.

We have had a few air conditioning problems receintly, which were all handled by Dennis at Ace Plumbing. Dennis in every occurance did a wonderful job in correcting the problem. He has always been very pleasant, and has explained what he is about to do clearly each time. I have learned a lot about air conditioning from Dennis as he explained the problem, process, and resolution clearly every time. He was allways punctual and called each time to let us know what his status. was.

Lupe Espinoza, plumber for Ace, was solving an issue at our neighbors' house. Because of good recommendations for Ace Plumbing, we asked him to investigate a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. We found Lupe to be personable and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering questions and addressing the problem. Based on today's experience we would recommend Ace Plumbing.

We had problem with our sewer system and the workers were here within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within two hours. They charged us a reasonable amount, and the employees were very competent and pleasant. They are a super outfit and I will use them whenever I have a problem.

The tech I had, gave me a $1637.50 estimate to replace my hot water heater, when the reason why the burners wouldn't ignite was because the electrical wire connector was loose and the tech didn't notice it. When I noticed the loose wire after the tech left I called the company for a refund on my $79 service call charge. The manager, Scott, did apologize for the wire being overlooked and refunded the service call charge made on my credit card. He even sent me a $100 voucher to be used on any upcoming call or service.

Before I leave a less-than-four star I like to give a company the chance to fix it. I had numerous concerns and contacted the GM Scott. He said he'd talk to the technician. Shortly after the technician, Jessie, showed up at my door angry. We discussed my concerns, some of which were misunderstandings, until he accused me of just wanting work for free. I let him that was not the case, the check was written, and this exchange was completely inappropriate.

I called Scott back and said I understood there were some misunderstandings, but I thought it was inappropriate to send the technician to talk to me when I called him. Scott said they'd gone above and beyond for me and I should just pay, shake hands, and go our separate ways. Wow.

I paid the $915, and my three-star review is now a one-star review. To summerize: Ace is prompt, but Armstrong plumbing was able to complete the inspection I paid Ace $185. (Jessie theroized they have different sized cameras.) I'll never know if the additional work I paid Ace for was necessary. Also, it doesn't appear Ace isn't BBB accredited.

Last night our A/C thermostat was not working so I decided to give this place a call . Best decision I made because now I have our go to guy Martin Millhouse! I received the absolute best service. He truly cares about his customers. I have already shared all his information on social media so you guys will be very busy! Ask for Martin , he will do whatever he can to make sure before he leaves that everything is working and that you are 110 percent happy with the service provided. You are very lucky to have an employee like him. I have dealt with a lot of untrustworthy places but this is our go to place from now on because they build their business off integrity. Thank you ! I have never been disappointed. I have kept ACE'S magnet just in case thru at least 3 moves. I have a warranty on my house but they sent me 3 separate contractors who couldn't/ wouldn't do the job. The last one that was sent to me actually was at my house for less than 5 minutes and determined that I needed a special clean out installed to unclog my sink and my warranty company denied the claim all together! I called ACE because I have used their services for several years at a few different houses and have never been let down. Within less than two hours of my call they sent Adrian out to my house. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the sink 3 other contractors couldn't in less than 1 min. Thank you ACE! I wish you were on my warranty panel but it was well worth the additional out of pocket expense.

Woke up one morning to a small flood in my bathroom - there were casualties underneath the sink and it was a grim scene. I have used Ace before so I called them up not really expecting an appointment in a few hours! Ben Poole came out on time and was nice enough to call me beforehand so I could lock up my furry beasts. He was super quick and efficient. Fixed what was broken and ta-da! I would highly recommend Ace not only for plumbing, but also for air conditioning too. Reasonable prices and super fast service!

I called on a Friday evening for help with a commercial tankless water heater at an apartment building. Tony showed up when he said he would and quickly assessed a problem that another Ace plumber could help with more, so he and Bret switched jobs and when Bret arrived he improvised a solution on the spot that enabled the tenants to have hot water that night, even though there was a long term problem. Bret was efficient, courteous, and completely professional.

First I want to thank God for Ace Plumbing! OMG first time they came out was on 12/31/20 and Ivan was the Specialist that came out. And tell you as a first time home Buyer Ivan educated me on my plumbing with the Toilets and how a 2 bathroom home works together. Then I had a Shower handle problem, which had broke, Ivan wasn't available due to a massive job he was on. So they sent out Joe and I tell you just like Ivan, Joe explained/educated me on everything about what he was doing and how that part of the system worked! THANK YOU JESUS AND ACE PLUMBING for teach me about my home when it come to the plumbing...if I have any other plumbing problems they are getting a Call from me!!

We had a main line block and all of our toilets and shower backed up. We needed immediate help. We contacted Jerry and he responded right away. His team member came over first thing and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. He was also a very nice guy and did a great job explaining the issue and how he fixed it. I highly recommend Martin for your HVAC needs. He helped solve a challenging furnace situation at my parent's house and honestly went above and beyond on every level. He has fantastic communication. He also showed genuine concern for my parent's welfare. He is definitely someone you can trust to come into yours or a loved one's home. He also demonstrated that he really knows his craft. He is not going to recommend unnecessary repairs or costly replacements.

Called Ace based on reviews when we could not get our furnace to come on. The house was freezing and we could not imagine waiting a day for a repair. Ace sent Aaron to us within the hour. Good news was we only had a sticky thermostat.. Aaron then examined the furnace itself and gave us some great maintenance advice and pointed out a couple of area to watch. We'll need to replace the thermostat in the near future but for now the house is toasty once again. Thanks Aaron and Ace.

My water heater broke at 2 AM, and was flooding the living room. The water shut off on the water heater was frozen, so I couldn't turn off the water. The manager of my building was unavailable, so I called several 24/7 emergency plumbing companies, and Colin at ACE called me back right away. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he talked me through the process of turning off the water at the main shut off to my condo. The 3 other companies I'd called finally called me back at 7:30 and 8 AM; if it hadn't been for Colin at ACE, I would have been swimming laps across my living room by then. You can be sure that ACE Plumbing is now on my speed dial!

I am terribly disappointed in the amount of money that I spent on having my kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets repaired. All I needed was to have the cartridges replaced, due to a very slow drip with each of the faucets and not wanting to waste water. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist advised that typically these types of parts are on the technicians vehicle when I inquired. I was quoted $89.50 for the 1st 15 minutes and then $39.50 for each 15 minutes thereafter plus parts. I was told that between the assessment and repair, it should take under an hour for the work. That said, I was expecting to pay under $300 total. Turns out, the technician did not in fact have the parts on his vehicle and said that he would need to run out to their shop to get them. He came back nearly an hour and a half later to complete the repair. I was shocked when he told me that my total was going to be $466.70. I inquired about the amount and he said that my time also included the transit time to pick up the parts. I was not made aware of that ahead of time. I called the office the next day to inquire and was told that that was the case and she looked up why it took so long. He had to go to 2 different locations because the 1st location did not have the parts. He ended up getting them at Home Depot which is literally 3 miles from my house. Had I known that I was going to pay this much money for a simple repair, I would have bought brand new fixtures and had them ready to install when the technician arrived. My fixtures are visually in good shape, so I had thought it would be wasteful to replace them. One of my bathroom faucets was still dripping after the repair, so the technician did come back out and fixed it. I feel like I was very much ripped off and will never work with this business again or recommend them.

On Sunday, June 3, 2012, I could hear my a/c unit outside struggling to turn on. I immediately sent an email to Ace Plumbing advising them they could come out on Monday, because I thought I could stand the heat for one day. About 30 minutes after I hit SEND on their website, I got a call from Dennis who said he'd be out SUNDAY!!! I was so excited! He asked about the problem and I described it to him and he diagnosed how much it would cost. I was so happy that I could get it fixed today and not worry about the heat!!! Dennis showed up 5 minutes early (how's that for service?), made the repair in less than 45 minutes and we have a/c again!!! Ace Plumbing is great! They fix it quickly and correctly the FIRST time!! I will definitely call them again!!!

We have used this company previously years ago and relied on this business until recently. They came out to look at the air conditioner unit two weeks ago and they were suppose to call back and update on pricing to fix the air conditioning unit but still no one has called back. Called repeated daily to keep getting no communication back. I wouldn't recommend this business due to lack of communication. [Edit 07/18/2023] talked with Scott today and have changed my opinion with this company. He was communitive and expressed apologies, he even got Aaron the manager to get in touch with me and to give me the estimate I've been waiting for; while also expressing what needs to be done with the air conditioner unit. ON a Sunday, a DIY garage sink plumbing project went terribly wrong. With water shut off, I immediately called Ace Plumbing the next morning and by 10am, John arrived and began the emergency work. Two hours later, the plumbing was fixed at a reasonable price. Impressed, I asked about Ace's other services. John ended up also fixing a leaking toilet, plumbing the garage sink and serviced the tankless water heater. Joe arrived the following day and serviced the A/C and heater units. Within three business days, an emergency service was fixed and all A/C, plumbing and HVAC projects completed. I couldn't be more impressed and will be a life-long customer. My neighbor is now also an Ace customer.

My wife and I just had the greatest plumbing experience with Aaron Gillis of Ace Plumbing and heating. Friendly, efficient and willing to do whatever was necessary for customer satisfaction. The furnace at our rental property went out. He examined, diagnosed and determined we need a new furnace. But then, he gave us several options at varying expense levels instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive or profitable. Call Ace Plumbing Heating and Air and ask them to send Aaron Gillis to help you.

I needed a water heater fixed immediately. I called Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and they had someone come out within an hour and a half. The technician that came out was RJ and he brought an apprentice by the name of Taylor. They were organized, respectful, mindful of tracking dirt, friendly, explained everything, and we’re respectful of my home. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I will use them next time because they set a high bar and continue to deliver on their services.

Todd Roberson was great and his kindness was appreciated. My water heater needed to be replaced and up to code I live alone so he made sure it was safe. Then the next day my ac started to leak so he fixed that in a quick manner and did a good clean job. He also checked my stove because I was worried and found a small leak and tightened it up free of charged and even fixed my sink so water runs correctly free of charge. Tested water free of charge too. I feel better and safer in my home now. Thank you Todd and Ace plumbing for coming out so quickly and fixing everything. Good company for emergencies.

Technician came out late on a Friday afternoon, was professional, identified and fixed the issue with my air conditioner in less than 30 minutes. All charges and warranty were explained before work started, and after work was completed, walked me through the fix, how to best maintain the unit, and how to contact them if I needed further services. Our water heater started leaking a few days before we got home from a short trip. I called ACE as soon as I saw it. The last water heater was cheap and poorly installed and it was quite the mess. Gerry figure out the puzzle and we got a new heater. Note... The next day there was a slow drip in a pipe joint and Gerry came back immediately and replaced/fixed the joint (bib). We called Ace late Friday night beacuse my elderly aunt's AC went out. Ram showed up in about 45 minutes, took a look around inside and made a few tests. It was too dark to climb on the roof so he said he would make her the first stop in the morning so he could get on the roof to get her up and running. He even suggested a few ways to cool down the house in the mean time. Thanks Ram.

Small guy came to fix the ac at our complex. Walked up to the guy and he proceeded to roll his window up, knocked om the window he ignored us. Knocked again, he rolled his window down said its fixed and rolled the window back up. This company lacks professionalism. If you domt like your job, then leave and give it to someone else that wants to work.

Lupe E. did an excellent job in answering all of our questions as well as communicating and explaining the process from start to finish. It's was Monday June 30th temp outside 106% inside 90% no fan motor outside. Took a chance and call at 6:45pm,thinking having to schedule on Tuesday if not on Wednesday. Called left message, in about 5 minutes later, Sharon call back and said, she had a tech in the area and would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later Dennis show up, pleasant, all business. Took care of the issues, up and running, check a few more things out. The cool air started flowing and he was out the door trying to get to as many calls as possible. Dennis is a pro, and that something you just don't see that often any more. Get the job done NOW. So, I figured out who to ask for when you call ACE Plumbing. The guy's name is Laird. Looks and speaks like Vin Diesel's older brother. He has been at it 30 years....a master plumber. When my (not my neighbor's) tankless unit went down a day after my neighbor's nightmare, Laird got the assignment. He stuck to the job, kicked butt on the machine, stayed on the phone with tech support and their engineers forever, got parts ordered, then found some locally and came back that night to give my family hot showers again!

This guy rocks, so ask for him. The other guy from the other review is a nit-wit, but do not know his name. Just get Laird.

After calling multiple plumbing company's in the Sacramento area, Ace was the only one to actually follow through with the promise to have a technician call us back in the allotted time. I don't know what to contribute this to because if you offer an emergency/ 24/7 service, especially at an increased rate, you should still deliver the normal service any one else would get regardless of the time of day. Our plumber, Dominic, was beyond helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue was or could be and tried every option he could from the ground up until it didn't work. On his second visit we narrowed down everything it could be down to two last options and the one he suggested first turned out to be the fix for our Locked up water heater. All in all, great service, reliable and very friendly. If I unfortunately need to call a Plumber again, I at least know who I will be calling from the git-go.

On June 16th I had been out of town.When I got home at 11:00 pm my house was very hot and my air conditioner wasn't working. After I spent the night trying to cool the house the best I could I was awake early the next morning.I made a call to Ace Plumbing,Heating & Air Conditioning and the nice lady I spoke with said she could have a man there in the afternoon.Early in the afternoon Dennis arrived at my house. In just a very few minutes he had the problem figured out. A blown condenser, which he quickly replaced.Once he finished the A C started working properly and cooled the house down very well.I am really impressed with the fast, professional,service I received from Dennis. Augus 1, 2014, I called Ace Plumbing and repair around 8:30ish and advised them my air conditioner unit was out since yesterday July 31, 2014. I requested if a technician could come out today and the representative said yes she could have someone out between 9am and 10am. I received a call from the technician Dennis at 9:45am letting me know he would be at my residence at 10am and he was. Dennis detected and ran diagnostics right away and resolved the issue in no time, he replaced the part right away and was on his merry way. I will be following up for a maintenance agreement soon.

Curt was our technician today, and Ace was the third company we'd had come out to look at the same issue - a broken control board. I was a few minutes late getting to my appointment, but as the HVAC unit is on the roof it turns out Curt was already back in the van calling around for the part. While everyone else told us it would be 1-3 days, and nearly double what Ace charged, Curt had the work done the same day. We could not be happier, and will certainly be glad to recommend Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.

I called Ace to get a tub faucet and ac system repaired. Two technicians came out within the same time frame to make the repairs and were excellent. John repaired my faucet after locating the parts quickly. Thank you! Also, Aaron was an excellent AC technician. Wow, wish I would have called Ace a year ago with my plumbing issue! The team took the time to properly diagnose a problem other plumbers couldn’t when my Waterworks shower was not receiving a cold water. Another plumber told me I would have to rip open the wall on the front (tile) or back (stucco) to fix which would have cost thousands! Instead Ace worked with the Waterworks manufacturer and solved the problem! Very happy with the service and value from the Ace team - highly recommend! Thank you

I had a shower drain clog up some where in the pipes under the house. Called 2 companys will not be out there the next day. Called Ace Plumbing and they said be out there in 2 hours. I had them come to fix my AC, after the $80 inspection the capacitor needed to be changed. After a quick search I found the capacitor at my local Walmart for $8 ready for pick up, I was charged $203 for the same part. After speaking with the technician he told me that the extra price covered materials and labor. There were no materials needed, the installation was as easy as changing a light bulb, less than 5 min. If I wanted my part installed another day I was going to be charged $185 for the visit and labor and $205 for the part. I called the office and the receptionist told me that she was going to verify that I was charged for the right part, she was gonna look on the books if I got the right price and part charged for. BOOKS!!! BOOKS!!!? It is 2017 and your prices are in books? So I had to wait for them to call me back. I'm not gonna tell you how to run your business but maybe if you get the prices on a computer your prices will be the same throughout and make the expierence a little better and QUICKER for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. So you guys charge twice per installation? How is it justified a 40x price increase? The job was done right but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

The experience was wonderful. Late evening plumbing emergency....James came out within an hour of the call to Ace. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He got directly to the task at hand and made sure not only that the work site was cleaned up (he got big kudos from my wife for this) but also that all systems worked. I have been using this company for years for my plumbing, so when my A/C unit died on July1 with the temperature hitting 107 I had them come out. It wasn’t a surprise that we needed a new unit, but it was a Saturday with a holiday coming up and I was worried we couldn’t get it soon enough. (My husband has a medical condition that requires A/C) Monday morning a little after 6 AM I got a call that they would be over that day and they had located a unit. We have had a perennial drainage problem in our house since we moved in 3 years ago. Brad Pierson, our Ace plumber, guided us through the possible options, ranging from a simple snaking out the pipes to a complete re-piping of the house (our house is 63 years old), giving us the pros and cons of each solution. We settled on snaking, followed by a high pressure water treatment to better rid the pipes of debris, and we are happy with the results. Brad was friendly, obviously knew his business, and efficient. We would ask for him the next time we need plumbing help.

We was having issues with our central air not working. We had two technicians come a few times to fix it, all unsuccessfully. Martin came by after hours (8:30pm) & saved the day. He was so thorough, and looked at every piece of equipment inside the machine, couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He then looked at the breaker box, took off the cover and barely touched the wire to the ac switch and it came off. He tightened up the wire to the breaker, and also checked and tightened every single wire in the box to make sure they were all secure. He then went inside the house and tested the vent to make sure the cool air coming out of the vent was at the correct temperature and flow. He crossed all the T’s & dotted all the I’s. We were blown away at his thoroughness and so completely grateful for his time & care & attention to detail where other technicians failed. Thank you Martin! Ace, you have a gem of an employee and we are customers for life.

We had an issue with our AC unit and had Ace come out. We were given a quote of 1,200 to replace some parts with the outside unit. The repairman did look at the main unit inside and said it looked like the coils were dirty. He did nothing about it though. After the repairs he said it was fixed. He left and an hour later the system was still not pushing air out. We called back and had another associate come out. He again looked at the coils inside and said the other guy should have cleaned them and that was our issue for no air. Here is the kicker.

We were told it would take 6 to 8 hours to clean it and would be cheaper to replace the whole unit(we're talking thousands of dollars).
We just had another company come out and was shocked they didn't identify the coils as the issue. An hour later he had it cleaned(not 6 to 8 hours as quoted from Ace). The air is nice and cool and only cost 300 to clean.

We feel totally scammed. We called and talked to the manager who had no remorse and only offered to discount a new unit WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED. All they wanted was for us to fork over serious cash for a new unit.I would never refer this company to anyone.

These guys cost is thousands of dollars in repairs due to their utter incompetence. My wife and I hired these people to do a simple sewer inspection on the home that we just bought and were in the process of moving into. They told us the sewer was ok to use. Exactly two weeks after we moved in the sewer backed up on us. We had to call another plumbing company to fix the issue. Cost us thousands. We would have never bought the house if they did the job we paid them to do. Once confronted and notified of their incompetence, they got defensive and basically told us to F-off. Currently in process of suing them.

I had an emergency the other day, when an old water pipe in my yard burst, and I had a torrent of water being sprayed into the air, from an old abandoned sprinkler line. I had the City shut off my water,then I called Ace for two reasons: 1)I had used them before several years ago to do some pipe repair in my bathroom, and 2) because they are local, and I figured they would be much more reasonably-priced than places that advertize heavily, such as Bonney Plumbing.

Lupe came out the same day I called. I explained what was going on, and he quickly assessed the situation, and re-did my faucet so as to eliminate unnecessary T intersections that led to old abandoned pipe. I then asked him if he would have time to fix a leaking shower faucett, and he did. The overall price was very reasonable. Lupe's manner was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Plumbing to anybody who needs professional plumbing done.

My name is Michael. I called Ace on 12/2/20 at 3:15 p.m. I asked for a quote on a water heater. Ace gave me a two hour window as to when they would be at my house the next day to look at my water heater. Ace informed me they would be at my house on the next day to replace my water heater. Ryan and Kelley from Ace Plumbing worked on a sewer issue (a completely severed pipe, as it turned out) for over two days. It’s hard to even sum up the many tasks they had to perform: finding the access pipe that was covered by landscaping, snaking through the backup (the pipe has probably been broken for several years), lifting and then replacing decorative flagstone, jackhammering concrete and digging down under the driveway about five feet, removing the broken pipe, replacing and securing the broken pipe, filling the dirt back in, laying a cement patch, hauling away all the old, broken concrete and generally cleaning up when the job was finished - all during extremely hot weather as well.

Throughout, these two gentlemen were professional, informative, respectful of both me and my property, and clearly took pride in their work, even in the way they cleaned the site and stored their materials each night, so that there was no mess and I could move my car back and forth from the garage. I could not have asked for two better plumbers in such a stressful situation, especially as they always took the time to explain and reassure me during the entire process. (They also both had gentle senses of humor, which I expect you probably need when you’re a plumber, and that helped put me at ease about the whole - let’s face it - icky problem.)

I genuinely have to give Ryan and Kelley the best review I’ve ever posted. :)

He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, well everything I could have wanted from a technician. Laird not only worked on my problem, but also talked to tech support (who had a strong Southern accent - lol) for a long time. Our AC went out and we have no contacts for AC repair so we googled for contact info. We found great reviews about ACE with a larger than usual number of reviewers so we called. They were fantastic in sending Dennis to evaluate the problem. He was on the job within only one hour of our call. I had a great experience with Ace Heating and Air. Backstory, I was expecting out-of-town visitors, and my air conditioner stopped cooling. I was in a state of panic. We have used Ace Plumbing since we bought our house in 1975 and without exception have always been pleased with their service -- from installing a new sewer line, installing a new toilet and sink faucets, unclogging the kitchen sink a number of times over the years, to replacing a leaking hot water heater this time. My water expansion tank above my hot water heater sprung a leak and it was 6pm on a week day. I called Ace and they gave me a quote over the phone that was better than the other places I called. The repair guy the sent out (JAMES) not only did a great job but also did it SUPER fast which is awesome since they charge for every 15 mins or service. The total $$ was even less then they quoted me over the phone and as a mom to two kids under 2, I was super happy about that. Thanks again James and Ace Plumbing!

We discovered our AC was not working on a Saturday night. We called Ace and set up an appt for Sunday AM, as the attic was way too hot for any person. Dennis came out on Sunday and was very efficient at discovering the problem. He came back the next day with the part and all is working well. I appreciate the call 10-15 minutes ahead of his arrival. Just recently done throughout our house on replacement of ducts. Price quote with material's as promised by assessment with Curtis. The installers were here in time scheduled. Work was done smoothly, and removed all old material's and other debris. Very polite, and well informed of the work performance. Thank you, to all of you , and will have you for our next project. Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is great!!! I called Sunday evening and Dennis answered the phone. I couldn't believe someone answered. I was set to leave a message but a real person answered. I explained my problem and he said he would be out in 15 minutes. I could not believe my ears!!! I asked him if I had to make an appointment for tomorrow and he said not if I wanted it taken care of tonight. I was happy he could come and still in shock when he pulled up at my house (we were outside cause it was hotter in my house than outside) and he went to work right away. He gave me a quote and he figured out the problem right away. I am sitting in my air conditioned house right now and we are more than happy with the service. We set an appointment for an A/C tuneup appointment. Dennis, the technician that was dispatched and he arrived at 9:40AM - the window of the service call was between 8AM and 10AM. He was very pleasant, better yet, he was extremely thourough in assessing our system. He was open to questions and there was no upsell or doom and gloom about our 15 year old Lennox system. I am very happy with our decision to use Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We will continue to use their services to keep our system in tip-top shape.

Great company!!! I had a plumbing issue and called 3 different companies for quotes. Gerry from ace came out had up front prices and even a suggestion on how to save some money. When I say they are unmatched it workmanship , customer service and so much more and best of all reasonable by the time it was all said and done I had a working sewer and spent less than a 3rd of what there competitors said the work should cost. They have been top of the line for me on multiple properties and will be the only ones I work with.

As a Realtor, I work with handyfolks all the time. I had a great experience with Jeremy with a dead air conditioner. He talks fast, in airconditioningese and he talks loud, but he's demonstrably knowledgeable and helpful. Slow him down and ask questions. He has patience and will answer them!

I have been using Ace since I bought my 1955 house over 15 years ago. It had been a few years since I needed them but when our garage sink backed up Issac Rubio from Ace came over and did a great job! What was supposed to be a quick snake job turned into a longer job. It was very hot and he kept at it until it was fixed. Great job, very professional and I appreciate the promptness and how thorough Issac was. They will continue to be my plumber!

My plumbing emergency happened on a Sunday, and I'm thankful that Ace was available to give me a hand. I was given a two hour window, from the time of my call, in which they'd arrive. It only took about 40 mins. for them to get to me. It was a tough job. I live in an older house and years of corrosion made for real challenge when it came to releasing a valve that probably should have been replaced years ago. Gerry, the technician, didn't grumble. He was super friendly and approachable. No mansplaining from this guy. Just professionalism and courteousy from start to finish. He even helped replace a P-trap for free because my amatuer work had a small leak. Comparitively good price compared to Armstrong (who I also like, but they're not available on Sundays). I think Ace's job was more of a challenge and took longer, but the final cost was about the same.

John Z arrived on time, was friendly and professional. They have neat tools and instruments to help diagnose issues. Had an excellent experience with their plumber M. that came out to my location. I needed to add a cold water line from the water heater to a fridge in the garage. There were definitely things that needed to be troubleshooted but he thought it through and even put the equipment together to allow for ease of access for future work to be done if needed. I appreciate the forethought, planning, and coming up with different possible solutions upon speaking with me. It is very easy to be on a single minded track once you've thought of a solution but I was glad to see he was open to ideas/suggestions in how the work could have been done and different materials that could have been used. Their pricing is not the cheapest but thought it was fair. I would recommend them again. They do offer discounts, just ask.

Needed a leaky garden faucet replaced and the same with a bath fauce and a toilet that kept running randomly. Scheduled quickly, arrived promptly and finished efficiently and clean.

Thanks to Ryan for his professionalism and ability to explain things to me and answer all my questions confidently (also got a quote on a new water heater as ours is aged around 16).

This is the 2nd time they've been out, previously installed a new garbage disposal in the same professional fashion.

I had my pipes back up on a Sunday, of course. I was very stressed about emergency plumbing fees. The plumber on call, I wish I remembered his name, was outstanding. He explained how they charged and knew exactly what was wrong just from my description and knew where the clean out was based on my home age and location. Incredible. He came out got to work and fixed it in less than 30 mins and for less than 1/2 the cost I expected.
