Whether it be plumbing, heating, air conditioning or electrical Bonney Plumbing is the only company we call.We have used other companies in the past and made the decision to go with Bonney Plumbing for all of our personal and commercial needs.Today we had Manuel “Manny” come out to our home. Manuel is one to watch as he will go far in business(life). Manny is very professional, personable and courteous - just a pleasure to work with.On another note. One of the main reasons we started using Bonney Plumbing years ago was on account of Sam Blakely. Sam is at the top of his game when it comes to knowledge, customer service and being trustworthy. Sam quickly climbed the ladder at Bonney Plumbing to oversee all field operations for Bonney Plumbing. We found out he is no longer at Bonney Plumbing and he will be missed.However should Sam Blakely start his own company we will be the first to send Sam some business. Great guy! Share the wealth (((SMILE))).I’m retired now, but when I was working(in my own companies) we used other companies for plumbing and electrical services. I’m happy to say I placed all of our business with Bonney Plumbing and Heating before I sold to First American Title. I called about a running toilet. I figured a broken flush valve or worn seal. Being elderly I wanted a professional. The estimate was 1212.00 for a 250.00 toilet. I declined. Spent 7.00 for a new seal saving 1207.00.

Awesome customer service across the board. Of course my AC decided to quit blowing cold air on THE hottest day (110 degrees). I scheduled an appointment online for Monday but received a call shortly thereafter telling me they could get someone out today. Steve, the technician that came out was great. He diagnosed the issue, gave me some options and quickly got the cold air blowing once again. Unfortunately it's a temporary fix and I need to replace my system, but at least it's not 90 degrees in my house anymore! Definitely would recommend Bonney.

Ernesto looked at my furnace & discovered 3-4 different problems as well as AC damage outside. He said he’d arrange at Bonney to have someone scheduled in order to give me specific prices for furnace repairs. In the future he said someone should check whether or not the air conditioning unit can be repaired or replaced.I also spoke with Matt Kazen who installed the furnace 11/30/2019. I have an appointment with him on April 3 to look at the furnace and also the AC unit outside. He looked at photos that I’d sent to him. He believes that there’s no serious damage to the furnace. The AC unit is old and it’s leaking some oil. He said that it needs to be cleaned, but it can be fixed.

John did a great job and was very knowledgeable and honest. Didn't try to push us into buying anything but gave us options.

Sid is very friendly and knowledgeable electrician. He did an excellent job with NEMA 14-50 receptacle installation for my wall charger. I'd recommend Sid from Bonney to perform this service to anyone!!!

Did a great job on checking my heating/AC system. Found small problems that could turn into bigger ones. I liked that I wasn't pressured into making any decisions right away into either fixing the system or purchasing a new one.

Clogged drain related to our garbage disposal. I used their chat to set up the appointment for the next day. The appointment was confirmed by text early that next morning, and we received email and text updates as our appointment approached. The work was done quickly and well, and while I would always want to pay less, the quoted price was satisfactory. We have, and likely will continue to use Bonney whenever we need plumbing work done.

I used Bonney for a bad leak under my kitchen sink. Bonney called me back immediately and had someone out to fix it the same day. Matt was super knowledgeable, kind, and fixed the issue quickly. I will definitely call Bonney for all my plumbing, heating, and air issues in the future. I’ve already scheduled a furnace tune up with them because of the great service!

On Saturday, I had an emergency with my bathtub faucet, where the faucet wouldn't shut down the water. I had to shut the water to the entire home. I called Bonney for help. I reached out to other plumbers, too, but no one was available or ready to help until Monday.Great Customer Service: Operator Alej Andra booked for the next day, but she reached out to technicians as I didn't have water to my home to check if someone could be available immediately. She called me back in less than 30 min to tell me she found a Technician who could be available in less than 30 min.Technician Mr. Trent Mebust was above and beyond in his courtesy; he understood my problem and got to help me out immediately. He took time to explain what he was doing and why.Pricing: Pricing was way less than the other plumbers who said it would be double the cost to be on emergency for the same-day service.Overall: great customer service and customer experience. I would recommend Bonney.

Gulliermo was on time and very personable. Pretty much knew would need a new water heater when I made the appointment. He explained the options and the required changes needed (code.) He worked to get the water heater out of the closet and set things up for the new installation the next day.

John is the best technician I have had service from he was very prompt as a follow up to an immediate need to check why my system was not working. Diagnosed problem quickly and got my system to run. System still has a few issues but this is not something that could be fixed today.

Bonney is by far the most reliable, and professional Heat & A/C company in Sacramento. Bonney just replaced my HVAC system on the roof. They also replaced 2 ducts in the attic, plus replaced the thermostat and installed 3 new fire alarms in the bedrooms. Cody and Tran did the work and I was astonished and beyond impressed with the perfect and timely manner in which they did the job! We didn’t even hear them on the roof! It was worth every penny and this company and their employees deserve much more than this review. If you want the job done right, call Bonney!! 10 stars to Cody and Tran!

They did an amazing job. Really appreciated their thoroughness. John was provided our estimate and gave a great breakdown on getting the vents cleaned and our options. He didn’t give me the feeling like he was trying to push me into something higher or add on anything unnecessary and I loved that. Our techs, Kyle and Terrell were really friendly and informative so it was nice to chat and learn a bit more about our system. We moved from the Bay Area and our allergies had been getting really bad on top of the actual allergy season starting up as well. I checked the vents to try and put a filter on but when I saw how dirty, dusty, and hairy they were from the previous owner, I immediately shut them and opted to get a cleaning done. Hoping this will help with our allergies in conjunction with our room air purifiers. Thanks again!

I needed immediate plumbing service after both toilets in my home began to leak simultaneously. My housekeeper, unfortunately had been putting Clorox into the toilette tanks. The flappers were entirely disintegrating. When David arrived he quickly informed me that Koehler discontinued not only my model but all maintenance parts years ago. Bonney stocks replacement toilets on their trucks so I had one toilette completely replaced the same day with a quality Bemis product. I am retired so will budget the second toilette next month. I am extremely impressed with the quality of plumbing service provided on the spot by David and Bonney. I highly recommend this company.

I think Bonney is a little more expensive than some smaller companies I have checked out, but feel Bonney is worth the little extra cost.

Victor from Bonney Heating, Electrical and Plumbing came to tune-up the AC. He checked all necessary components that AC needs to be in good working order, including AC fan, capacitors, blower motor and its capacitor. He also checked the temperature generated by the system. I have seen my own share of heating and cooling technician and even got deceived by one of them in the past, who tried to persuade me that the unit was defective. Victor was very courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing in detail. I believe he is one of the honest and most knowledgeable heating and cooling system technicians in Sacramento area and Bonney is lucky to employ him. Because of his many years of experience, he is also a go-to-person and helps his fellow workers to diagnose the problems at their job sites. Thank you Victor for your work that was above and beyond.

New customer to Bonney. Had a pipe leak that was causing water damage to my ceiling. First of all they were able to get someone out very very quickly, which I was very surprised because it is Sunday. Chris came way early and was really friendly. He took a look at the issue and was very transparent with the cost of work. He was extremely fair with the pricing and I am still floored by how affordable it was. He took a thorough assessment of the problem and repaired it quickly. Overall extremely impressed with Chris and Bonney. Will use again and recommend!

I was looking for someone to come fix a leaking pipe and it has not been an easy task. Tried Roto Rooter and they wanted to charge $2800 to fix plus the cost of removing the siding to get to the past which would have been a couple thousand more. Then I called Bonney and i honestly should have started there first. They were able to come out within a day and the tech they sent (Ariel Hernandez) was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, explained to my elderly father in a way he could understand, reached out to me to let me know what was going on(ABS repair) and then got to work. And the price was more than $2300 cheaper than Roto Rooter. After Ariel was done he sent me pictures showing the before, during, and after. He just left and I wanted to write this right away so I remember everything. Thank you Ariel and Bonney!

Out of the top four Tesla recommended electricians who are all rated 5 stars, Bonney Electrical is the only one who stands out. I contacted them on a Sunday. By Monday, the following day, they gave me an estimate and my EV wall charger was installed and ready to go. My Tesla arrived Tuesday, the next day. That was very quick! The installer, Si Dip, was very friendly, professional, neat and organized, very skilled and knowledgeable. The other electricians who were 5 star ratings took at least three days to provide me an estimate which were all over priced. I provided pictures to these electricians online and it still took them longer to respond. I highly recommend Bonney. I would absolutely rate them 10 if I could. Thank you.Ron Jones

Jonathan and Damian were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They showed how the pipes under the kitchen sink were eroding and explained how this results from high water pressure and hard water. They performed the necessary repairs with skill.

Brandon did an a/c inspection and tune up. He probably cleaned the exterior unit better than any other tech has done before. He explained key preventative measures which I can take to get maximum life out of my unit. Will be happy to have him again.

Ariel repaired/replaced my washer valves that were broken during the install of my washing machine (not broken by Ariel). Same-day service, thank goodness since I had no water!Ariel was super kind and friendly and did great work. I was so stressed about this plumbing emergency and my experience gave me such relief! This is my third time having Bonney over to my house for repairs or cleaning. Rollin was very professional and was able to explain everything in terms that were understandable for someone like me who doesn't have much plumbing experience. I will continue to use Bonney for all of my future needs.

Michael and his team were really great! They assessed the damage and were quick to do the repair. Extra callout to Michael's team because they spent time talking to my neighbors about what was going on and they also patched the hole from main water line repair with tape upon my request until another contractor can come out to fix it. I was very impressed with the whole process. It was a bit pricier than other businesses in the area, but the professionalism and care to detail made it worth it for such a sensitive job.

Courtney is courteous, friendly and professional. She replaced our furnace filter and UV light and made sure everything was in good condition. She also followed up on a noise issue she had troubleshot last summer on our AC unit to ensure that it had not returned. We now request her for maintenance any time she’s available. She’s great!

I had a 5 star experience with Bonney from start to finish. I was helped by Dave today in Fair Oaks and he was so informative and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my AC system. He even put his shoe covers on every time he walked in my home (not easy to do, standing on one leg, great job Dave). Overall, I have a game plan for my future maintenance of my HVAC and am a very satisfied customer. I will use them again for my next issue or service needed.

We had a major plumbing issue in our outside lines. Your company was able to help quickly and even though the diagnosis seemed to go from bad to worse - no fault of your company, just what we were dealing with, everyone that was here (and there were many,) were terrific to work with. After making the repairs, they put the yard back together better than what I thought it would look like and cleaned off all the walkways and driveway. Awesome employees!!

Had called to have my mobile home looked at. They sent out Rollin and he looked over everything flipped a switch to where it look like the other side was leaking but just opened a valve put parts on and took them off. Still charged me to do nothing and make the problem look bigger. Waste of time

I contacted Bonney for an installation of aTesla Wall Charger. They were recommended on the Tesla website as an installer for their system. They were very responsive when I contacted an inquired about the service. Daniel one of their electricians came the next day and walked me through the whole installation process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with the installation of the charger and was pleasantly surprised when he showed me my electric panel. He had placed new labels on all of my switches in the panel. Now everything is legible and not just chicken scratch written with a permanent marker. I would use their services again.

Technician Danni was great. She seems to know HVAC and communicated with me regularly. When she wasn't able to reach me at one point, she made a decision, based upon how her Office directed her. Unfortunately, the Office had misguided her and a supervisor had to get involved. I didn't even need to present my case, as Danni had already managed that part. In fact, by the time I had picked up the message, the supervising manager fixed everything for me. I was quite impressed with how this entire situation was handled.I've owned rental properties in the area for nearly 30 years, and THIS is the type of customer service we all deserve.

My morning started with a houseful of backed up toilets and showers from a clogged pipe under my house. When I called Bonney, they were so kind and efficient from the first hello. They were able to send Gerry (Gerald) to the house first thing, which is a miracle in itself. Gerry was incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at his job. He was the calm to my anxiety, and patiently answered all my questions as he cut roots out of the pipes and showed me the camera feedback where the problems were. Not only was Gerry an A-lister at his job and a consummate professional, but he is one of the coolest human beings I've yet met. Smart, approachable with a gift for communicating. He's the kind of person that makes great companies. Gold star to Gerry and you've got a customer for life now!!

EDIT: SCAM COMPANY! - They use a shady sales approach/tactic to try and extort you of money - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Also note, 90% of their reviews are FAKE.Insane mark up price, please do your research and go with another company. I called Bonney due to their positive reviews, and while the tech was a huge positive - the pricing is not.Toilet Fill Valve (fluidmaster, pro series)- Home Depot - $15- Bonney - $325I don't know why they think they can get away with this, the labor was less than 20 minutes, and the part was $15. If they paid the plumber $150/hr and included parts I'd be looking at $175, but $325? That's double.Search elsewhere, do work yourself if possible - avoid them.

Brandon was a professional in every sense of the word. He was descriptive and thorough while also being knowledgeable on our pool system. He freely gave advice with a very positive attitude and explained a variety of things that will help us save in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Conner & Axel were professional, courteous, kind & explained all facets of the water heater replacement process. Even though Bonney was higher in price than others, their customer service was exceptional, as was their quality of work. I will use them again for preventative maintenance & refer to friends.

He had all the info. Was able to pinpoint concerns. Show step by step his findings. Was professional from begging to end.

We scheduled with Bonney for for our furnace to be fixed. Anthony in the name of Tony showed up the next morning. He went up to the attic opened it up, took some pictures, turn on and off the system. Tony asked repeatedly if we own the house and how old the house is. After few minuets, he suggested to replace the whole system and it would cost us 20k-30k but only if decided before the new year, he would give us for 20k. We asked only the furnace to be fixed, then he suggested that it would cost us 9k. At this point we told him that we were not ready to spend this much money, then he suggested that it would cost us 3.5k to clean and fix the problem. We asked about what the problem was and he said first pay up then you will get the diagnosis report he made from Bonney. The furnace failed while I was writing check for Tony and I asked why the heater stopped working if he claimed that he fixed it. He suggested to talk to Bonney. On the third day, we decided to call Bonney and asked them what happened to the report. The representative offered me another technician but the trust was already broken. We called another company and they fixed it just by changing pressures switch and cleaned clogged pipe for a very few amount of money.

I am embarrassed to say I don't remember the name of the technician who was here ( I thought it was Mark, but I didn't recognize any of the photos as a photo of the technician sent to my house). Ari arrived right on the time predicted in by the “phone ahead” call. Ari was professional & friendly (even took an extra minute to greet our dog and reassure her that they were “friends”). Although our HVAC is fairly new, installed by Bonney within the last 5 years, Ari was very thorough in checking the status and working components of both systems, taking photos and showing them to my husband to verify everything looked good. Our water heater stopped working, so I called on Bonney for some help since their reputation as a company is awesome according to the live reviews from actual people who got service from them. They immediately sent someone on the same day just few hours after I called which was very nice because we needed it to be fixed asap. Anthony Harron was the plumbing technician who helped us out and who happened to be very friendly and at the same time very honest about what needs to be done.I liked how he gave us some explanation first on what went wrong with our water heater, what needs to be replaced and/or fixed and even some helpful recommendations. He even told me that water heaters need to be drained at least once a year which I’ve no clue was very important 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 so he taught me how to do it step by step which was very awesome and kind of him. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! 👌🏼👏🏼It took about 3 days from the time he diagnosed it to the time he actually fixed it, but that was only because he needed to wait for the parts to arrive; it was on a weekend too.Overall my partner and I are satisfied with the service he provided though I must admit they charge you pretty EXPENSIVE, but Anthony’s performance and honesty and the quality of his service made it ALL WORTH IT. We also bought their membership to get discounts in case we need another service from Bonney in the future. Thanks Bonney and Anthony!

I had a toilet replaced in my home by Bonney. Technician Rod Ford was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It took about an hour to complete the work, and there was no disruption to my day. I will definitely use Bonney (and Rod) again.

If I could get a half star or zero I would. Called to get our AC unit tuneup. The tech lied acting like he knew a family member who used to work for them when actually they never worked for Bonney. Said things were leaking and run down. And ended up being told we had to get a whole new unit. Showed that family member the pictures and told us to get a second opinion. He seen nothing in the picture that described what the tech claimed. So got a different company out and it just needed a tune up and to be cleaned. Went from over 17k to $170. Will never call them for anything again.

Alex Brogdon was very friendly and professional and really saved the day for us on our hot water heater. I had tried to replace the hot water heater's drain valve would a lever-type of valve to make it easier in the future, but after draining the water I could not remove the old valve - seemed like it was welded in there. Our air conditioning stopped working a few days ago in the thick of this heat. I gave Bonney a call, and they responded immediately that they would send someone out. Later that same day, a very nice representative came to help. A big shout out to Jacob for doing everything in his power to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. It turns out we need a new unit entirely because ours is so old, but Bonney followed up promptly with a quick solution. Great customer service all around. I would definitely recommend them.

Christian was fantastic! What we thought was a burnt outlet, ended up being a bigger problem. The best part was that he didn't just tell us about the problem, he showed us. He offered great communication throughout the project and answered every question along the way.

Very much appreciated when Sean arrived and went over the work to be done. Because the pipes are galvanized and old (65 years) he advised of the possible risks of the work in a particular area so I could make an informed decision to proceed. He successfuly made the repairs. I appreciate the professionalism and that he could show me where future problems can be expected to develop so I know what to look for and plan for future upgrades.

The technician “Rajesh” was professional, on time, respected the property and gave me complete updates, throughout the time he was here, on what was exactly needed to repair my AC unit. Since I requested to have him inject a dye into the AC system, to detect any possible leaks, he agreed to return for a follow up in 3 weeks. The AC system works well now. Great service and we’re very satisfied!

Bonney installed a new, expensive kitchen faucet 2 1/2 months ago, which started leaking through a stripped connector. Mark was able to replace the connector and solve the leak. However, the leak itself may have resulted from the original installation. Mark himself was friendly, competent, and efficient in his work.

Unacceptably poor service. Bonney does not communicate important needs for your appointment (such as techs needing access to a specific area or outside water sources), they'll sometimes schedule appointments without telling you, they show up to appointments unprepared, they'll leave work unfinished in your home for weeks, they'll forget to put things back, and they seem to have no desire to make things right when you complain. 0/10 - do not recommend!

ProsExcellent Service. Quick Detection and execution of steps to fix the issues.ConsExtremely expensive. While the job got done and we got hot water back, the service costed us $450 for what took an hour for detection and some sanding and pressure air cleaning.

Even though my issue was not an emergency, they were able to have a tech come out within 30 minutes of me calling. This was at 345. Job was done in less than 45 minutes. A little pricey, but at least I know it was done right. Calvin was fantastic.

The HVAC professional who came to us (Justin) was extremely pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable. This made us confident in our decision to upgrade to a monthly maintenance plan. Very glad that we called Bonney.

We have a water leak from under the house. I have never used Bonney for any type of service before but hear their name and see their trucks all the time. Called Bonney this afternoon and they sent out a technician by 2pm. He was able to identify our issue and also found some potential future issues that we should be aware of. Very professional and courteous to our needs. Waiting on an estimate to perform repairs. Great experience to this point.

I needed someone to checkout my water heater. It stopped heating water properly. The technician was very professional in person.However I kind of feel ripped off. Charging over $400 to essentially drain a hot water heater (and change the valve in the process). The whole job took maybe a half hour.The idea was that maybe calcification had built-up leading to the water not getting heated. Long story short: the draining did nothing and I have quotes for new water heaters thousands of dollars more than from a local hardware store.I'm pretty sure this is just the thermocouple but that wasn't mentioned as a possibility. Instead it was either try this draining or a new water heater. ... so I tried the draining and am now out $400.The technician was really nice, but $400 for no difference and overpriced quotes for a new water heater makes me not interested in future service.

The tech, Quintonio, was professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend him. He took the time to inspect my system thoroughly both in the attic and underneath my house.

Ari came out to do a PM on our AC. He found a couple of problems and was able to fix them with parts that were on his truck. We indicated there was a problem with dust and allergens and he was able to install an iWave to pull the allergens before they get blown into the house. We're extremely happy with his service.

Cody, Tra, Kevin and Devon from Bonney all did a great job of installing a new HVAC system. Our home has undergone several remodels, leaving a confusing array of ductwork. The guys met the challenges of installing the new system with commence, persistence and good humor! We are very pleased with the job Bonney did for us.

Bonney employees have come to help us twice so far. The first was Matt, he was extremely kind and thorough. The second time we had Chris and it was exactly the same. Both gentlemen were able to provide good service, communicate clearly on any risk or watch items on our system, and both were very helpful. Extremely professional team!!

Conor did a great job for Bonney repairing a difficult to reach leak . It was tricky because the leak was between the first and second floors, and the exact location was hard to pinpoint. He replaced the entire section of suspect drainpipe, and called in an assistant to help with the upstairs/downstairs aspect of installing the new pipe. Conor was pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable! Also I thought the cost was very reasonable.

Plumbing Used dollar tree plunger and clog became worse. Bonney came to my rescue. The tech was a complete gentlemen. He explained everything clearly. He was neat and clean up after wards. He has excellent customer service skills! I hope all the techs are like him. I signed up for their monthly service and I am already a satisfied customer. Thank you for helping me today. During fiberglass installation They left a whole in my master bedroom ceiling & refused to come back & repair the hol, they said that they changed all the vent covers but the bathroom upstairs in the hallway is not changed in the downstairs hallway it look like it's been painted over,they also did not come back and check their work electrical they did not pull a permit for electrica I paid them for is not working still. I told the bank of dispute the charge that I gave them the bank gave the money because I I sign the paperwork saying that is completed cuz I believe the guy with the frankenstand tattoo stating that they will come back and fix the hole and they will replace the vent they brought the wrong size bed cover he was going to bring the proper vent cover and they lied they never came back with a vent cover and they never fix the hole in my I am a very unhappy unsatisfied customer they received a lot of money for this work and the is not good

He was honest and worked hard to solve the problem then provided a clear solution option for us. (Converted old piping to copper where possible too).I called for an appt on Tues and on Wed Mark Thurm, Plumbing Tech arrived. I cannot praise Mark sufficiently - his work ethic and pride in his finished product are superior. He's polite, efficient, tidy, highly knowledgeable. Simply put...Professional Grade !!!Yes, Bonney is a little more expensive than the others, but Mark Thurm was worth every extra dollar. You get what you pay for. If you need a plumber, Mark is worth the scheduled wait if need be. So, be sure to request him as your Bonney Plumbing Tech. He did a beautiful, professional job for me. The service was plumbing. For some time had a leakage, had removed the toilet, with only the right bolt was left standing, but cleaned the flange discovered it was halfway damaged; therefore, it got to very difficult to remove further. After called Bonney Plumbing and fortunately they had a opening, and respknse and arrive was quick. When Mason came over, was greeted with kindness, slipped on shoes coverings, and escorted/showed him the repair site, and he assessed/inspected, and immediately worked. Questions and answers were exchanged, as well as tip(s) &/or troubleshoot (e.g., he offered the additional help regarding the gasket [between the tank & bowl] to order and repair when get the part, if it came to it, bit fortunately no leakage).His expertise and professionalism is highly recommended for anyone requiring services from Bonney Plumbing!

We use Bonney to maintain the heating/AC system they put in 6 years ago. This time Laquan Townsend was our technician. Bonney must have a source for technicians because we use them regularly and we've always had great people come out. Laquan told us ahead of time what he would do and asked where everything was located. He explained the tune up and check afterward and showed us all the pictures he documented. I must say it's very helpful to see the work and the instrument readings at the same time. He was a good communicator and answered all of our questions. It's nice to get a technician with good personality and sense of humor. Bonney advertises their 5 star service and I have not been disappointed.

this technician was extremely helpful and effecting in resolving the heat pump problem. His customer relations skills were appreciated and is technical grasp of the problems involved. A Bonney technician inspected my 15-year-old heat pump system which was leaking refrigerant. The estimated cost of repairs was substantial enough that I decided to replace whole system, given its age. Ruben from Bonney came out the next day to determine my needs, and explain my options and costs. The day after that, a Bonney installation crew (Kevin and Devon) came out and had the new system installed by mid-afternoon. I've only had the system in use for several hours, but everything seems to be working well. I'm completely satisfied with the work done, and with all my interactions with Bonney employees. These guys impressed me as knowledgeable, experienced, professionals who take pride in their work.

Tony was very thorough and showed me pictures of the system and offeredd me solutions of any problems he found and the timeline needed for the repairs.

My mother purchased a tankless water heater from them a year ago. When they came to do the work they removed the water heater we had. They did not patch the work properly when they removed the old one and now we have a serious issue in our ceiling with all the flooding. They refuse to fix the issue. The manager Michael Forger stated that it’s not in the contract therefor they r not responsible. When infact they are responsible for the work since they are the ones that removed it in order to replace with the new one. My mother is a senior citizen and could barely afford this to be done last year. And now we are at a loss of what to do with this disaster. It took them three months of us tring to get them to help us. For them to tell us they are not responsible. Originally the worker who came to evaluate the leak said that it seems they didn’t seal the vent after removing the water heater. Michael Forger said that he no longer works for Bonney. What do we do now?I am sorry but your response is not accurate. Bonney removed the old water heater. Why did u not patch it. You shouldn’t have removed the old one if it wasn’t in the contract. But you did. Which at that time should have been patched properly. But wasn’t. You could have told us that it was removed and not patched so then we could have taken care of the issue before this big rain and storms happened.

Scheduled an appt and they did not show up during their appointed window. When I reached out to call, they weren’t able to offer much more than an “Im sorry, would you like us to come out tomorrow?” It’s disappointing a company that deals with sewage issues doesn’t recognize the urgency when you have an issue in the house. I would not recommend this company based on lack of professionalism and lack of timeliness.

He was able to very quickly troubleshoot and identify the cause of an electrical circuit issue. The issue was resolved in a timely matter and for a very good price. I would recommend Daniel for any electrical repairs.

We called Bonney Plumbing at 8am for a sewer drain blockage. Liz said they were available to respond between 9am and 12pm. Kevin arrived at 11am and ran a power snake 35 feet down the drain and cleared the blockage. Kevin then ran the camera down the drain and reported that is was all clear. Response, Professionalism, and Value is excellent.

I really wanted to like you Bonney. After three visits to my home, you and your technicians couldn’t fix the A/C issue saying it might be this, or it might be that. I let you do the work and spent over $2,000 to replace what you suggested but it still didn’t work. The air conditioner still wasn’t working properly in this terrible heat. I had to put my family in a hotel for weeks to survive the heatwave since your appointment schedule was full. After all that, you suggested to replace the whole HVAC unit ($$$$$) even though this current one wasn’t that old. No thanks. I did like your technicians—they were friendly and polite however they didn’t (couldn’t) fix the AC. I eventually called out a DIFFERENT company and they fixed the problem without replacing the entire unit the same day.

We woke up to our water heater leaking all over our garage floor. We started calling around while we scrambled to use anything we could find to soak up the water which was quickly spreading across our entire garage. Two other companies gave us 3 days windows to have someone come out. We came across Bonney on Google. They came out within 2 hours. They sent me a pic and the name of the technician when he was on his way, which was a nice touch. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He was also very knowledgable and gave us good sound advice on how to handle our problem. Overall we're very pleased with the service!

On Thursday 8/3/2023, Bonney installed a new hydronic/Trane AC unit. The system worked fine initially until 5 PM on Friday 8/4/2023. Our Nest thermostat gave the error message “E195 – No power to R detected”. We called Bonney and schedule an appointment for Saturday 8/5/2023. Justin showed up at 4 PM and checked the connections/wiring to both inside and outside units. He tightened the connections on the inside unit, checked the wiring to the Nest thermostat, and reset the secondary condensate float switch to clear the error. Our system ran initially for about an hour but then stopped working when the E195 error message came back. We called Bonney back about what happened and they scheduled another tech to return.On Sunday 8/6/2023, Allen S. showed up at 9:50 AM. Upon his inspection, he discovered the E195 – No power to R detected was due to the secondary condensate float switch filling up with water due to the return plate pressing down on top of the switch. He ended up getting a drill bit big enough to put in a hole to let the secondary switch vent and not build up with condensation to allow the system to properly operate. I asked Allen to let the other techs who worked on our system know what happened. He said he will! Allen S. deservers a box of cookies Bonney!

Colin provided an honest straight forward service, whereby any other electrician could have taken taken advantage of us.

Last weekend 3 days ago actually, I noticed my system wasn’t working properly. Since it was a Saturday I didn’t really think anyone would be able to help. To my surprise after scheduling things here thru google, I got a call from the dispatcher and she told me they actually could have someone come by in a couple hours.The tech who showed up was able to figure things out pretty quickly and was able to get my system operating. He did warn me my system was over 30 yrs old and I might want to think about replacing, as a lot of the parts are not available anymore.I told him that was a good idea and to go ahead and set something up. Me thinking in a couple weeks or so. Nope they had a design specialist out the next morning on Sunday.With his help we were able to spec out a system improve the insulation in the attic by about a factor or 50 and he was able to package all of that and at a price I was happy to see was way less than I was envisioning.He then called in and set the installation for Tuesday. Lol basically two days later. Then set the installation install for the next day Wednesday.I’ll update things after Wednesday if anything changes. Everyone involved so far has been beyond professional.The install team came in and immediately game planned things and went to work each of them checking in with the others to make sure everyone was good and didn’t need anything. They made a pretty intense looking set up and made it look like child’s play.I set up for the service plan Bonney offers. With the responsiveness and the professional demeanor of all their staff involved in this whole process I feel it is money we’ll spent and the price point is much better than my previous provider, with out the extensive lead time on service visits.Thank you for sending me such professional people.I appreciate all the time and experience they used to make one of the more daunting household repairs very much less stressful than I was envisioning.

The electrical team at Bonney is really great in general. They spent a month at my house doing a complete rewire to upgrade the panel all the way to new light fixtures that I had collected. They really did a great job all around so that could get Solar installed and the old house is much more comfortable now. They have been back twice 2 fix things that weren't their fault. They may not be the cheapest but they will make their work right and everyoneat the company is professional and easy to be arround. Kim one of their lead techs really went above and beyond to make my house finish ready and safe to button up... I have used them for multiple major plumbing projects as well. Get the membership and let them service your hvac regularly (they even call me to remind me to do it!)then if you need something you get a discount and they will have someone out pretty quickly from my experience. Always a pleasure to work with the staff from Bonney/Boyd plumbing. I was able to get a same day appointment for a clogged toilet, with a less than 2hr response time. Estimates are given up front and he came with everything needed to complete the job right then and there. Ultimately, I had to change the toilet (toddler flushed an EarPod case which was the issue) and they had my toilet on the truck! Easy install. Michael Williams was my technician and he was friendly and knowledgeable and he respects your space ie shoe covers, making sure the area is covered before he began work etc. 5 out of 5 for his work!

Hrodland Durkee came out to fix a clog in my kitchen sink. He used to work with a company I used before and was always happy with his work. I was so surprised and happy to see him. I knew I was in good hands. He spent almost three hours trying to unclog the sink that was abused for years before I bought the home. Of course he ended up fixing and unclogging my sink. He was determined to find a way and he did. I have never used Bonney before but if he stays there I will again. Extremely professional and tried whatever it took, no matter how long, to fix my problem. This is an employee that needs recognition for his determination and customer care.

I had a maintenance on my HVAC system. When Bonny got here my system was working well. Heater was currently running. When the technician switched it to air conditioner setting he went on the roof and said it is not working. Which is odd. Since it is working just fine before he got here. He said I don’t want to mess with it if it is not working. Yet he asked me to pay for the diagnostic he performed with out my consent.He perceived to let me know that my circuit board had burned up. Yet my circuit board was working just fine before he touched it. Then he quoted me a price for $1700 to replace my circuitboard that he broke by pushing on it and it touch the metal behind it. I have had another company come out and look at it. They jumped the system and it works just fine. So the problem was with what he did. I have been left with a broken space heater till we pay the price. I have asked for manager to call me with no return call. I can speculate why they have treated with situation the way they have but as a mom of many this is not a good look for them!

From the first call to signing the finished work order, this was nothing but a professional experience. The gentlemen came out, inspected what we had going on, found our clean out buried in the ground, and took care of everything. But more importantly they pointed out issues that needed to be resolved. Jacob has made two trips to my house for this repair. The first time, he properly diagnosed the issue with my AC system and was extremely helpful with documentation for my home warranty (whose contractors had misdiagnosed the problem). On his second trip, he replaced my faulty thermostat and again was extra helpful making sure I got the invoice that I needed (he waited for his email to reach my pc).Jacob was amazing.

We called them to do the three way lighting in our stair area. My husband could only get it to do two. It took them no time to get it solved and that fix was very inexpensive so well worth the call. It's done right and problem solved in a flash. Great load off my mind.

I received what I believe to be a fair and honest quote for replacing old cast iron and clay pipes. I received this quote after using a different well known company to unclog my sewer line. That company used scare tactics and falsely told me my sewer line is leaking, and quoted me an alarmingly high rate. So I appreciate Bonney coming by to give me the truth about it.

Had a leak in our wall by shower. Called Bonney thinking we'd probably have to wait for appointment. They sent someone within hours. They called to give us an ETA and the name and photograph of the technician who would be coming. Albert showed up on time, assessed the situation, gave us options including a no fee if we chose not to use them. The leak was tricky to find but Albert stuck with it and listened to our suggestions and helped problem solve. When we located the leak the cost was even lower than the estimates originally presented. He quickly fixed the leak and cleaned up. Albert was friendly, professional, and knowledge. I would use Bonney again if needed for our plumbing needs

Bonney Plumbing is a great company! Michael Williams did plumbing work for us today. He was very courteous and professional, answered all our questions, explained the estimates very thoroughly, and was very flexible and easy to work with. He replaced the wax seal on a toilet and cleared a bathroom sink drain and fixed a leak below the sink. The clean up was thorough. Everything looks good! We highly recommend this gentleman, and will be happy to have him back to do more work for us.

I found a leak under the sink late at night that required me to turn the water off to the house. After further inspection I realize that it’s nothing I can fix on my own and reached out to several businesses in the area with zero response. Then I called Bonney and was setup for an appointment that morning. The customer service was outstanding. From the first point of contact, the customer service was excellent! They. got my hot water flowing again the same day. Cost was a bit high but the customer service and quality of work was excellent. I will call them again next time I have a need.

I had a leak in my bathroom and called them and they were able to send a technician out that day. Demetrius was very courteous and professional. He performed his part well. Company as a whole could be better, meaning a 7 hour window to show up is too big of a gap to wait. Average windows are 4 hours and we don't even want to wait that long. Then the pricing is high. I would've had a couple of other thing replaced while the technician was here, but wasn't ready for the pricing. If you don't know how to do plumbing, then you have to pay, luckily, it wasn't an emergency to get the other things I wanted to do.

Nobody wants to have to replace your entire HVAC system. and nobody wants to have to go through dealing with 3-5 different companies to get quotes and go through the entire sales process. Jon w/ Bonney was solid. factual, found additional items that needed to be addressed (that others didn't find or mention) and the quote was best overall. Nobody wants to deal with a bunch of people coming into their home to actually do the work. They showed up on time, positive attitudes and really worked efficiently with minimal interruption to me (I work from home on the computer). Again nobody wants to go through this process, I couldn't have had a more professional positive experience and would highly recommend.

This was our first time using Bonnie, but we came to them through Boyd plumbing which Bonnie recently acquired, so we already knew a good chunk of their plumbing team. As with Boyd these guys are fabulous! They were very responsive and immediately got someone out to help us with our kitchen sink backing up. The guys, Pedro and Blake were wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, informative about our odd house, and did a clean and quick job for us. We used this company today for a repair. After the left our unit broke and our air conditioning stopped working immediately on one of the hottest days of the year. When we contacted them they responded that they could return 24 hours later. When we mentioned that they advertise and specialize in 24/7 care, they responded that they are available for calls 24/7 and that’s it. When we asked for some type of monetary compensation, they said their company doesn’t work like that. We will never use this company again, would not recommend and if we could rate them 0 stars we definitely would. Glad you could take our check for a service not completed ✅

Best decision I made to have Bonney come out and do a check of my hvac systems with washing. They found a burnt out heater in my attic with tubing blacken by overheating furnace. And their estimate for replacement was reasonable to me and for my peace of mind. I worked with Bonney for the first time, and more specifically with my tech, Si Dip, on a pretty big project - upgraded the electrical panel along with adding a dedicated circuit for a new hot tub. I didn't get any other quotes after first meeting with Si. It was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about, provided accurate timelines, and a very realistic quote for the service. Colin was amazing! He listened to all of our questions, looked at what we were needing the 220v outlet for, looked at all the specifications and helped to nail down exactly what we needed. The work I need does was to replace a failed water heater. The process took a full day and we found and repaired a leaky drain pipe behind the water heater. The workman was capable, courteous and completed the job with updates on the process through out. I was very pleased with the service I got.

Michael Williams came to unplug multiple clogged outdoor drains that caused some flooding during a heavy storm on NYE. The service was expensive and I’ve never had this service before so I can’t speak to whether or not the $2500 I paid was high or competitive. I approved the Hydro-Jetting Service to clear out the drains which involved special equipment coming in from Sacramento. Another man came to help Mr. Williams and I don’t remember his name. Mr. Williams texted me to have me come out and see what they were doing, so I would be aware of what is coming out of the drains. He also had several helpful tips for preventing future clogs, and how to make the underground drainage as good as possible. He also took extra time to run water through the most problematic drains to make sure they were clear and operating well. I appreciated this very much as this area has another heavy storm on its way. Mr. Williams was very good about answering all of my questions and was very careful with the property. When mud, leaves, rocks, and a root flushed out of the drain the sidewalk was a mess. Mr. Williams cleaned up all the debris from the sidewalk. The overall service was excellent.

Resetting the circuit breaker erases the error and the furnace works great for weeks (sometimes months) before the error pops up again.Bonney comes 2 days ago to address the intermittent problem. They replaced a $50 part and charged me $500+.Next morning… No Heat. Same error pops up. This time, resetting the circuit breaker does not work. This has always worked for 10 years and now it doesn’t?They came back out that same day and said there is another defective part and it’s going to cost another $600+. They also said the part will be here tomorrow and will be installed.Well today is when the 2nd part is supposed to be installed. They called and said the part is not available and won’t arrive for 2 more days. The call center has no sympathy and is not even offering some form of compensation or even a sincere apology!

Cole was my technician and he did amazing work from first visit coming up with a plan to tackle my overloaded circuit and executing the plan.They had a team that worked together and got so much done in one day! I was impressed with the team work and communication.As soon as they came in they made sure everything was protected from dust. They did great job cleaning up too.I always know with Bonnie I might pay a little more but it is worth it when it comes to your home.

So they came out, polite respectful. The repair guy first said heater can't be repaired, then that the parts are too old to be ordered. So they sent someone to give an estimate to replace heater with a new one. My landlord called a different heating and air repair. They came, it took 5 minutes and it was fixed. I asked what he did, he said turned gas valve on, and cleaned something. No parts replaced. They only want to sell you a new heater, and charge you to come lie to u about it.

Total rip off, wanted to charge 8,500 to replace a water heater. Almost 4,000 just for the water heater. They take advantage of seniors. Bought a correct legal water heater for 679 dollars. I do not recommend these thieves 😒. Even the manager at the mobile park said they take advantage of seniors. If I don't see this post I'm turning them in.

My service person Mark Thurm was very professional, answered all my questions and concerns. He did an excellent job repairing my broken water heater and even stayed late to complete the job and came back the next day to finish up a few things. I commend him for his detail to work and going over and beyond my expectations. He is definitely an asset to Bonney. My hope is Bonney recognizes his hard work.

We had a plumbing emergency that caused the water in our house to be shut off but Bonney’s came the rescue. Sean and Adam showed up within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the problem within half the estimated time to get it done. So thankful for their response time, professionalism and competitive prices.

Our experience with Bonney has been an excellent one! They replaced our HVAC system as our old one completely quit after 30 years and they did an electrical panel inspection and have us some options for upgrades if we want but our panel looked good as is. They're a bit more expensive but their service and professional is equally good. I do recommend Bonney for their services.

I had an issue with some slight coloration from the water coming out of the faucets. This is a a house build on the 1960s and I schedule several inspections from three different Plumbing companies in order to choose the best for the job. I felt Bonney were the most experience ones and could tell that from the very beginning with my interaction with them. They had the best customer service out of all three companies and explain everything in detail with the issue and how to fix it. They even price match the other two plumbing companies estimates and felt they provided more quality service. I dealt with Plumbers Johnathan Nimis and Blake Munger. They were terrific 👏🏼. They advise me on the best solution possible for my issue without having to break the bank. The installation team they brought in with them for the repair/install were awesome as well. I am extremely happy with the job they did. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable and cool they were, specially Johnathan. Very easy to talk to and tries to explain in a way normal folks can understand. I will definitely get more work done through them.

The main water line to my house was leaking and Bonney came out and replaced the old broken line with a new one, the install team came out and within a day had water back to my house while I was at work, they did a great job, a few days later the clean up crew came and wow they should be replaced, left nothing but nuts and bolts all over my drive way for me to drive over when I got home, I also have an issue with the fact that they decided a smoke break was best taken leaned up against my house, not very cool gentleman, not the 5 star service promised on the side of your van you drop all the bolts out of

Bonnie Plumbing, Jonathan Nimis, provided service today. I had a leak in a pipe under my house, which was diagnosed by Terminex during a home inspection. I have an older home (1991) so lots of little things going on. Had an outside leak, with a sprinkler that has not been used for many years. Sean removed the leaking section and dead-headed the pipe for me. He was fast, effective, and courteous.

Called 3 plumbers before I called Bonny should have called them weeks ago been trying to get my plumbing fixed for weeks paying all these consultation fees and no results finally got answers today and was able to call my home Warrenty company who said they will cover the cost if not I will call Bonny right back to complete the job

Water heater stopped producing hot water over the weekend. Called Bonney to come diagnose and fix the issue. They instructed me they do not work on the weekends. So we scheduled an appointment for Monday.Tech came out and gave me a quote to fix issue but part was not available locally. It was available in San Leandro (2 hrs away). Tech left and told me he would schedule a date to fix once the part came in. I had to call Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before I had to cancel the service and any future business with Bonney due to the fact they could not communicate effectively with me as to when the part would be in and when they would definitively finish the work. Don’t understand how a part 2 hours away could be so difficult to transfer to Sacramento. I can order any item online now and have a high degree of accuracy as to when it will be shipped and arrive at my doorstep. Bonney does not operate that way with their own supply house.Ideally I would have wanted the follow up appointment scheduled on Monday while the tech was in my house. They act like they are at the mercy of their supply house as to when a part will be delivered. And apparently they are deep underground with no access to internet or a phone system.I will not use Bonney anymore because they did not treat my situation as urgently as I expected. On a side note I called a competing plumbing service that can come to my house and fix the issue next day. Imagine that a 1 day turn around for an urgent issue.

The Bonney technician arrived on time. Drained the hot water tank and checked leakage. Also looked at valves for the washing machine. Gave me estimate to repair the valves. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Nate spent a couple of hours to check the AC system out and explained the repairs with pictures. Nate was in no hurry to rush and leave like some technicians that I previously experienced.

Service Rep. Anthony Harron was extremely polite, friendly, and professional; and most of all he solved 3 different plumbing issues our company had. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If no stars could be given I would give them a ZERO. I hired Bonney to replace my air ducts. Salesman Brian tried to overcharge me for 9 air ducts by about 2k at first. He calls himself a religious man but I doubt it because of this reason alone. Him and I are also veterans. The fact that he chose to screw over a fellow veteran is enough to not do business with Bonney. After negotiating it down to 5.5k, Bonney would come down to install a few days later. During install, I was not informed that only 6 out of 9 ducts were replaced. I found this out because one of the rooms was not cooling. Bonney told me this issue would be solved. So I hired two different hvac contractors to come and inspect Bonnie’s work. They stated that the air ducts were undersized, the air return was undersize, the placement of the air ducts were wrong and that only 6 out of 9 air ducts were replaced. I then contacted Bonney to come out and inspect their own work. Supervisor Alex came out and also acknowledged everything that the other two hvac contractors said. I have been going back and forth with Bonney to try and get back my money. Bonney is dodging my phone calls and are refusing to return my money. I don’t want nothing to do with Bonney. I don’t want them to come out and fix the problem that they caused. They were negligent from the very beginning.BONNEY IF YOU ARE READING THIS, CONTACT ME ASAP. OR I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE A LAWSUIT FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE.

So finally get contacted for inspection like 6 months later and Bonnie delivers inspection paperwork needed for inspector 4 hours after he leaves!Turns out Bonnie did not seal hole drilled for wire pipe with fireproof clocking. Inspector was able to cmmplete online since did not have paperwork. He asked if I wanted Bonnie to refile or just reach out to them to swing by and fix their sloppy work. Bonnie agreed to come out and sets appointment for next Wed. Then I get a message from Bonnie stating that the inspection is showing completed online so they WILL NOT be coming out to repair and basically good luck!!This is some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time!Not to mention the $1200 rebate I was pitched to have them upgrad my fuse box, just to find out that was false!I am speaking to Roseville Building Inspector Division tomorrow to reverse approval and I will be filing with BBB!-downside, is I found a few nails dropped from the roof panel they removed and I was concerned as I have 3 classic cars (including my $200K 1967 Shelby) and did not want to end up having a tire popped. But upon informing them, they young man assisting the main guy happily swept and found all he could. Just as a side note, when adding brackets for the EV charger cord to secure to the wall, it would be nice if they used a level or even a stick to lineup as they just eyeballed them and they are a half inch lower on one side, which to most is not a big thing, but to me is a thorn to look at.

We had an issue with the original toilet in the master bathroom. We were not sure if it was a partial clog or something else. Used Bonney via their online booking and it was super easy and I loved the ability to provide a video of the issue ahead of time. Bonney was able to come a day earlier than initially thought. Broderick was the tech that came out. He did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the work. He explained what was going on and our options. We will be using Bonney for all of our plumbing needs for now on.

Sean went above and beyond. He came to check on our sewage line. I informed him of an irrigation leak. Sean went above to look for possible valve leaks in my back yard and was able to find two of them.

I had Blake and Cole over about a week apart for plumbing and electric estimates. They were both personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I didn't feel forced to agree to something. I wanted to immediately write this review as I just received great service and I believe my problem is resolved. They were booked out so my only complaint was no one was available right away for my AC issues but they were transparent and set proper expectations and it’s a time where most places are busy.

First I contacted Bonney through their chat and I was getting questions that I did not feel comfortable answering. Then I got a call from their customer service two hours later, so I called back to schedule an AC tune up and again, the rep appeared doubtful of the information I was providing and I too was skeptical because she could not answer any of my basic questions. The last straw for me was when she was trying to set up an appointment, she would not commit to a time. She said all she was allowed to say was afternoon and would not give a specific time or range of time, so I told her never mind, I do not want the services of Bonney. This is a very shotty and unprofessional way of serving customers and such a big turn off! She wanted to give me an appointment but would not commit to a time. This is terrible awful despicable service!!!!!

This is the second time John has come by to help with a repair and diag and he is very nice and always very helpful. Really appreciate him getting our A/C running today right in time for the warmer weather.

My AC unit was worked on a couple weeks back by another company and seemed to not be working all of a sudden. I called Boney and they booked me immediately and came out and knew exactly what was wrong. The compressor had gone out and needed replacing. My technician Robert did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixed it rather quickly. He also showed up early which was a plus! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything. This company has always done a great job every time something breaks. All their technicians are easy to work with it and they get the job done. This company is one of the best, I highly recommend them.

Dennis and Chrisdid an excellent job analyzing and correcting our problems.He also did an excellent job installing a motion detector at the corner of our house. He kept us informed concerning the problems he found and corrected.

Alex the service technician came out to do a routine inspection and maintenance. My previous HVAC system was 15+ years old and needed a major repair. Alex took the time to remove the damaged part and show me the crack, and he reviewed all the damaged parts with me so I knew what the issues were and potential next steps. He was great and had empathy when I became visibly upset (i.e., tears). He commiserated with me but didn't try to push anything on me. He reminded me multiple times that I didn't have to make a decision now and I didn't have to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. And when I did decide to move forward with replacing my HVAC, he was able to quickly get me scheduled with a follow-up visit to start the next step.

Bonney is always responsive and professional. I've got an older rental property, and they have come out to assist with HVAC maintenance, replacing a new kitchen faucet, and most recently replacing an electrical panel that was causing a fire hazard.They are easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. I could not be happier with Bonnie Plumbing. No one ever plans on having an emergency, and Bonnie came in like champs. I had a leaking water heater that had caused secondary damage in an adjacent room (flooded carpets). Bonnie was the most responsive and scheduled me sooner than anyone else could—my warranty company couldn’t find anyone and my “club membership” with a different company did me no good as they couldn’t schedule me for 10 days! What a relief when Bonnie called me back and said they had a tech who could come out the same day! David from Bonnie showed up in the time promised and was super helpful on assisting me with my leaking water heater emergency. I didn’t know what to do and I was very appreciative to have such a kind and knowledgeable person walking me through what’s next. He was able to advise me on the other steps necessary to mitigate the secondary issues and even called in that support. He’s also assisted in collaborating with that team to get me back on track! Did I mention he’s patient too? I’m not at my best when facing something unfamiliar and even thinking about unknown in this situation (just thinking about the damage that was happening or could happen down the line) made me ask tons of questions, probably more than once, and David patiently assisted me through it all.Overall, I’m super impressed by David and Bonnie Plumbing. I’m going to continue to use them for all my future plumbing, heating, and air needs.

I had 3 bad experiences with them now.The first time they failed to show for first appointments after my wife took off work. Said I needed a new heater. I replaced the whole system because the cost difference wasn’t that much. Price was very expensive compared to another quote received. However, I was thinking perhaps the premium meant I was paying for better quality. I was wrong. The installers left a mess in my front yard and installed my O2 sensor ridiculously crooked on my wall. Thus, I should not have been surprised when the unit stopped working a year later.When I called them the tech came out and showed me the unit was out of gas. Unfortunately it was only under parts warranty by that time and only the broken parts qualified. So I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money in labor and gas with dye to recharge the unit. I was also forced to sign up for their membership to receive a small discount on the cost.Then they came out a month later when some of the dye’d gas had leaked. This allowed the, to find the leak. The tech showed me pictures indicating that the original Bonney installers had damaged my condensing coil when they put it in and that’s why the gas leaked out. However, even though it was clearly their fault and not a manufacturers defect I still had to pay labor to fix the issue. Again this labor was insanely expensive.The entire experience left me feeling very taken advantage of and I will never let them in my home again.

Bonney fixed a leak from the main to our house draining out the regulator at the street which when fixed caused our water pressure to skyrocket to +150 (should be around 80). They refuse to help denying this and saying that this amount of pressure is ok (we now have a busted sprinkler). We can’t talk to the plumber, manager instead work through a poor gal who was in the middle. We liked the repair man; I just caution you on the stated service after the fact may not be what is expected or desperately needed.

We first started using Bonney about 2 years ago and to this day we're still very happy with all the services they've provided. The latest service we had done was replacing all of the insulation and ducts in our attic. We had the consult on Monday and Thursday Bonney was starting the job. The installers, Cody and Tran (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong), were super friendly, very knowledge, and fast. They also paid attention to details other contractors we've had didn't, such as covering our soft surfaces before starting any work and they cleaned up afterwards (I'm aware that these are things that contractors should do anyway, but we've had some contractors that have left messes around our property). Bonney always comes through for us when we need them and they're always happy to help. I'd recommend Bonney for all A/C, electrical, and plumbing needs! Also, I'd highly recommend getting the membership as well. Bonney will keep track of all the maintenance schedule for your entire home, you'll get priority scheduling for any repairs, discounts on services and much more!

From the beginning.. staff was very friendly, worked with my schedule availability and then were right on time! Carlos, the tech who arrived was -can I just say - AMAZING!! Super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable not to mention patient. We had our heat/air system installed a couple years back with another local company and have had problems ever since. Carlos did a thorough inspection took pictures and explained to us what he was seeing. He made recommendations and fixed our immediate issues. He gave us options for finding and fixing a leak we had- thank you Carlos we finally found the condensate pipe! He cleaned our system so it is all shiny and new again. Found a filter that we had no idea existed- therefore hadn’t been changed in years! We are breathing cleaner air, our systems air flow is noticeably better and I feel confident in not only using Bonnie plumbing for all future services and maintenance needs but in recommending them to anyone who is looking for their type of services. Sequoia came out today for a general electrical inspection - and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything about her visit!! She arrived in a timely manner, and had excellent communication. During the inspection, she was very professional, thorough, and kind! It was just my wife at home at the time, and Sequoia made her feel at ease, and answered all of her questions. She also explained a lot of stuff about what electrical updates we should focus on, along with a fair estimate of the costs.Overall, Sequoia represents to us the gold standard of what we’ve learned to expect from Bonney services. To continue my run in I had with these guys Twice! So after quoting me $1560.00 for repair, then sent a text the night before. At this time I new I would have to postpone as contractor had broken piece of countertop. So I responded to text that information and said I would call to reschedule.Next morning I get a call at 8:25 am. We need to reschedule our guy is out sick. Didn’t you get my text back. What? I don’t know anything about that. So if the guy had not been out sick, he would have shown up!!!At that point I decided I was not going to work with this company. I did the job myself. Took about 2 hours to do! No real experience prior. So watch out, especially senior citizens. There are a lot of frauds being committed. I avoided the second one. Not decided about small claims court. But will let all my realtor friends about this. Oh by the way the first plumber had been with them for 4 months. He had done some building maintenance before. Wow wow wow!

A complete clean of my heating system and checking of all parts. He advised me of heat diffuser that is going to need replacement in the future, but still under warranty.

We signed up for their Bonney Beyond Membership as well to save on future visits and tune-ups.

These guys work fast! Got old cast iron sewage pipes out and replaced in a day. Came back the next and replaced my old galvanized water piping with pex the next day. Glad I called them for all the work. Got a good deal and approved for financing in minutes. Only downside was the day of inspection, no one from Bonney showed up. Still waiting for my documentation but I was assured I would get it. They came a did the corrections that the city inspector pointed out - nothing major just some caulking behind the shower handle plate.

Nate came out to service my broken AC unit. He found the issue and got it working in less than an hour. Very thorough and detailed.

I called to repair a kitchen faucet leak. Tech came and reported a cartridge problem. Was quoted a $402.00 repair cost. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I accepted the quote. Tech unscrews the faucet handle, pulled and replaced the cartridge which was just on top of the faucet fixture. Screwed back the handle and done. It took no more than 15 mins to complete. I checked the cost of the replacement cartridge, the most expensive in the market is only $20.00.I am very disappointed that the company would take advantage of the situation. Bonney company should disclose in their quotes an approximate duration of repair so customers will have an idea of the service. Customers should have an option whether or not to agree to a $400 charge for a 15 mins job.

Angel Perez from Bonney Plumbing was at our home to give us an evaluation of the angle stops since we had some concerns. He determined that all of them were fairly new and did not need to be replaced. While he was there he checked the condition of the toilets and sinks to see if there were any other related problems. He was vey straightforward, and told us that there was no need of his services today. The charge to us for his visit would be $49 as we had a $50 coupon which was to be applied to the $99 fee for him to come out. We mentioned that our understanding was that there was a $49 fee and the $50 coupon could be used towards that. This was a misunderstanding when we first spoke to the dispatch agent. Angel called his office and explained the situation and they readily agreed to waive the fee. We feel good about the company as they took care of the situation and gave the customer the benefit, instead of insisting on collecting the fee. We did not use the business this time, but definitely shall in the future. We would also like to THANK Angel for being HONEST.

I call trenchless they came in to unplug a kitchen sink. He spent 30 min. Came in and told me he couldn't get it unplug. He said he needed another guy plus a camera and do a special blast. And want to charge me a disable vet alittle over 500.00. I call trenchless because they had a 97.00 special to unclog any drain. That too get there feet in your house. So I call Bonney they charge me not even half . I said to Bonney employee in my house if you don't unclog do I have too pay you. He said no but I will unclog it don't worry about that. About 15 min later job done plus 6 month warranty. So listen to me go too Bonney plumbing.

I was very pleased by the professionalism and knowledge Rollin had re: plumbing maintenance and inspections he performed. I had a thumping and knocking sound from my toilet and around the top of my water heater. He explained various reasons why this would occur, inspected each knob under the sinks and behind the toilet and discovered the problem. I decided to renew my membership with Bonnie Plumbing because the plumbing and maintenance technicians simply do good work.

Both technicians were professional, polite and organized. They both handled their jobs efficiently and quietly. I was amazed how quickly they completed the job. They left everything clean and neat. They also took the time to show me the pictures of the unit in the attic and pointed out the work they completed outside. This company was SO quick! It was a matter of 3 days total from inspection to purchasing the new AC system and then finally installation. The technicians were all super nice guys. Charged me $1,500.00 +, to remount one toilet and to check slow flow to second toilet. He did do the remount, fantastic. Took 20 minutes. The back toilet WOW! he spent an hour + back there and NEVER did figured it out. Told me I needed to call his office and schedule another visit. $1,500.00 and only remounted my first toilet. NEVER AGAIN!I went to ACE Hardware, picked up a $ 3.88 part and had the back toilet working in 10 minutes. Screw these people.

I am at my wits end. I do not know how else to get this businesses attention besides posting this mess public. I have been without gas for a month. FOR A WHOLE MONTH. So I can't cook, I can't heat my home. Some work was done in my unit. The work was done fast. However, it is not finished. The place was left a mess and everything taped up and no one has showed up to do anything else in over 2 weeks. I was told there had to be an inspection. Who is supposed to do the inspection? When they are supposed to come? I have no idea what is going on. I am getting the run around. It's freezing in the house. It's ridiculous. Get it together over there. I am not sure who else I can complaint to, because that is not the way to do business. The job has been paid for. So they disappeared and now I am stuck with a mess and no gas. The gas line and electric lines are under this plastic taped up and the tape is already coming off the walls. I have pets and kids. God forbid someone accidently gets hurt. Who will be responsible for that? I will make sure to post this anywhere and everywhere. This company shouldn't be in business if this is how they treat their customers.

Brody and Ariel were fantastic. Both were very professional and treated my house like their own. Both were straightforward with the costs and the estimated time to replace my water heater. They were able to complete all the work on the same day! Every Bonney employee I spoke to was very professional and empathized with my plumbing issue. Every employee represented Bonney well! Why are you guys so expensive?? My toilet was running almost non stop so called Bonney to come take a look at it and fix it. They were very nice on the phone and had someone out there the same day. The plumber, Rollin, showed up on time and was very friendly as well. The reason for the three stars was because when I told him what was going on he said it would be $210 just for him to diagnose the problem. Just to diagnose the problem. Not fix it, just look at it. I told him no thank you. He was kind enough to look at it anyway and it Turned out to be a screw that was too tight and he loosened it for free. I can't believe it almost cost me $210 dollars to have a tight screw loosened. I wish I could support this company but I just can't afford it.

Michael from Bonney provided excellent services for our plumbing problem. He was here on time, courteous, explained what he was doing and let us know our options to solve the problem. He showed me the before and after work. It was truly a positive experience. Much appreciation for helping us out.
