I am so blown away by the great service I got today! STEVE NEVAREZ, Senior Technician was such a big help to me. He assisted me with my 26 year old A/C unit, he explained everything in great detail and used terms that I could understand and importantly he didn't even mind my recording the appointment so that I might refer back to the details (in case of brain fade😉), he also changed my air filter, then he even offered to take out the trash! He was amazing! When he determined what the problem was he then made arrangements for AARON WARREN, Comfort Advisor to come to my house that same afternoon, AARON went over all my options making it easy for me to understand, unfortunately I needed to replace my entire unit, it's old and outdated and some parts are hard to find, after weighing out all my options the best solution was to replace it, today is Tuesday and the new unit will be here as soon as Thursday so excited! As he was leaving he asked if there was anything I need help with, both of these representatives were absolutely great! You just don't see this kind of old fashioned customer service anymore, it's so nice to that it still exist, thank you gentlemen.... P.S. they both smelled good wearing quality cologne 😊

Must be a big company...felt a little lost in their operations. The first install crew was the best service we had, but company switched up the people on the last day, so I was not overall very happy with the handling of the order. The end was rushed and not the best quality. No one really checked that we were happy with the services other than offering for us to leave this review. Size of the job and respect we gave to them was not valued or returned.

I called on the first hottest Saturday of the year (108 degrees!) and received an appointment for the same day. Ryan, Senior Tech, arrived during the timeframe promised and quickly got to work to diagnose the issue. He provided a comprehensive explanation and made repairs. Ryan presented us with 3 options to consider going forward. I would definitely recommend Gallagher's Heat and Air.

Excellent service, friendly technicians, and a great membership program.

Installed a new HVAC in November of 2017, used the existing drain pipe of a house built in the 1970s. Summer of 2019 this pipe clogged (second season of use) due to lots of corrosion.

When I discovered the problem, I called them, asked them to come out and fix the problem. I also informed them that at time of installation of the HVAC they should have run a new condenser line because it was clear the existing pipe wouldn't be a long term solution.

They sent a plumber out in a truck that had no supplies, he was unable to clear the line and they still tried to charge me $140 and then when I refused $70. For what I'm not sure, they sent somebody out who literally didn't have the tools to fix the problem. I ended up using a combination of a shop vac and a hose to clear the line and it's currently working.

However, Park had said they would be in contact with me to discuss our options to fix this problem, but once again they ghosted me. Each time I have had to make contact with them, and each time they act like they have no idea who I am or what problem I am having, almost as if they aren't keeping notes on the file. We spent 10-11K on this system, the expectation is that it should work flawlessly for years, not leak after 1 season of use. I also expect at least some level of customer support. At the current time I am probably just going to let the now clean pipe operate and hopefully it will last a few more seasons until I can justify paying another HVAC contractor to fix Park's error.

Park Mechanical came out for inspection of my heAter and AC. Technician Chris was great. he took pictures and explained what’s going on in laymen’s terms. Currently waiting for next appointment which will be tomorrow so we can get things figured out and resolved. So far so good with how they communicate and being timely.

Good treatment - great technician!

I called to get the 20 point tune up advertised on a mailer. When the tech was “done” after less than an hr, I asked him if he did all 20 things on the tune up list and he said he had. The next day my son came by and let me know he absolutely did not apply a rust protection which is one of the things on the list.
I do not see how he could have done most of the 20 things in less than an hr. He did take pics of all the things that needed repair or replacement and then tried to upsell me a new unit bc mine was 15 yrs old. I pulled the ppwk it is 12 yrs old. At that point I didn’t want anything else from Gallagher but him gone. Waste of $79

Amer not only serviced my unit, he walked me the the steps to set up my Nest system.
He clearly explained what needed to be done on my unit and showed me photographic evidence of aging parts. Very professional, informative, and helpful.

Furnace tuneup and A/C this summer all for five cans of food for the Food Bank. Technician was prompt, courteous, and informative.

Very nice mechanics however they tried pretty hard to sell me an expensive air purification system. Told them that I am on a fixed budget and they continued trying to sell me the system. Annoying!! Plus the filter was super expensive. I could have purchased the filter for next tibfilter.

Really nice technician, and very transparent on costs, installation and benefits of upgrading systems.

Park Mechanical was refreshingly different from other air conditioning companies we have used before! I had nevered heard of trading three cans of food for the food bank for a free AC assessment, but Nick assured me it was no joke. When Brandon Z came to look at the AC, he not only listened to my novice questions but he helped narrow down the potential problems to our system. My only issue was the picture of the technician that they sent in advance of the appointment did not match the technician who showed up. It worked out anyway because the customer service was fantastic all around!

This is the 2nd year I have had the Park come out to inspect the core of the system and general diagnostic health of cooling system before the Summer Heat. Amar has been in it for 16 years and has a great personality. Had a trainee with him as well. They answered all of my questions and gave me piece of mind about the system as well as some expected costs for far down the road I asked about.

My heating system was checked by Brandon in November. The system worked well and no service repairs needed to be made. I have used Park Mechanical over the past year to routinely check my heating/air conditioning system and have been very pleased with their service and have developed a trust with them.

I have used Gallagher’s for a few years now and have NEVER had anything but an amazing experience. When my A/c went out last year in the middle of a heatwave, they fixed it for me and got my family cool and sleeping again. This year my 60 year old unit decided it was time to go to HVAC heaven(Ya I got my monies worth lol) I called Gallagher’s and the next morning I had a tech out to help. I am big on reviews and when a companies major majority of their reviews are 5 stars you know they are amazing in a day when Customer Service is lacking. However, some people are just not possible to please. For those people who always have a negative experience or review for everything in their life, I suggest you look in the mirror for what causes it.
I can assure you, if you give Gallagher’s your trust and business, you will not be disappointed and you will find your lifelong HVAC company like I did.

This company is great to work with. From the maintenance technician, to the Salesman, to the installers, all of the staff was easy to work with, forthright, up-front, timely, talented and clean.
Steve Nevarez (Salesman), Colt (installer) and Devin (installer) had good communication with each other so there were no hiccups or missteps along the way. I was impressed with how well the entire project team created a seamless install of my new heating and air unit. I never felt rushed, pushed or put-out in any way. Everyone was very accommodating of my time, and at no time did anyone stand around doing nothing.

PS: I reached out to a lot of people I trust, in the new home building industry, to check the equipment and prices I was quoted from Gallagher's. Before I told those people what price I was quoted, I asked them what they thought a screaming deal price would be. Gallagher's still beat their price point. It can't get much better than that.

Huck, our technician, came during the window alotted. He was extremely professional and thorough with his inspection of our HVAC system. I really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable he was during his visit. The phone staff who helped us schedule the visit were also very personable. They helped us reschedule and also kept us aware of when Huck would arrive.

Gallagher's offers no nonsense super friendly service. Kevin did an amazing job inspecting my aging HVAC system at our house (15 year old components) and let us know exactly what's in good order and what's looking like it's nearing end of life. Not only that, but without pushing any sale, he answered all of my questions and I asked for a follow up, which was done the next day with another advisor to help develop our next generation HVAC system at our house. There was no ask to commit to anything, just suggestions on how things can be improved and save money in the long run (energy efficiency has come a long way in 15 years). I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

The tech,I’ve Justin, was very qualified and efficient. He was also very easy to talk to based on what he told me about Park mechanical (also their parent company up in Reading area) was very reassuring for who I want to use in the future! Their values (that he had on his right shoulder-patch) showed that they would be good (and honest) contractors. I got a spring AC inspection of17 items in 11 categories that concluded I did not have to do anything now, but will have to re-evaluate my system next year when EPA outlaws sale of any new R22 a/c fluid.
And these companies do all this during the food bank drive for 5 cans of food donation! Quite a bargain!

We have used Park Mechanical (now Gallagher's) for the past 8 years. They did a cut-in/install for our HVAC system in July 2012. We have had them come out and service the heating and AC unit every year. Every single technician that has come to our house has been on time, professional and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Park mechanical was very helpful in getting our air conditioner replaced, and this was the second time they helped us, because four years ago they also did an excellent job. This time, they immediately took care of our problem and provided excellent value with pricing of the New unit, and when they didn’t have our unit in stock, they upgraded us for free to the better unit (two stage).

The air conditioning unit was in a difficult location, so they decided to use a crane, which they also included for free. They keep their work very professional, and promised everything they delivered.

2 days before Thanksgiving and we had a water leak. We called Park Mechanical, and they sent out Tom to see what was happening. He arrived just before dark, suited up, and went under out house to check out the leak. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional, he did a really great job. Fixed the leak, talked to us about the cause and remedy for future prevention (rodents). I would also like to mention Ron, who had been out earlier in the day for another situation with our heat. He was the one who found the leak. What a great team!! We will be calling Park Mechanical for our future need! Thanks so much!!

Unbelievable maintenance, the technician (Huck) was super awesome in explaining what he was doing and helping me understand the condition of my unit in a very honest and respectable manor. I recommend getting on board with their membership program. It's well worth it and very affordable.

I bought a brand new AC unit from Park Mechanical, The system was installed June 17th 2015 and has never worked. It has never cooled down my house, when I called the next day to have it looked at. Park Mechanical sent a tech to look at it. He said it was “Installed properly” but it wasn’t cooling. Next they sent SR. Tech who told me I needed new Ducting in my attic for the system to work. The next day they sent another SR. tech that filled it with coolant. It cooled my house for a couple of days before it stop cooling.
During the install they had to cut into the dry wall to install the unit in my attic. Before they started making holes the Techs called the office to make sure Park Mechanical would pay for the repairs to my walls. My walls and paint have not been repaired yet.
Currently a month later my AC is NOT working or running. I have been trying to contact the owner since it stopped working a month ago with no success. I have called and left many messages but I never get a response back. When I do talk to someone I get a response of we will find out what is going on and give you a call back in an hour or by the end of the day. I wait a day or two and I have to call back. This is one of the worst experiences I ever dealt with as a consumer. Do not deal with this company. Beware.
I have been documenting all of my conversations with this company regarding this new AC installation. I am not sure what to do anymore since Park Mechanical is not being responsive. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Horrible horrible experience. CompaNY rips you off and I've had to have people come back 4 times for install errors. It did not pass themail inspection and was left for months and months. Only reason I found out was because the city sent me something saying my permit was expiring. Then when I called the rude lady was like well you waited so long so we better hurry up so you don't have to pay for a new permit. I was like oh no one I don't think so you guys dropped through ball and apparently fired the paperwork lady not my problem. They left my duct untapped and it was leaking air not sure how they got that to pass inspection.... anyways 2 years later my lcd touchscreen on the thermostat is not working and they are trying to charge me 100 dollars for someone to look at it when there is nothing to look at he screen is broken.

We had Sean Morgan in our home today checking out our HVAC. Before he arrived we were frustrated and beyond annoyed by the whole process and HOT. My kids are running around shirtless because they’re to hot. My dog is barking her heart out at this man as he’s working outside in the heat. Not to mention he couldn’t even get here till 3:30 because of our work schedules. With all of that going on, he ensured we had all of our issues explained, several options provided to help find solutions, and provided the knowledge to me and my husband that we’ve been asking for for years! I would have to say Sean Morgan is one of the best HVAC Technicians I have ever had the opportunity to speak to. I was very impressed by the quality of the job when my hot water heater was replaced. It was a very old unit, and it was in a narrow closet in the hallway between two bedrooms. Extensive work had to be done to bring it up to code. I was impressed with professionalism and skill of the installer. I would highly recommend this company again!

My wife and I had difficulties with our heater. We easily scheduled an appointment and the service technicians who visited our home were polite, courteous, careful and clean. The problem involved a blower motor which was replaced and our heat restored. When there was a concern over the billing and warranty, we dealt with Caleb and our concerns were alleviated to our satisfaction. In the past we have referred our friends and relatives to Park Mechanical and we will continue to do so.

After spending over $30k for a complete new system that was recommended by Park Mechanical less then 2 years ago, we had our first breakdown of a component going out (no AC). The service has always fairly good for basic annual maintenance. Technicians were professional and courteous. During this last fix it visit, I had to pay full price for the breakdown plus the service fee. Then I was exposed to their annual fee program, so I could get discounts off services and parts. I believe it was mentioned a few times. I would think a brand new unit of recommendation and spending $30k would at least have 5-7 years of good service. My old unit was 12 years old before it started having issues... Then I was told I needed 2-3 extra components over $1k that would help prevent the issue I just had... Just not made like there used to... It's like buying a brand new car and saying if you add these accessories the car will start every-time...

Grabiel showed up on time and was very informative concerning our furnace.

My partner and I had been asking around for weeks getting quotes for a small AC system from a bunch of the mainstream companies. Every person that came out felt very fake and it felt like they were trying to sell us an overpriced system that was more than what we needed for our small house. From the second we spoke to the technician from Gallagher's, he was extremely personable and helped us navigate the entire experience with little stress or worry. Everything was transparent and there was no hidden costs or fees. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and down to earth personality that everyone at Gallagher's had. They cleaned up after themselves and did an extremely good job putting in the system and mounting it to the walls. We are overjoyed with our new AC system and thanks to Gallagher's we will be staying cool this summer. I fully trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air. Window of 0800 to 1000 was missed because they had a meeting at 0700? No contact from them until I said something. When I have a gig, I show up on time. I don't even give my clients a window. I show up. On time. To do what I said I was going to do. They have serviced my HVAC before, but never will again.

Plumbing inspection. Charles was wonderful. First he did not reek of cologne like the ac guy did. Second he was friendly and helpful. Made suggestions. Quoted prices and put the quotes on the receipt. And his handwriting is readable. Seems like two of three that have been a part of this contracted service were awesome.

Which they fixed and also installed a new faucet at my request. The technician sold me on their membership deal and the furnace inspection.

The HVAC technician came out and as I expected, found some problem areas with my furnace. I knew already that it was old and struggling, so had agreed to let them replace it. When the salesman came out, I stressed to him wanting a new quieter unit and he confirmed that it will definitely be quieter. One thing I didn't expect is to be sold a new AC but was told that they (AC&furnace) work together.

Installation day; 3 technicians arrived promptly, and all put on their booties. Then laid down canvas to protect the carpet. So far so good. Several hours later and almost done. The technicians did a test run to make sure both furnace and AC functioned properly. It was at this time I noticed how loud the blower was. I thought that it would subside for some reason, or, I would get used to it. Well 3 months later neither has happened. They were supposed to come back and switch out a breaker(???), at which time I would question the loudness. Never heard from them again.

On the install day of the HVAC, another PM employee was at my home doing an inspection of my water heater & dishwasher, and we agreed to have some work done. He wrote up the invoice and I paid him a $69 deposit. Never heard back from him either, or anyone from PM about that job. I did get a call from someone telling me that my membership fees were behind, but that was because the guy who came to fix my sink failed to write down my bank numbers correctly for auto-pay. So I paid 2 months in order to be current. After another 2 months go by and still not hearing regarding the breaker, water heater or dishwasher, it was time to cancel with them which I did in writing, AND, asked for my $69 deposit back. Again, nothing. Except a letter from them informing me once again that my membership fees were late. LOL!

It seems to me that they're taking on more than they can handle. I just chalked it up to another money-hungry company!

I was skeptical at first after being offered a free plumbing inspection in exchange for canned goods for the food bank but when my technician Charles arrived, I was immediately put at ease. Charles was professional, personable and polite. There was no sales pitch and he didn't mind that I followed him around as he conducted the inspection. They recently installed a new system for us, there were some issues with some of the equipment that was out of their control. They worked tirelessly in a hot attic to get us up and running again.

So, I came home from work today (June 29, 2017) and a weasel from Park Mechanical accosts me in my driveway. After repeatedly telling him politely, No, Thank You. I'm not interested. he follows me towards my front door to continue his high pressure sales. It took forcefully ordering him off my property before he finally left.
Any company who hires scum like this to high pressure sell their services deserves a 1 star review. You should go to anyone else for your HVAC services. I can guarantee I will never be considering Park Mechanical for my home.

That said, every time Park comes out for a complimentary inspection, every time, 100% of the time, they find an issue that requires a repair. Too predictable... their drive to a sale.

Today I had an appointment to tune up my system. They were right on time. It had been raining outside and before he even stepped inside the house he put his booties on his feet, this was much appreciated. He was very professional and friendly. My system is almost 20 years old, but when he talked to me about it's condition it felt more like an informative conversation then a sales pitch. They will be returning in just a couple days to give me a quote on what work needs to be done. At this point I'm fairly confident that I found a honest and reliable heating and air conditioning company and plan to share my experience with family and friends.

The technician that came out was absolutely fabulous. However, the business called the wrong number twice, and they have come out three different times for errors on their part to fix our brand new unit.

The mechanic was very courteous and friendly a real joy to talk with. New his job very well and explained everything in detail. Real joyful experience.

He explained everything in detail, answered all questions, was professional and respectful throughout, took great care with mask/shoe coverings/distancing and safeguards. Lucky I got a flyer in the mail because I was trying to find someone to provide service in my area!

Overall a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. A very knowledgeable and kind service tech name Amar provided excellent service and got my ac working like new in about an hour. AC went in middle of worst heat wave ever in Sactown. I called Park Mechanical (Galagher) and unlike other places, were available for same day service. Benjamin was polite, professional and tidy. Found issue right away, gave estimate to fix and off we went! Would definitely want Benjamin working on my system if something else ever goes wrong...

Came out to service our unit and scheduled to do some work, when the guys came out to do the work they didn’t know what they were doing they seemed confused the quote they gave us first time they came out changed and the guy said they couldn’t do the job and he said the manager will call u to explain no one called no explanation no calling to see what was going on just disappeared don’t waste your time I’m this company not happy.

I took advantage of their donate 5 cans and we’ll check your heater for $29 offer. The guy that came was very professional and thorough. He spent a long time cleaning out my heater and checking it to make sure everything was running properly. He also checked my ac unit and let me know which parts probably should be replaced soon to maintain the longevity of my unit. He explained what he was looking for when he was examining it and things to watch out for so that everything runs nicely. He even took care to wear boot covers in the house so not dirty my floors. Would definitely go to this company again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Service person arrived on time for my 59.00 routine yearly check. Before he left my bill was around 430.00. He said had notice a wire attached to convertor was frayed and had a new one in his truck. I had him replace it. My concern was when he showed the old part to me, it looked new. The area were the wiring was visible was clean, and shining, the convertor looked new, also. I mention that to him also. Six months prior I had a service repair man fix my ac. I am concerned I was scammed out of 367.00 but without the part (he took it ) it's a moot point now.

I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Gallaghers. They even returned the next day after my AC was behaving strangely over night and fixed the issue that happen to be with the thermostat settings. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and communicated clearly, explaining what was going on in a way I could easily understand. I have no hesitation calling upon them again.

The techicians was polite and did a well performed tune up. Offered free services for up to a year for donating 5 cans goods. Not many company I know of that would do this for good causes.

To reply in my review. Yes. The technician (who's name I don't remember) moved heaven and earth to get the part delivered next day so he could fix my furnace they day before Thanksgiving. His original estimate was the Monday after Thanksgiving, but I was HOSTING Thanksgiving and my house was 50 something degrees!

He worked tirelessly to find the part locally and was back at my house the next morning, part in hand and my house warmed up to comfortable, and Thanksgiving was saved!

Gabriel was my technition today and he did a great job from professionally introducing himself to keeping my house clean by wearing booties on his shoes.

Gabriel took the time to explain to me how my system was losing efficiency as well as different solutions to boost efficiency. I was open to this because I could see how dirty my coils are and I have never had them cleaned. Also, Gabriel didn't try for the slimy sales tactics I have been exposed to in the past by other AC companies.

Gabriel is coming back in a few months to perform the cleaning, I will be present to see how he does it and will update my review to let you guys know how things are looking at that point .As of right now I'm giving both Gabriel and Park Mechanical a 5 out if 5.

Had a tune up performed on the 29 of June, afterwards outside unit started making noise and now on the 6th of July it's 83 degrees in my home. Now having to spend more money to have another company come out to see what's going on. On this web site and Gallaghers web site they won't let me contact. It says travail. Later for many times especially now.

Steve performed the plumbing inspection thoroughly. He gave me recommendations on what needs my attention. I also inquired about tankless water heaters and he provided me some information.

Replaced capacitor and hard start kit each costing $300 for a total of $600. Then found out that there’s a refrigerant leak and asked me to call my home warranty. Will no longer be a member. Better off with a contractor or just going through home warranty.

The technician from Park mechanical was very knowledgeable about my Puronics water Softener system. He explained what exactly he would be doing each step of the way.

Had a couple other companies come out to checkout our furnace and condenser unit. One company never got back to us with a quote and the other was good but not as helpful as Gallagher’s. Our technicians name was Thomas Cooper and he went above and beyond with excellent customer service! He explained everything to a tee and told us about all of the Pistons Gallagher’s offered. He asked me to rate his service from 1-5 and I gave him a 10!

The tune up went well. No complaints.

Chris did a good job as he always does. We are glad to have him coming here and communicating his findings to us.

Not off to a good start. Supposed to be on site 7/29/19 between 3 to 6 PM for a tune up. Park called to reschedule, which is good. However the first widow available is on the 8/7/19. I don't want to wait that long.

I have been with Gallagher for many years and do participate in the monthly service club. After 18 years my heater was becoming a problem and I went with new AC and heater units. The two installers, Dominic and James were outstanding. I gave them run of the house and restroom and these two gentleman were polite and professional. These guys are welcome in my home anytime. I often wonder if a company like Gallager knows what great employees they have. Finally, the service man who put the final touches on my new new unit, Jake was another ourstanding gentleman. Jake was thorough in his job, pointing out several items to help me prolong my new units life span. Thanks to Gallagers and their great employees.

Had installed a new Daikin furnace and condition systems. Gallagher's is very professional and their work is great. The furnace was down after a week. After two tries getting the new furnace working again without luck, Gallagher's has offered to replace with a new furnace because of their 'client satisfaction' policy. I am very happy with such policy!

We had our house water pipes completely replaced. If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it. The county had to come out 3 times to approve the permit because they would not finish the job per code nor to the contract. We had 4 different people from Park come out again because the guys just could not get it correct. They pressured my wife to pay for the whole job when it was not even close to being finished and I am so glad I did not fully pay until it was done because I doubt it would have been completed. We had to explain to them what the county wanted to get the house to code....which is mind boggling that a plumbing contractor would not know code. They insulated cold water pipes thinking that was code. This company is frustrating to work with.
Just wanted to add...it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out to fix a leak on one of the fixtures they installed and only then because I called and screamed at them to come fix the leak.

I went with this company based on the good reviews they got on this site but I would say Using them was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I recently paid 18k for a new heating and AC System and had them updated the insulation in my roof as well. I will just highlight the major problems without boring everyone.

1. Once they get your money they could care less if your system is working or not. Their install rep Morgan is so stuck up that even if you called, left messages, and emailed she wouldn’t respond. Our system broke 1 week after installation and I had to chase after her down like she was some celebrity and when I finally got ahold of her, her response was “I saw your call and your emails but my lunch and meeting are way more important than responding.”

2. Poor workmanship the insulation was not even filled to the top like it was suppose to. Since they ran out of materials on the day of instillation they just left it 3/4 of the way full. If I the AC didn’t brake and another inspection was not done we would have no idea that the insulation was not completed. They would had just left it that way. The duck work and sealing were not competed either.

3. Poor management. After receiving such poor service, trying to get them out there to finish filling up the insulation and duct work was a struggles as well. No one followed up on the work that needed to be done and appointments would be cancel over and over. The mangers would say they would follow up but they never do. Even when after talking to their owner he didn’t even give a proper apology I never got one for that stuck up install rep Morgan as well.

So based on experience I would never ever use this company again. Not only did that cause me a world of stress but also jeopardise my family health as well. The install process from start to finish took about 2 months. Who knows how long it would have take if I wasn’t proactive.

Tech did a good job checking all the functions of the air-conditioning unit.
Answered any questions I had and pointed out any areas that might be a problem.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Gallagher’s last October. The scheduling, financial planning and installation all went great and everyone was really friendly. When we had our inspection done to obtain the final permit, there was one minor correction that needed to be made. The inspector told me that Gallagher’s would be calling to set up an appointment to make that correction and then he would be back out after to finalize everything. I waited a week and hadn’t received any calls from Gallagher’s , so I text the man we purchased the system from to inquire and make sure I got the information correct from the inspector because I hadn’t heard anything. He let me know he would get in touch with the office for them to call me to set up an appointment. A few more weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I just called the office myself. I was transferred to the voicemail of someone that could assist in setting up an appointment and left my call back information. A month later, and still no call back so I called back again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and I believe she transferred me over to the manager. I again explained the situation and what I needed to have done and he told me that I would be receiving a call the next day to get something scheduled. A week later, my husband received the call and we scheduled for someone to come out the next day. The fix took 15 minutes but it took almost 3 months to make it happen, which is disappointing. Our system works great and everyone that we spoke to and worked with were very friendly, which is wonderful but I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did and wait for as long as we did to get a 15 minute fix completed. I believe my experience shows that there is an improvement opportunity in regards to customer service.

Had HVAC serviced including coil cleaning. Tech Efrain was very professional, explained as he was doing. Brought a few things to my attention, but did not hard-sell. Corrected a small problem at no added charge. I will use them again in the future.

Benjamin did a thorough job looking at my system. He gave an easy to understand explanation of what my system needs to have done. Being that the system is almost 20 years old, I asked what a new system would cost, so he set me up with an appointment to get an estimate. That way I can compare costs and make a better decision. I appreciate the honesty in dealing with me.

Our Air conditioner was not operating during the 105 - 106 degree heat. My husband is a senior in poor health, so the heat was a problem. We contacted Park, and I must say they were quick to respond and schedule us for the next day. The tech was polite, and determined that Freon was needed, however he did not have freon of any kind on his truck. but he indicated they had it in the shop and he would call and come back the next day with the Freon. We never heard from Park again. The rate quoted for the freon was very high, and the service call was also high. We have had to contact another HVAC contractor who has the needed freon and charges less for the service call. I don't understand why an air conditioning repair company doesn't have freon on their truck - isn't that one of the required items for cooling? At this point we are out $129 and our AC is not working. I would AVOID Park Mechanical.

Gabriel was punctual, friendly, and completed inspection very quickly. The company was efficient; contacting me as they said they would. I got their promotional inspection. The vents AC condenser was not checked which I was told because it had rained. I was told that my heat exchanger was breeched. When I asked if it was dangerous, I was told that gasses could get in the house and pay attention if I start gatting migraines. I wondered if it was so dangerous why would it be left in this condition.

I became suspicious when looking at the final report that it stated possible breech, which I interpreted as he didn't know for sure. If course they recommended I buy a new furnace.

After doing some reaserch, i found that gas may only enter the house if the ducts are bad, but mine are not. A few weeks later I got a more thorough inspection via Open Door who is buying my house. Their report says my system is in good working condition!

I'm glad I didn't trust park mechanical and by a new system. Not nice to be scammed. Always ask to see their readings on dystem checks.

I would not recommend.

Jason Walker our Sales Rep. came over today and gave us a few options. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. It was one of the greatest Sales presentation I have experienced. There was no high pressure sales or making us feel like we needed the most expensive system. He assessed everything and took into consideration that we have Solar on our house and helped us make an educated decision.

Nate and his partner did a great job and fixed a problem I had for years. Polite clean and did it in a Timely manner, I had at least four people work on it before , and they got the job done I'm happy , cost a little more but u get what you pay for.

Some concerns arose with my unit, so the technician shared the concerns but did not try to force a sale out of me. They set up a conversational meeting so I could get more details about the issues and some options for repair or replacement, strongly prefacing that it would not be a sales pitch.
I was happy with the service, time to complete the service and the customer care taken during my appointment.

Mike KinCannon serviced my heating & air conditioning unit. He analyzed the situation and was able to figure out why my air conditioner wasn't working (when no one else could figure it out). Then he fixed it so it performed perfectly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Next time something breaks down, I would not hesitate to call him again.

My heating unit would not turn on this fall. As it turns out, I happen to be providing day care for my 1 year old granddaughter. Ron diagnosed the problem, (a couple of parts had failed), placed a rush order for the parts (covered by warranty) and monitored the process closely. He returned with the new parts within the week and had the heater up and running.
We are not only grateful for his knowledge and skill but for his compassion.

Park mechanical did an excellent job repairing my AC. They were prompt and even able to get me a same day appointment. Amar D the technician was friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem and did the repairs for what I feel was a fair rate.

My landlord hired Gallagher to replace the heating and air conditioning in my home, the guys that came out to do the install were super professional and quick. They always cleaned up after themselves and were polite. There was one small issue but after I spoke with the manager the issue was solved immediately. I really appreciate them making this right. I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

When i had my fan repaired last year and I signed up for insulating the roof and I was to receive 2 free filters. I rec'd 1 filter so far. When the appt was set up I reminded the Park employee of the agreement. She said she would pass the word. Amar didn't know anything about it. Now I'm without a filter. You dont mind taking my money but dont want to hold up to the agreement. Thanks a bazillion.

He also explained how the furnace duct operates and what it looks like and he went out of his way to crawl under the crawl space to inspect the ducts . He also pointed out to me the ducts were not sealed.

Would have given five stars, except I asked the gentleman to be careful with the rain gutter on our house. They are customized rain gutters. He put the ladder against the rain gutter to get up on the roof. I did not like that. I hope my rain gutter is not dented. I will have to check that tomorrow. The employee was very friendly, very professional and very courteous. He took all safety precautions in watching for our health.

We paid $129 for a diagnostic and was told we need to replace both units. Ridiculous to pay that for nothing. This is a gimmick and we will never use this company again. We still have to call a different company to fix it. All you guys said we need a new unit which is not true.

3 years ago, Park Mechanical send people door to door to give free evaluation on HVAC. They were testing my AC system and forgot to reconnect the compressor wires back to the capacitor, which I found out after word 2 other neighbors got the same service but caught them in time before they turned on the circuit breaker and made them plug the wires back on. When they flip the circuit breaker on, the compressor blew up! Park replaced the compressor and it worked for two season, the compressor went out last week, 2 weeks shy of the 3rd year of installation and the 2nd season of usage. I contacted Park to see if the compressor is under warranty which normally they have a manufacture warranty and their answer back to me was You didn't call us last year for service, so we will not warranty it, I looked at the installation paperwork, nothing is in writing that I need to be service by Park and the installer never said anything. So now I got to replace my unit, because I didn't have Park service it! Sad thing about this that the rest of my neighbors are still using their original HVAC . Lesson learn do not let anybody touch your HVAC unless you called for service and I would not recommend Park Mechanical.

It is a wasted day to wait for technician to show up and I thought they were going to show up by two but it was 2:40. It says that a new air filter was put in, didn't happen, and I was under the impression that coils inside and out would be cleaned under this tune up but only the outside which I clean myself and this is why only three stars. The technician was friendly and done the job he came to do so nothing bad there. Just feel that I could have used that money better as the only reason for the tune up so the inside coils would be cleaned.

Waited 7 months for a tech to come out for a repair yesterday. Now today the air conditioner stopped working and this is a new unit that is less than a year old. Spoke with Jessie at 9:45 pm and he said no tech can make it out until then next day, so much for not having an emergency tech on call. I do not recommend this company to anyone and wish I spent my money with a different company. 30 thousand for a new heating, air unit with new ducts and this is the service they give.

Carl was on time and got right to work. He had to go into the attic (115 degrees), first, then AC outside. I am the talker and he was courteous, but stuck to his work. He let me watch while he did all of the necessary system part checks. He answer my question about the purpose of one of the parts and how it worked in the system. His explanation was clear and understandable, even for me, the non-technical math guy. I found Carl to be pleasant, courteous and professional. He even talked to me a little bit, but only after he was finished. If in the future I need help with my AC, I will call Gallagher’s/Park Mechanical and ask them to send Carl.

These guys have the most annoying radio commercials that I have ever heard, and it gets played all of the time. I tried to tell them how much I disliked it, and was ignored and brushed off, basically getting the impression that it is intentionally annoying. Who wants to hear the same poorly sung Christmas carol with the lyrics changed all year !?
I will never use their services specifically because of how terrible the commercials are. Guys, please change your jingle.

Bought new air condition / heater with one year service agreement. 5 months later received letter they would no longer service our area for the maintenance agreement. Two weeks later (today) nothing works.
At the time of purchase, they told my husband this was the best unit on the market and same with thermostat.
We now have to call other companies to come out to repair because Park Mechanical is too busy.
Highly do not recommend.

Working with Park Mechanical has been an extremely unpleasant experience. They come to you home to offer our customers product quote you at 19 thousand then discount only after you say you're unable to afford it down to 16, then 15 finally down to 12 thousand?!?! Maybe to be expected of those in sales... but please beware or Rep Stacey!!! She will follow up and be pushy. Tells you that fine if you want to the go with a lower end unit interested of something good that's fine... I responded that I expect all companies to say their product is superior to their competitors. Stacey YELLED AT ME! And was rude, lost her cool and hung up on me! If you want to be treated like garbage go to Park Mechanical. If you want to be treated with respect, RUN THE other way.

Our Tech Amar was very professional, informative, a honest about everything that we would need for our service. He was helpful and reassuring about the process of getting a very much needed new and updated system. Most definitely recommend for anyone needing HVAC service.

Technician, Carl, was very polite and nice. He knew what he was doing and got it done. He was thorough and made sure I understood our hvac system. It's was a pleasure doing business with him.

Amar was great! On time and very knowledgeable. Pointed out a problem with the return air ducting. The original installer either cut corners or did not know what they were doing and put in too small return ducting causing stress on the furnace and causing it to wear out early. There have been many inspections on this furnace over the years and no one ever pointed that issue out so it could have been corrected early on. Very happy with the service.

Water heater service - Thomas came out to flush the water heater and performed an excellent job. Before the flushing he inspected the heater lining, burner, and other items. Also explaining everything and what issues to watch out for. He made sure it was completely flush as it has not been flushed for years. I hired this company for an ac ‘tune-up.’ Integrity is their on the arm as their highest value however, the marketing is very misleading. While the technician was professional and knowledgeable, realize you are basically and donating cans paying for an inspection report and estimate of what it would cost to actually tune-up or replace all or part of your system.

Their dedicated to the community caught my attention, and their great service and employees won my business. They were collecting food for local food banks and offering tune ups. I was impressed that they would choose to give back to the community through their business.

Eventually our system needed replacement (it was several decades old), and they were great. They really wanted us to have the best system for our house. They didn't try to pressure us into more than we needed, and they made sure we fully understood everything before we made a decision.

When it came time for all the work, they made sure there was a minimal impact on the house. They took the time to cover and protect everything before they started and were careful to remove every trace. Everything is inspected by a third party to ensure quality work, and code compliance.

Highly recommend for just a tune up or a full system upgrade!

The old owners did not replace the AC stand and the ducks in the new system were old and was leaking onto the roof. They finished the job within two days and did a good job. Price was reasonable. They didn’t not need to use a crane which saved us almost 1,000.

Furnace died. Getting estimate for replacement this evening. Technician Kevin Brown was wonderful. He explained everything to me so that I understood what needs to happen.

I rarely write reviews, but this company experience was highly disappointing. We had paid monthly to be a part of Gallagher's Shamrock Plus Club membership which is supposed to give you Ultimate Priority Status for repairs, per their website. PLEASE, DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS PLAN!!!

We had scheduled a repair for a Friday afternoon, and I postponed a trip to Lassen to be there for the technician. Gallagher's called us the night before to confirm that they would be there, and then I called them Friday morning to confirm that someone was still coming. Their staff said everything looked great and someone would be there after lunch. At about 3pm I called them to make sure someone was still coming, and the staff member (Naomi?) said Ohhh, it looks like we have you scheduled but a tech isn't assigned to this job. She apologized, and said it was because my family had set another appointment scheduled for next week at the same time. (None of this was brought up the night before when they called us to confirm that they were coming, or when I called them to make sure they would be there!!). Gallagher's staff did nothing but say I'm sorry, do you still want to keep your appointment next week?, and my family postponed a trip to sit at a house and wait for no one to show up, after they called us to confirm someone would be there, and we called them twice to confirm. This is all after paying to be part of their Shamrock Plus Club.

Please save your money, and don't waste it on this Shamrock Club membership. It had zero value when it was time for the company to act on it. It's easy for A/C companies to treat customers poorly when things are busy and everyone needs A/C work, but I learned my lesson with Gallagher's. They had my family in a position where we had no other choice at this point, and took advantage of it. It was amazingly disappointing for me, and the rest of my family.

I came home to find the ceiling of my daughter’s closet being held up with a stick! Apparently the tech had to cut the attic entrance bigger for some reason, which I did not approve beforehand. My daughters room and bed was covered with insulation, crooked registers, bowed registers, black screws used on white registers, plaster damage around registers, insulation hanging out of registers, they installed a new register inches away from the central air intake and to top it off I came home to all the packing materials from my new unit left all over my yard! I have called week after week to have these issues resolved and nobody returns my call. I expect better customer service with the price I paid! Wishing I would have used a different company!

Tom P. was the best service person we've ever had at the house. Our toilet was backing up into our shower - a problem several other technicians told us would cost thousands to repair. When Tom looked at it, he knew immediately what was causing the backup - a completely different issue that only cost several hundred dollars. Not only was he knowledable about what he came to service, he pointed out several other things that needed attention. And he was right on. Tom explained easy fixes and never tried to sell us something we didn't need. I HIGHLY recommend you ask for him! He's the best!!

Extremely poor. Never showed up numerous times. Took 3 days for a 1 day installation. We were told one thing by someone and the opposite by someone else.
Was at least $10,000 OVER normal price. They left 10 screws in the street. They oversprayed a white panel in the street, which they did come back with 3 guys and ate up the asfalt to remove the white. We had to wait 45 minutes on hold. They put a piece of wood on the ground underneath the condenser to make it level. We still don't know how to use the thermostat after 5 months.
Gallagher should not be in business. They will never be on my property again.

I give a 5 star rating only because of their technician Amar. He is the only tech I will use. He always takes the time to explain the workings of the heating and air systems and provides options to fix problems. He never tries to up sell me. I trust him and will continue to refer him and Park Mechanical to friends and family.
