My 13-year old water heater was on its last legs so I had to start calling around for quotes. Finding the name rather humorous and reading some online reviews, I called them up.

I'm so glad I did.

Dima (owner) came in the same night to give me a quote for a tankless water heater and a water softener (water in Rancho Cordova is REALLY hard). He had a very competitive price compared to other plumbers and was extremely nice. We decided to schedule some time and begin the job.

The day of the installation, he removed the old tank and started to install the entire system. He was pretty clean and thorough as well! No broken walls or any unexpected accidents. He even added a nice little spigot to the water softener so I can wash my car with soft water (no more hard spots!) as a bonus. Everything was kept nice, tidy, and mostly hidden from view.

After the job was done, we spent a good 30 minutes going over the entire process, proper maintenance, warranty details, the sort. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips for proper care and things to keep an eye out for that could damage both the water heater and softener.

Bottom line: I highly recommend SMP and Dima. They did a fantastic job and didn't stop until the work done - all for a great price. I'm so happy to have found a great plumber in the Sac region.

From the very beginning when contacting Super Mario, Daniel was very helpful in assisting me to understand their process. His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment. The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. Upon arrival, the process went very well, very friendly installer, and the removal, install, and clean-up took slightly more than 2 hours!! There is no doubt in my mind that if plumbing needs arise in the future, the first call will definitely be to Super Mario! Thanks very much for a great experience with your company!

Very happy with the new hybrid heat pump water heater. Super Bros handled the electric work converting from gas, permit, installation. Competitive pricing vs. other bids. Very good at answering questions. Quality workmanship. Easy to work with.

Super Mario Plumbing charged 200$ service call and 1-inch brass adapter or coupling to reconnect an already dug out water supply line. Super Mario told us over the phone since already exposed water line, will be less than 200$. Yet the technician was only there for 30 minutes at most to reconnect an adapter or coupling which only about cost 10$; we paid 200$

Extremely EXPENSIVE SERVICE and PARTS, AVOID SUPER MARIO AT ALL COST!!!

Installation was fine, it took an hour to install new garbage disposal. Technician made an error in charges and had to return for another check. He neglected to leave warranty. It has been promised, but none yet!

We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds. Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers' work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.

These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don’t think anyone beats Super Mario’s prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed. They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge. Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company. I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the customers that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Nicest guys EVER. Fast work, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned out our pipes and the kitchen sink is working again! The best thing about this company I think is that they have a flat fee for drain clean out and promised if they can't get it working, it's free and there's a one month guarantee on what they do fix. Many other companies charge per 15 minutes and even if they can't fix it, they charge a service fee. Even though I know we have old plumbing, they didn't try to sell me anything. They were extremely polite on the phone and when they were here. With little kids and no kitchen sink for 48 hours, I've never been happier to do a load of dishes! Thank you Super Mario Plumbing. The Super Mario Team replaced our house plumbing and water line, installed a tankless water heater, new shower and kitchen faucets, and a new utility sink/faucets. They were very dependable and respectful of our time and inconvenience while we had no water access. Yurie and team would give us a time they would arrive each day and they were always on time. They worked very hard while they were on our property. We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

All I can say is wow. This is the first time I've used Super Brothers and I'll never use anyone else. Since purchasing my home in 2018 I've dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. With every other company I always felt like I was somehow getting shafted or being misled. Andrii with Super Brothers was amazing! Friendly, efficient, professional, extremely knowledgeable and clearly honest!

Good service and fair pricing; what more can you ask for in a plumbing service provider?

Let me start by saying all of the employees were friendly.
They Installed an Electric Water Heater, Moved a Sink (~8 ft.) and Extended a Gas line ~25 ft. for me.
They did not complete any of the tasks in day 1 (understandable) they returned for day 2 and only completed the water heater.
They did not tell me that the other work had not been completed, instead I had to be told by a county inspector.
They did not install the water heater in the corner where we had agreed on. (I found out too late. I was told that it wasn't flat, but I would have happily ground it down or built a platform) I am now left with a couple feet of dead space in my garage.
It took 2 more reschudulings over 3 more weeks to get the rest done. I reviewed the work under the house today and instead of using the old sink line that branched off the 3/4 main, they branched off a nearby shower splitting the 1/2. So now my kitchen sink and hall shower share water pressure. NBD but not needed when an existing dedicated line was readily available.

I agreed to pay half now and the rest after inspection passes, I have still not passed my Water Heater Inspection but they already charged the full amount to my card without my permission. ($5k+)

Additionally they said they would help with my panel rebate as SMUD suggested I process through them as well since they are doing the water heater one. They have not helped me with this whatsoever.

Needless to say I am dissapointed, they seem like good guys, but seem to be working too fast and obviously lost the customer focus, I would not use them again or recommend.

Bait and switch offers $99 with smud rebate on there webpage and on there phone recording when you call .Had them come out and quote me they quoted $750 over for the same setup as show in there pictures and scope of work. Called them out on the price and they called me a bad person and said how could i do something like that i simply said i followed your ad and on your phone advertisement it says its $99. Refuses to lower price when stated pricing.

Quick to respond, good diagnosis and lots of interaction with the client, solved the problem. Good price too.

We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn’t occur in the future. I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I’m glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. This saves me a lot of headache and time trying to obtain quotes from 5 different companies and having to decide which is better. Super Brothers will always be our first choice from now on!

Super Brothers have come out to help 2x now, and I am thankful for it. The first was for a slow drain in our bathroom, only to find that the piping under the home needed to be replaced as it was rusted and catching everything causing a slow drain, and the second was for our dishwasher that couldn't drain and would flood the countertops and under the sink. So they came the same day I requested the repair and were able to get things done that same day.

Overall, very happy with the service I have received from them and will look to them for future plumbing needs.

Quick, friendly and professional, what more can you ask for?.

My house is 30 years old. It looks like it's time to replace everything. The problem with the home's original kitchen sink is that it's made with enamel coating, and is totally rusted. I consulted two so-called plumbers, they said they couldn't fix it. Last Thursday, the garbage disposal unit broke. I went to Home Depot the next morning. I met their plumbing specialist, David Duncan, who referred me to Super Mario Plumbing. Within a minute, Super Mario called me, and then I sent the first picture to him. He gave me a reasonable labor price. Now I have a new stainless steel kitchen sink, much larger than the old one. I highly recommend Super Mario Plumbing!

Super Brothers got someone out to give us an estimate on our job within a day of our first call, and had a team out early the next week to do the work. They communicated options with us at every step, and even added an extra repair same day that had not been part of the estimate. Nice guys all around, and great work too!

I had Super Mario install a Rinnai RUR98IN replacing a 20 year old 75 gallon gas water heater. I called them on a Wednesday evening and got an appointment the following day to get a quote for the replacement.The appoint occurred right on time and beginning of only a 2 hour window (my experience is 4 hour windows are the most common). The price was what I expected considering I had to run a 30+ foot dedicated gas line. I received the quote ~5:00 PM and immediately agreed then wanted to know how quickly they could install. Later that night I received a call saying someone would be out the following morning. Right at 8:00 am the first guy showed up and started working. He and another guy who showed up at 9:00 am didn't stop working until 9:30 PM. Both were very pleasant and were definitely focused on quality and building code. They could explain what they were doing and any random question I came up with throughout the day. After they left I kept receiving error code 63 meaning the re-circulation pump wasn't moving a sufficient volume of water. I called the same night (and the owner answered). he gave me instructions to bleed the water line and reset the unit to clear the error code. He said to contact them again Saturday morning if it wasn't working. The following morning I texted the owner saying it was still displaying the error code. He responded before 8:00 am and was at my house around 9:00 am. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose a part that needed to be switched out that was contingent upon the installation requirements.

Overall this is an awesome company. They are responsive, take their time and seem to care. I would do a lot more work on my house if every company worked like Super Mario. I honestly can't speak any higher of them. Great experience from beginning to end.

After unsuccessfully trying to deal with shady contractors provided by my home warranty company, I opted for the cash-in-lieu option to fix my water heater on my own.

I called around to get price comparisons from a few companies. Daniel was really helpful, outlined the options and the respective costs (not to mention the friendliest of the companies I spoke with). Finding them to be the cheapest option of all the 5 star plumbing companies contacted (which including the cost of the permit vs. non-permit work of others), I booked them the next day. Also note, there are no hidden fees or up-selling with Super Mario.

The technician, Peter, called 45 minutes before his arrival, arrived on-time, was friendly and did a meticulous job installing the new water heater. When he finished installation, he walked me through his work and answered the questions I had. This is what service should be like.

Overall, an excellent experience. They deserve the 5 star rating on Yelp.

I couldn't be more impressed with their hard work, skill, dedication to the job and how polite they were while working on our house. We had the whole house re-piped and not only did they come in with the best quote, they adjusted it downwards when they realized that one area didn't need re-piping after all. There is no way I would have known that so I appreciated their honesty. Two nights they worked late so there could be water in the house overnight. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I needed one of the hose bibs lowered 4 inches so I could install almost floor to ceiling windows, The hose bib was about 8 inches off the wall sill plate. I typically do my own plumbing but hesitate when I don't have sufficient room to make a mistake and then recover from it by cutting the pipe and trying again. In this case if I screwed it up, I would have left very little room for a plumber to work, so I called a professional plumber. I was very happy with the work Vadim from Super Mario Plumbing did. Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. County Inspector also seemed impressed! Their expertise can only be achieved with years of experience. And their drywall guy ( Thanks Val!) is nothing short of an artist! Thank you Super Brothers!

Vadim showed up at my door a few minutes earlier than the start time which is unheard of! Super Mario was referred to me by a friend when I needed to have a new hot water heater installed. Used photos to get quote which was in line with their own published rates (which are very reasonable). No hidden fees. Made an appointment for next day. installer called ahead arrived at time scheduled. Was courteous and professional (did not seem personable, but this is not a hotel front desk and like i said, he was very courteous and professional). Replaced everything, no cutting corners. Fairly new to Sacramento and to owning this home, but they have earned a place as the go to plumbers for anything that comes up in the future for my home.

I put an online inquiry into Home Depot late Sunday, May 26 for plumbing services. On Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day), I received a call early morning from Super Brothers Plumbing (Tony) to explain to him the services I needed. I have two toilets; one in need of repair (leak) and the other that needed to be replaced.

Tony had an opening on Tuesday, May 28 that I had to decline so the work I needed to have done was scheduled for Wednesday, May 29. I want to thank Tony for quickly setting up the appointment; clearly describing the work they would do; and providing me the cost.

On Wednesday, May 28 Ray from Super Brothers showed up on time to repair one of the toilets and replace the other. I was very impressed by Ray. He was professional, worked hard, polite , and did everything that I needed to have done. He has an excellent work ethic and I appreciated all he did today, including cleanup.

We’ve been using Super Brothers for years. In fact, we have one of their old refrigerator magnets from when they were Super Mario Plumbing. We’ve stuck with them because they’ve always been honest and reasonably priced. Also, most of the time I call them, they send someone out the same day, even though I don’t have an emergency. We will definitely keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Excellent work Peter knows his job very neatly and professionally installed my hybrid water heater. They obtained the permit even picked my heater from Lowe's.

We've hired Super Brothers for several plumbing jobs over the past five years and they've always done great quality work and been easy to work with. When they notified me about big new rebates available for new heat pump water heaters, I jumped on the opportunity. They came out to do an assessment and give me a quote, and talked through the options in detail. They even helped me figure out what electrical work I would need to get done before the install. They're always great about communicating and scheduling.
We just had it installed and the technician stayed for ten hours on a hot day to see the project to completion! It's working great 👍

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.

Arsen was our service guy. He was awesome. He was early to the appointment and finished in a timely manner. Our toilet install was not easy as the toilet and plumbing were 50 years old, but he did a fantastic job for a great price. He explained everything and was very patient. My water heater went out yesterday I called and Daniel helped me out gave me a cost out the door for Bay replacement which was harder than I thought it would be and Petyo was amazing he showed up early and went above and beyond to get my old water heater out and replace a new one fully up to code. After all is said and done he's still charged me the agreed-upon price. Call Super Mario Plumbing if you want to get taken care of by true professionals. We had Super Brothers repair two toilets in our house and they did an excellent job. It probably isn't the cheapest plumbing service out there, but the professionalism and service was top notch, so it was worth the higher price to us.

Dina came out to give an estimate promptly after calling. He showed up on time, went under the house to review the work that was to be done. Gave me a fair estimate and seemed very knowledgeable and capable.
I called him after getting other bids which took forever when other plumbers didn't show up or were late.
Dima performed the work in the time frame and at the price he quoted. No problems and a really decent guy as well.

My garbage disposal broke down late last night and need someone to replace it for me. I got a quick quote from Super Mario Plumbing and they gave me the most reasonable quote (not the cheapest because I don't trust someone who provide a quote that is well below market). They came out the very next day and replace the new garbage disposal unit in less than 20 minutes. They were professional and courteous. They didn't just replace the unit but also give me some very helpful tips. Thanks Super Mario!!! From now on, if I need anymore service, they will be my only choice!!!

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress. He didn't stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. After an hour of hard work, our plumbing misery is over!

They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again. All for a fair price. Completely dependable -- I'm a happy customer!

My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300+!) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

I have used this company several times since I moved to the area in 2018. They have done the following work for me:
- gas line installation for backyard barbecue
- new hot water heater installation
- new toilet installations
- new garbage disposal installation

Every single time they have been very responsive, prompt, professional, neat and polite. Each job was with a different plumber and everyone has been excellent.

I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone for the same day, and I received a phone call 15 minutes before the technician was to arrive, letting me know he was on his way. The technician, Oleg, arrived promptly, at the beginning of the time window I had been given when I called for the appointment. He was courteous, efficient, and explained the repair clearly. Dimas came right away when I had some problems with my water lines and sewage drain. He explained to me what was wrong, gave me an accurate quote, and braved my crawlspace without hesitation. Afterward, he gave me a realistic assessment of future needs without being pushy about upgrades, and showed me pictures of the work that had been accomplished underground. I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price. And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

Usually I pass on these reviews because the exchange of service and payment already occurred, which satisfies the relationship between customer and service provider. However, in the case of Super Mario Plumbing, the lasting impression from beginning, immediate and prompt scheduling for next day service, the middle, the technician arrived at the very start of the service time window and worked with efficiency in half the time the previous technician from another company needed to complete the same replacement of another toilet in our home a year previous, and the end, we are more than satisfied with the installation a month afterwards, and the experience throughout, both friendly and professional, stuck with me to compose this review for any others who search for such ease in an experience

Provided great service. Had Peter come out to fix a broken water heater the same day I called, he was able to replace the thermocouple in about half an hour for a reasonable price. He was also professional, friendly, and offered some helpful advice and feedback as well. Able to get my hot water back up and running within hours of my phone call. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. The lady (I believe her name is Gee, not sure of the spelling) I initially spoke to for a quote was very knowledgeable and was the reason I decided to go with Super Brothers. Andvii, was our installer. I can say he did a GREAT Job installing our new heat pump water heater. He is a perfectionist. He is the type of person I am always hoping will do the work when hiring out a job.

We just moved to a house and our hot water was taking forever to come out of the sinks. Since many things needed updating, I called Super Mario Brothers. D.K. was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Dimi came out, was very prompt and had shoe coverings for in house walking. He looked over the units, checked an additional 2 gallon tank under my sink(installed for quick hot water until other hot water kicked in, but wasn't working properly.)I didn't know anything about tankless systems and he was able to give me all the needed information in a way that I understood. Turned out that the 10 year old water heaters were not installed properly, so they were never serviced. He gave me a few options and asked me what the most important feature was for me. When I told him I wanted quick, hot water coming out of my faucet, he recommended two new tankless heaters. He gave me a quote then and there and even gave me model numbers. Oh yeah, while he was checking the water, he even fixed a slow draining sink for me ! Two new heaters was not cheap and he recommended getting other opinions and then call the office if I decided to use them. I did have a couple of other companies come out. Everyone pretty much agreed on two new units, based on what I wanted out of my systems. Super Mario Brothers were very competitive in their price, but I chose them because Dimi made me feel confident that I was going to get the best hot water situation that I can. He didn't give me false promises, he told me facts. Also, DK put up with all of my many phone calls. The company was honest and in a few days, in time for Thankgiving, I had quick hot water! Dimi and another person showed up on time and put in both tankless heaters in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and Dimi even helped me restart my fireplace and in the process taught me how to restart another one that I thought was broken, saving me a service call. These guys are the best! Thank You so much.

They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump. The price was excellent due to the rebates and it was a quality install. The installer doing the work did a solid job from plumbing the condensate drain, overflow tank, thermostatic mixing valve and running the electrical wire.

We've been procrastinating about calling to deal with a plumbing issue way too long, we finally call and it was all fixed in one visit a day later. Service was great, the guy was respectful, and he came up with a solution to our plumbing problem that was more elegant then we'll expected.

These guys are responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional. I had a drain clogged that was out of the reach of my snake, so Mike came out to clear it for us. We greatly appreciated his help, and our now our tub drains the best it has since we moved into our house three years ago. We will definitely be considering Super Mario for some additional plumbing work that's on the to-do list.
