I was quoted $925 for a secondary heater pan and was told this cost was mostly for labor. So, I assumed it was going to be a very big job to require 2 people and for $925 it must be for hours of work (the plastic pan looked to be worth $25-$50). We'll, it took them 30 minutes to install the pan...what a ripoff...never again.

Took care of heating issue

Raul was extremely professional and courteous. He showed up promptly and explained everything he was going to do. Finished the job quickly and showed me the part that was wearing out. Would definitely use Raul again!!!

We had Lance out now multiple times just to help with some HVAC needs and an annual service appointment. Lance was on time, provided great communication and even saved us money overall. We had a clogged pipe which created overflow outside. Dustin worked very hard to clear out the pipe to ensure everything was working. He also made suggestions on what we will need to do in the future. Great job!!

I called Lee’s plumbing on Sunday night and scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday. I received a call about 40 minutes before arrival, their service tech Nathan looked at all four toilets and determined that only two needed to be replaced. He communicated well , was honest, efficient and did a great job.

Rashad was so knowledgeable and professional, and explained things to me in a way that I could easily understand. He was super friendly and this was just a wonderful experience. I'll definitely come back! Thank you!

Plumber got the job done. Seemed a bit unsure if what he was doing. Don’t like the ipad photos of everything he did. Why?
Prices were what I would consider outrageous. I could have bought the equipment and did it myself. And still had money left over. Sadly Berbs was a great company amd since Lees bought Verns I thought I’d give them a try. I won’t be using them unless all plumbers are gouging customers.

Ernesto arrived and put on booties before going in the house, he was attentive and patient while listening to the issue we were experiencing. The technician lied about the thermostat , don’t wanna change it. I have seniors living in the house and they have to suffer of not having the air condition through the night. Shame on this guy. He doesn’t care of senior all he has to do is replace the thermostat.

Scheduling was quick and the price and value.the best of other companies we checked. We had one issue on day of install they delayed out date, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.

Francisco Ramos was exceptionally professional and honest. His vibes were definitely sincere. He fixed what was needed and found some other serious issues (pictures included)which then gave us advice for. I like that the invoice includes pictures, it helps alleviate the doubt or suspicions of being ripped off. I recommend lee’s to get the job done and done.

I've called them 3 times and calling a 3rd time seems to be the charm, now we no longer have to worry about the toilets backing up or the showers, because its not pleasant being able to use either especially when you have 2 toilets and 2 showers makes things very complicated. I'll continue to call Lee's for whatever service I need done and it seems like my A.C. is next for them to come check out.

Javier mendoza was great repair guy he was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. But Most of all he fixed the problem.

We had two guys in our house today to do the repair. They did a great job and they were very curious. . The only problem was the mess they left in the bathroom. Dirt on the floor and sink, they even left water in the bathtub and told us yeah you can go ahead and drain that. For a job that cost almost two thousand dollars they could have at least cleaned their feet off. I had just paid a cleaning crew to clean the bathroom. This is a house we are getting ready to rent.
We had requested for the job to done as quick as possible and they were extremely fast.

This is the third time I've used Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating and for good reasons too! I've had plumbing work, A/C work, and recently a new gas water heater installed. All the service men were professional, courteous, funny, and personable. My water heater was 18+ years old and in desperate need of replacing. Nathan arrived and completed the service within the given time frame. He, like Tyler (Plumbing) and Lance (A/C) (you get an area specialist) answered my questions without speaking down to me, was funny, efficient, professional, and personable.

Lance from Lee’s Heating and Air saved us big time during the heatwave. The office got us on the schedule within a couple days of our HVAC system having issues. Lance was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly after another tech couldn’t find the issue earlier in the day. He came out the next business day and installed the new condenser fan. Huge thanks to Lance and Lee’s staff (Jen).

Highly recommend Lee's Sacramento! Jen in the office, Brad, John and Austin onsite were all very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We had a new Trane heat-pump HVAC system installed last Fall and some new duct work done to replace our 30 year-old unit. The price was fair, they did the SMUD rebate paperwork, and now I am saving money on my bills. Overall, I'm very happy with Lee's and will be using them again for any plumbing, etc.

Severo checked the air conditioning unit and found the problem quickly. He made the corrections and re-evalated it to make sure it was working properly. He explained everything thoroughly.

The technician Darrell was a 20 star. I cannot say enough good things about him he was great!!!!!! The quote was a little bit of a sticker shocker thus the 4 ⭐.
Example the part was something like $1300.00 I purchased it locally for $150.00(txv kit)

Great emergency air conditioning complete fix Lance did a great job of bringing it back to life we have emergency in the house with my wife being in a hospice type situation and the air conditioning quit during the night being a member of Lee air and air conditioning and plumbing situation they got a lance out here and he got it running took a few parts but we're now back on the air thank you so much for your praise to his skill his knowledge and he ordered some more parts we're going to put in next week blessings thank you

Air conditioner repair

This was my semi-annual maintenance on the AC/heat unit. As a widow, it's easier (and better) to get a professional to do the work because they know what to look for.

Eric was a fantastic! He made sure to explain everything in great detail, so that we could understand what was going on and make informed decisions. We would definitely call Lee's again!

We appreciate the company being able to send a tech out within a few days to diagnose our A/C unit during a period of extremely high heat when most others weren't available. The tech, David C., was very professional, friendly, and thorough in his explanations, service and advice.

Hvac surge protector installed

The technician that came to service our home was polite and did a good job, but the cost of simple repairs is outrageous. I was charged $710 for a simple toilet reseat with wax ring and flange spacer install. The parts cost roughly $20 and the install took 1.5 hours. Basically I paid $450 an hour for this job? On top of this, my invoice didn’t itemize any of the charges. I won’t be calling Lee’s again.

We had a handyman install a new faucet in our kitchen. After he left we discovered we were not getting any hot water. We decided to call Lee’s to have an actual plumber come out to fix it. Jacob was our plumber. He took a look under the sink and in a few minutes declared that everything was connected fine, so we must have a lemon of a faucet. He said we needed to get a new “name brand” faucet like Moen or Delta, and he could do some work to get everything working right. He sent us a written estimate for $775. He did not charge for the visit. My gut told me to get a second opinion so I asked another company to send out a plumber. He looked under the sink, turned a knob and it was fixed! Seriously! He said any plumber should have been able to find the problem. He did not charge for the visit either, and saved us $775! I gave Lee’s two stars for not charging a visit fee, but zero stars for the advice.

Lance quickly diagnosed an issue that was preventing my furnace from starting, sourced new pieces the following day to repair the part that would've been otherwise impossible to obtain factory-new, and came over on his day off to complete the repair so my newborn wouldn't have to spend another night sleeping next to a tinderbox space heater.

Him and the entire Lee's Air team are always outstanding in their communication and perform quality work, but this time they really went above and beyond. Thanks again, guys!

Was able to get a same day appointment and estimate, Nathan was professional and on time. He gave us several options for repair or replacement of our water heater and was able to come out the next day (a saturday!) to replace and install the unit. Great communication and work, will recommend to others.

After not getting the repair completed by the service sent by my home warranty, I contacted Lee’s, who replaced my HVAC a few years back. I cannot say enough good things about the availability, the communication, and the service provided. Raul talked me through everything and patiently answered my questions. We have two units in our home and Lance was very helpful in advising us on the work he accomplished and upon further inspection discovered a few problems that needed to be addressed as well. He gave thorough details about the problems and ways he could help fix them. We were so appreciative for his attention to detail and time it took to do the work needed. With 40 years experience we felt like we were in good hands with Lee’s and Lance. Thanks so much.

Wanted $385.00 to change angle stop under kitchen sink. I paid him the $49 visit fee and sent him on his way. I'll use a handyman for that, not a company that practices usury.

We just finished an installation of a complete new heat pump/ac system. From the very beginning, Todd provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, and was available for several follow-up questions as I was deciding on a product and a company to go with. It was mostly due to the confidence I had from my interactions with Todd that I decided to go with Lee’s Air.

When it was time for the install, John and Austin did an amazing job installing the whole system in 2 days. It was definitely difficult and highly technical work, but they made it look easy.

After the install, they helped to facilitate the testing and city inspection.

I am confident in their work and that they will be happy to support me in the future. Huge thanks to Todd, John, and Austin and everyone over at Lee’s!

Had A/C service performed. Service technician David Vasquez called to let me know he was coming, and he arrived promptly on time. He was competent, personable, and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. Service was performed in a timely matter. Lee’s sir conditioning is the greatest.

Not a fan of pricing their services. Quoted me 369.00 just to clear clogged drain in kitchen. I said to tech I had seen services quoted online for under 300.00. Without hesitation he magically dropped it to 300.00 even. Since he was here and I needed my drain cleared, I agreed. Took all of 2 minutes to clear drain. Tech was at house about 20 minutes. I expected to pay a pretty sum for this service, but I believe 300.00 was excessive and taking advantage of someone in need.

Yee, the service repair rep was great, a gentleman. The company, tho, makes it hard to get a hold of them. We played ultimate phone tag. If you call the tech has to call back you can't just speak to them or call them directly and you can't set an appointment with the grumpy lady. One call the lady was nice but didn't seem to have control of anything and may have been in another country. They did come fairly quickly and charged half what balanced comfort quoted.

Called in morning and problem fixed by early afternoon. Nathan arrived on time and briefed me on expectations. Everything was discussed up front. After starting repair, the part replacement required a trip to find the part. This was all included in the quote. After completion, Nathan explained what he did and provided me with the old part. Very professional.

I met with Todd Baltzley. He was very professional and gave me ideas on how we can save money with the work we needed. I would strongly recommend this company, and hope you get to meet Todd, he's exceptional! Update: the work was completed and it looks great, and running like a gem! They even cleaned a mess left behind from old HVAC work that Beutler heating and air left behind years ago. I will definitely being calling Lee's for all my plumbing and Hvac services for now on.
