Add water pipe for guest bathroom. Mike and Matt did an amazing job as they had to troubleshoot issues replacing an old old toilet with a new design. They had to buy new parts for the unforeseen prior modifications. Very happy with the work of both crews. Professional, personable, patient, polite, and experienced.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

2021 - I have an update on this business. First they resolved the issue reported in 2020. And since then they have been great. They respond to my calls and questions, and have saved us from a hot horrible summer!

2020 - Called for service exchanged txtd photos and information with a tech, and was quoted a price to check the warehouse for the part. Agreed to pay. The employee then said he could not come out for the repair until Sunday. We agreed to any additional labor charges. Called and txtd attempting to confirm if he found the part all day Saturday but received no response. Called today, Sunday, and was told that sorry calls Sunday at 6 am (after our calls made long before that) already filled today's schedule. Provided no information on how to schedule service or get help.

I had a leaking kitchen drain pipe in a tough spot under the house. I called Jet and they came out later the same day. Skip was the technician, and got to work right away on the problem. He had it fixed in an hour!! Really recommend Jet Plumbing to anyone who could use their service.

This is a challenging time to find service. I called 7 providers - Home Energy Experts were the only ones to respond promptly. The person on the phone walked me through the process, took information, and booked appointment for the next day. There was a delay on the day of service due to traffic - they called me to warn about the delay and to assure me that the technician is still coming. The technician was courteous, efficient, and professional. Gave us some options and solutions; explained all the risks and made sure we don't have false expectations. AC is working for now. We are very grateful and hoping that the problem is fixed. If not - we will be calling Home Energy Experts for a more serious project.
