I was not happy with them.

Water heater went out, first guy charged me $113 to replace the thermocouple. Not the problem, another guy says I needed to replace. The quote is $1400. It’s New Years weekend so I would have to wait. The Flu came with a great fever. Tuesday comes with the new water heater. Since he “had” to replace the valve, $150, and redo the exhaust on top the total comes to $1645. The add on the website for install to specs says $1350. I called asked for the manager, no response. I would not recommend this business.

We had water backing up into our shower and overflowing. Toilets would not flush. Basically our facilities were down. Called Jet today and they showed up an hour later. Caleb was professional and knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed in no time. Jet has gained a new customer. Thank you!

We had a Technician named Ricky, came by and was awesome. Fixed the problem in a jiffy and even made a few recommendations on how we could have a safer house.

I had a great experience as always with Jet Plumbing.

Due to a faulty water heater, my basement flooded and I needed service at approximately midnight on a Saturday night. Jet Plumbing was one of the only companies that was open, so I gave them a call. Albert came to my house almost immediately and he was friendly, professional, and was able to fix the concern right away. He also referred me to a good company that could help with removing the water. I would recommend Albert and Jet Plumbing to anyone.

Our water heater broke on Christmas Eve, just when we had extra people at the house. I called Jet Plumbing and spoke with Drew, he talked me through some trouble shooting things to see if we could get it working, but to no avail. Parts for the 12-year-old heater were going to be $800 with a week’s delay getting the parts because of the Holidays. So, I decided to install a new water heater and that was installed on December 26th. Great service.

Recently did work for me, but person showing up could only do 1/2 the job that I requested. They wanted a second service fee. Stupidly I called them again on another matter. They were unavailable and when I asked for help reviewing some information they did not return my email. They say they are too busy. Too busy for good customers I guess.

Called to get a quote for a job. Had to leave a message. No return call. I guess they don't want the work.

Was quoted $500 to replace a hose fitting. 2-4 man hours. Really!?

The food was not as good as it used to be. Very disappointing. The service, however, was excellent.

We recently used JET to help fix a backed up pipe at the house. We called on Sunday night at about 7:30pm By 9pm the service tech Eddie was leaving. Problem solved. Super professional and proficient service. The fact we were able to get service on a Sunday night is amazing!

Chris M arrived from Jet on time he was polite and professional. He evaluated the issue and got my repair done without any additional concerns. In the future calling Jet I would ask for Chris by name.

Repairman came to program my sprinklers work well but they didn't know how to program the sprinkler.
Found that out after they left and charged me 180 dollars.they were nice tho.i think they charged me fo two men

Superior service!

Jet plumbing came out three times to fix our hammering pipes . The first time the guy said his water pressure gage wasn't working properly but that our water pressure was too high. About one week later he came back out and said our pressure was fine. Then he cut a hole in our wall in the wrong spot and claimed that wouldn't work. Then Said he would have to come back out to remove our whole shower. i then called Jet and told them I would hope they could send someone more experienced . They said they could but it would be two weeks so two weeks later Chad shows up but never planned to work on anything at all just hear my pipes hammer. Then says it would be another week before he could work on it. I said I'll just call Hawthorne plumbing if that's the best he could offer. To which he says good luck with Hawthorne. Well Hawthorne fixed it in one trip. I told Jet about all of this but they don't care I geuss they are so bad at what they do this is standard. It is unfortunate they can't be at least sub par.

Rick D was professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. I will definitely recommend him for my next plumbing problem.

We own a business in Reno and our next-door neighboring business had plumbing issues. They asked if they could have my key to let the plumber in because the sewage is all connected. Jet plumbing came in and removed both of our toilets. They also put a hole in our wall which was left un-repaired. When they reinstalled one of the toilets, they did not put in a new O-ring and therefore there was a leak. The leak caused black mold on the floor. They said someone over to remove our flooring. The guy did a halfway job rip removed part of the flooring and left some down that still had black mold. We then proceeded to remove the rest of the flooring ourselves and fix all of the issues. Jet had offered to have someone do the labor on it but after they did such a halfway job, we went ahead and reinstalled the flooring ourselves. I have asked them to pay for the flooring which is less than a few hundred dollars. I also asked if they’ll come back and put the toilet in with a new O-ring and they flat out refused. I will never do business with this company and I would recommend that you do not either.

Jet has been my go to for almost 4 years with our mhp. Everyone on the team has been amazing and a great a group of people. They have come through for all of us/me countless times. I would just like to thank you all for being here for us and keeping our park flowing!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. We currently have one of their techs, Jessie, here for the 4th time to fix another leak we found after he installed a new kitchen faucet, water lines, and garbage disposal. He also installed our bathroom faucets and water lines which he had to come back out to fix a leak on too. I tried to show him another error on the bathroom faucet and he wouldn’t look at it and left without fixing it, even though he was the one who installed it.
He also fixed and hooked up a propane line for a gas kitchen range. When we tried to use it, our CO/propane monitor went off. I called Jet for an emergency visit so we could make sure the propane line wasn’t leaking and spoke with Deede. She was so rude and got an attitude with me, told me she was grumpy, and then said she couldn’t help with no explanation as to why. The next morning I called to complain about her and Deede answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager (and i hate feeling like a Karen) and Deede asked “is this about how i was grumpy with you last night?” The manager apologized but defended Deede and wouldn’t schedule anyone to come out any sooner than 3 days later, even though we had a possible propane leak and offered me no solution to make any of this treatment or poor service right.
I have used Jet in the past and was happy. But this was my last time as a customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jet has been awesome each time I've used them. They are very responsive, they get you in right away, they're affordable, and their technicians are professional and friendly. Jesse was my tech today and he did an excellent job! The office employee is very friendly and helpful (I forget her name but you can hear her smile through the phone!) They call you before the technician is on the way so you know during your appointment time window when the person is on the way to your house. I highly recommend using their services. They've come out and repaired my water heater and unclogged my drains before. Affordable, fast, and friendly each time.

Use them for work and always come in and get the job done

Jet Plumbing is objectively one of the worst plumbing companies I have worked with. They came out to fix a shower leak and a kitchen sink leak.

They had to create a large hole in one of the bathroom walls to fix the leak. While I was initially relieved, the next day I realize they swapped the cold/hot water - which is a pretty big miss for the damage done to the bathroom. Additionally, when they reinstalled the fixtures, they were not level - so it looked absolutely awful. The lack of craftsmanship was appalling.

They never actually fixed the kitchen sink leak. While they claimed job done, it immediately began leaking in the same spot the following day.

My only recommendation would be to never use them.

The Technician, Jesse, was very Professional, Courteous and Prepared. We were given a time to expect him and he was right on time. The issue was a kitchen sink drain that had been fixed by another company but it turns out they didn't do the job right. Jesse identified the problem and fixed it right away. I've used 3 Plumbing companies here in Reno, Dukes (awful), Roto Rooter (substandard in every way) and JET. JET has been the best overall and will be the only company I would recommend. And I do recommend to my friends.

I had a leaky pipe in my new manufactured home that needed to be fixed. I had another plumbing company come over and they said it would take a minimum of 4 man hours and could be up to 6 man hours. They said it would cost $375 and then took my faucet with them. Jet Plumbing came over and fixed it in 10 minutes.
I will ever let anyone else but Jet touch my pipes ever!!! 7 stars out out 5. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy came out first thing Sunday morning and made 3 separate fixes to our water heater, then also installed a new dishwasher as an extra project and was even able to find an important replacement part even though all plumbing stores were closed. He also helped answer my questions about a DYI shower head replacement I was working on and his advice was perfect.

Called for a clogged sink, within a few hours Jeff showed up and fixed it right away. Definitely would recommend their services.

Had a spraying leak on my overflow tank on my water heater on Labor Day. Called Jet and had to leave a message. They got back to me in less than 20 minutes, said they would try to get someone right out. Another 20 minutes and the guys were here. They had to go to Home Depot for a new overflow tank but were back in less than 15 minutes(Home depot is very close to my house). Entire job from initial call to completion was less than 2 1/2 hours. On Labor Day. I was very very pleased.

My Husband and I were very happy with the fast, professional work by Brian from Jet Plumbing. He fixed problems with 2 outdoor faucets while explaining clearly what he was doing. If we have another plumbing problem in future, we will definitely call on Jet Plumbing again.

Asked to fix a sink drain and snake the drain. Was told they could only fix one and the snake would need a different technician so was charged for 2 separate labor fees. The drain pug still not fixed. Never using them ever again! Definitely seem like they pick and choose what they want to do. Never again!

I discovered a leak in a pipe near my hot water heater when I got home at 5:15. Called Jet at 5:45. Jeremy was onsite 30 minutes later. The repair was complex but he finished within an hour. Jeremy was amazing. The cut he made in our wall was so good, it went back on easily and will only need a bit of tape, texture and paint. We would have had a lot of damage had it not been fixed so quickly. Thank you Jet Plumbing and especially Jeremy.

The pilot light on our water heater failed, we called them this morning and had an appointment for 4 pm. They were ahead of schedule and came at 1, after calling first.
I told the tech, Mike, that I did not know if it was under warranty. After a quick evaluation, he identified the issue. He had to go to his warehouse for the parts, and I expected a long wait, but he returned in about 30 minutes. While he was gone, he took the time to check my warranty status. It was still under warranty and I ended up paying only $20. They would have made money if I had paid full rate or used the warranty, it was pretty awesome that they took the time to check and save me money.

Called them out the day after Thanksgiving and they arrived within hours! Got the clog cleared out with great service at a great price. Thanks!!

They showed up 4 hours early which is always great when you do not have water. Got straight to the job and fixed in no time.

Decided to fix it myself. Canceled appointment.

They were incompetent, basically. We had issues with outside AC fans that were in horrible shape. These guys came out and stuck some wood chips around as shims in the side of the fan housing and charged $75.00 for this. Needless to say, this fix did not work.
Also, they were unable to do a simple maintenance call because they said they were missing the filters they needed (which we already had ourselves) and refused to go into the attic to see why we had no air flow into the upstairs bedrooms. It turns out we needed a lot of work on the HVAC system to get the airflow right - we hired someone else to do this. We also hired someone else to fix the outside fans (and you can be sure they did not put shims into the housing!).
We have never experienced such complete incompetence and lack of concern for quality work . This company hires people who could care less about their customers.
We will NEVER hire Jet Plumbing, Heating and Drain Svc again. We would much rather pay someone else to do the work who cares about getting the job done right.

We live on the bottom floor of a condo in Reno that was built in the 70s, so of course there are lots of water/pipe issues for us. However, Jet plumbing has been amazing every single time! They have unclogged our kitchen drain, found leaks, and fixed our pipes. Each time they have come, the plumbers have been so friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that they show us exactly what they are working on so we are kept in the loop. Great job Jet!

Came to my house and didnt even turn on my A/C and says it works. Its been 103 all week and my house is 85 degrees. But for sure the A/C works. Worst company I have ever worked with.
