The person who answered the phone was courteous and explained everything in a professional manner including the pricing. She sent a technician the same day and Daniel was also very courteous and professional plus being on time and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate and options to consider to fix the problem. He was thorough and took time to make sure he answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend Daniel and this company.

Our furnace went out, so i had these guys come out only for them to find that the furnace was out because of a leak from the bathroom above it.They could have charged me for the first visit, but instead he called and was able to get a plumber out that same day. They found the issue and repaired it and I am very grateful that they were quick and professional. Thank you guys so much.

Nate is literally amazing, we couldn’t be happier with the amount of diligence, professionalism, and absolute patience he displayed while making a real doozy of a repair in our condo. He probably had to come a total of 6 times and was always kind and knowledgeable with each snag we hit. When cutting into our and our neighbor’s drywall, he was extremely precise and took out as little as possible as to not inconvenience either of us further. Nick is amazing! He originally came out to give me a quote for removing our old shower valve and replacing it with a new one that I had bought. Once he arrived, I added a request for a quote to move the shower drain. No problem for Nick! I also sprung a clogged kitchen sink on him while he was here (it had clogged the night before and we couldn't fix it ourselves) so I asked him to do that as well. Nick was polite, professional, and friendly the entire time. Even though he ended up doing more work than originally intended, he never once acted like it was an imposition. Then, when I asked what his availability was to do the shower drain and valve, he said the next evening!!! Nick was truly amazing and we now have a plumbing, heating, and cooling company that we will use for everything. The shower valve was switched out and the drain was moved without any problems. He was quick and efficient and communicated with me the entire time. We are thoroughly impressed by Nick, you can tell he enjoys what he does.

Called after hours regarding plumbing leak at bathroom shower faucet at rental property. Tenant turned off water and I was waiting until next morning for Appt. Received call at 7:30am confirming Appt between 11am - 1pm. Nick arrived around noon and determined tenants had turned up temperature on hot water heater which caused the plastic/rubber in the valve to melt, which jammed the valve open. Valve was repaired and hot water heater control was reduced but still not getting hot water in master bathroom. Nick determined that when the tenant shut off the water, the electric recirculating pump was not unplugged and was damaged due to overheating. Nick was able to obtain a replacement pump and perform the repair in short order. He gave me a discount on the pump price and said Hawthorne PHC would give me a courtesy inspection/hot water tank flush in 1 year to ensure everything was working correctly. If I ever have a plumbing, heating or cooling problem in the future, I will be calling HawthornePHC and asking for Nick. TDE, Reno, NV

Called for a leak to be repaired. They had a guy out faster than Domino's pizza.,no really guy showed up in 30 minutes. Figured out what was causing a leak and fixed it in no time. Couldn't be happier!!
Had an emergency with water leak. After reading the reviews, I gave them a call. Tech able to come within 1 hour. I like the way they text to notify that the tech is on the way. Will definitely use them again

Editing 8/16/21 to say that I am changing my review to 4 stars because this company read my review and contacted me to make this right. The problem was actually related to my water heater and not the faucet at all. I appreciated the time their supervise took to come here personally and appreciated the communication from their office keeping me updated.
Original review : I would not recommend this company. My kitchen faucet seems to have lost cold water. I asked my home warranty company to do a service ticket and this is the company they sent out. The technician that showed up did nothing to resolve the problem. He walked around checking the water temperature of all of the other faucets, suggesting maybe the municipal water system was just hotter this year. When I asked him if there was some kind of a piece inside the faucet that determines hot or cold water coming on , he said he was unsure, made some phone calls out front and came back inside and told me that I could be a lot of things but that it was beyond his wheelhouse.

Had Jay out at the house today to look at our furnace. We had been having problems with it for over a year and even had another company out who wasn’t able to diagnose the issue.
Jay was great, not only did he do more than he had to but he spent extra time going through the whole unit and making sure he was correct in his findings. Never had a technician as thorough as he was as he easily could have left the minute the unit came back on.

OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS - WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT.
Scheduled a call to residence for a water heater warranty replacement. Wanted to charge me $1,100 for a warrantied water heater replacement which should be around $500. They also told me that if it was a new install they would charge me $2,200 which should be around $1,200. Be wary of these guys as they are trying to overcharge unsuspecting customers over 100%!!!

Technician Brian came out and looked over the system. I had misidentified some issues and Brian quickly found the source of my rumbling pipes, the PRV. While looking over the water heater it became apparent that the systme may have had some damage from fluctuating pressure. To be sure everything was 100% I decided to replace the system. This was wise as upon removal some unknown damage was discovered. Brian was a great help during this process and I highly recommend his service.

Jon B. did an outstanding job of making sure our air conditioning functioned well in all of our rooms, including the difficult to cool upstairs. He was the most conscientious service technician we have had the pleasure to meet in a long time. We had both of our aging condensers replaced together w one of the air handlers. I have always had great results with the team from Hawthorne.
I believe it was David and Blake who responded to my home and evaluated my issues with a possible sewer line leaking. After their own evaluation David recommended I monitor the situation instead of scoping the line with a camera and charging me $150. Their hasn't been an issue with the line and I saved some money. Air conditioner quit working. Called one place and one MONTH before they could come...put me on a list. Called Hawthorne plumbing and they had someone here within the hour. Jay arrived and replaced a part on A/C and I asked him to replace a faulty thermostat that has been acting up. He didn't have a working one on truck but true to his word brought a new one and installed it a day later. Jay was outstanding and was very professional and knowledgeable patiently explaining what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Hawthorne and Jay is a keeper, give this man a raise! I will use in the future. I have 2 furnaces and one ac in this home and will call them for any service needed. Heather was also very professional and helpful and kept me informed as needed. Thankyou

We set up an appointment through their website and a few days before the appointment they called to reschedule because they gave our appointment to an elderly couple. We have two babies and we’re using space heaters to heat our house. We accepted the new date and they called again to reschedule because a job was taking up two days unexpectedly and the next appointment wasn’t for another two weeks and we were gearing up for a snow storm. We told them we had two kids and needed the job done they said the soonest was November 18th. We turned around and called Sierra air who got use scheduled that same week and right before the snow storm. They completed the job fast and way cheaper than Hawthorne told us as estimate. Really unprofessional to reschedule multiple times on a client. Your booking issues are not the customers problem.

I've had to call these guys a couple of times for emergency situations. I've never had a hard time getting through and even scheduled same-day. The technicians are knowledgable and quick with an estimate. Javier came out today and was able to solve a leaking pipe in the crawl space this afternoon. He replaced 2 failing joints and a pipe within a few hours. When my ancient water heater failed, Nick was able to get quote us for a removal and tankless install that afternoon and the work was done cleanly and efficiently with good long-term care options.
Take care of your plumbing people! But I would call Hawthorne for any pressing matters and then some.

Please let me tell you, I called these guys on a Friday, (A professional reception) they sent a tech the same day, (when they said they would) and made the repairs the same day as well. I was given options for the repairs, which were fully explained. The tech, Anthony, was polite, experienced, and professional. I highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing. I am not affiliated or related to them in any way. A very rare and pleasant experience.
My water heaters expansion tank blew a leak on an early Saturday morning and there was water running through my garage due ot te leak. I was headed for trouble if I didn't get it fixed soon. I was able to turn the water off but my there were two leaks within the valve area and it was very difficult to work in the tight space where the tank was. I called Hawthorne plumbing and spoke to someone who was very professional and she took down all my information and told me that she would get back to me ASAP.
Within an hour a Service Tech showed up, assessed the issue, gave me options, then quickly got to work. He was very knowledgeable, patient, clear in his intent, and very professional. Within 15 minutes he had the job finished. I was very thankful,..and happy with the service from Hawthorne Plumbing.

I will never go anywhere else for HVAC needs! Hawthorne was quick to come out for diagnostics. We needed to fully replace the furnace and air conditioner in my home. *** July 2022 Update. *** 3rd call to Hawthorne for help with water problem. This time I was charged $499. to replace 7 inches of pipe, and there was still a drip coming from somewhere. Asked them to check again thinking it should have been caught on the first visit. They came out again and determined the drip was coming from the same pipe but in a different area so It would cost me $300 something more. Though they did negotiate it down to $200 something I opted to have someone else check. Before I could do that the remediation fellow said it was really coming from my hot water faucet in the bathroom. Needless to say, I didn't use Hawthorne, nor will I again.
My 20 year old water heater started leaking on Friday night. They came same day and closed the tank and drained it. The tank was replaced the next day. I took their lowest of the three options given to me. Their service was excellent, but ended paying 2 to 3 times I would have paid if I have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's. They said it is one of the best water heater and the ones available in local stores are not of good quality. Of course they threw me bunch of free stuff like 6 year annual maintenence of the water heater and three inspections per year of heating and cooling for three years, etc. Still I felt the cost of the water heater was three times the cost of best one available in HD or Lowes. I blame myself for not checking the price in other places before committing. I thought it would little higher than local stores but not this much.

The service technicians were on time and they were friendly. Overall they did well. However, following their visit, we've lost major hot water pressure from one of our Master Bathroom sinks and the hot water in the shower of that same bathroom is not has hot.
So in the end, not very pleased.

David the plumber gave excellent customer service while evaluating the issues we were having in our mens room and after with the information we had to send to our landlord. No leak found, because there wasn't any pipe in the area. Because of discoloration of the surrounding area, it may be groundwater. I just have to watch it for now and call back if there is any further developments.

hi what can i say have been with this company for a few years now with all the houses in our neiberhood unfortnally it was our turn to have major water line outside as wellinside too had notcided weird sounds beore this all found a coupon from the mail thought maybe should get the lines no sooner before the appt major promblems started soo thats where we started tec was trulyawesomm very thoughfull explanned everything killer videos of roots so on i have always asked for the same tec too our hero thanks

Was told if i didn't go with their services that it would only be $60.00 - ended up being $361.00 just for a pressure test and soap joints that took 5 minutes. No doubt a commission based upsell mentality rather than a fair / honest assessment. Tried to replace my whole system. Thank god i got a second opinion and saved myself thousands. 2 stars only because i want to highlight that the tech was doing his job and did a good job - it's the company's fault not the worker

After getting a laughably astronomical quote from another company we called Hawthorne. Jay gave us a fair quote and took his time explaining different options without trying to push anything on us. The scheduler got us on the calendar quickly and Jay did a fantastic job with the installation. He was happy to answer all our questions, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend Hawthorne and especially Jay!

The plumber showed up and it just seemed as though something was off. He seemed very distracted, as though other things were more important, and took many calls during the 15-20 min he was at our home to quote moving a shower faucet where the wall was already open. He was not personable at all. He checked a few things and then gave a $1300 quote and said that we needed a few different things. The quote just for the shower was $700. Incredibly overpriced, not personable, and acted as though we were an inconvenience. his demeanor towards us and the job overall was enough to turn us away from the service, then the incredibly high quote put the nail in the coffin.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the work provided by Brian from Hawthorne Plumbing. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. We had a leaky toilet and fixed the problem. He also gave us advise if we decide to purchase a new toilet. We've used other plumbers in the past, but we've now decided to call on Hawthorne Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. The service call from Hawthorne was great. The technician, Nick, was knowledgeable and professional. While checking out the reason for the initial call, he found our water heater was in dire need of maintenance. This was not an upsell of any kind....it truly was in bad shape. He informed us every step of the way what he was doing and showed us the areas which required attention. Now how water heater's life has been extended for several years at least! We had to call back because residual sediment flowing thru the fixtures had plugged the kitchen faucet. Embarrassing enough, we couldn't figure how to dismantle the faucet to clean it. Nick came back and happily showed us how to fix. I would recommend Hawthorne PHC without hesitation.

I am so thankful to have found this company. We had a pipe valve explode at 430am and start spraying water all over my bathroom. From the first panicked call the lady in the office helped calm me down, told me to call the water company to shut off the water, and got our service flagged as an emergency making sure that someone was here before noon.they sent me a text with a picture of my plumber about an hour before he got to my place to make sure I would feel safe letting him in. The man who came to fix the leak was amazing and helpful. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened and how he was fixing it, he was also very kind to my kids while he was fixing things. The price was also great, way below what I had been quoted by other places. All told I would give them 6 stars out of 5.

Great plumber. Needed a new water service to the street and it was completed in a timely manner. Financing options were great also, but boy oh boy was it expensive.
Nate Gutierrez is very hard working, and we're very pleased with him and the work that was done.
We used Hawthorne Plumbing for the 1st time after reading great google reviews. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They were able to respond same day (thank goodness because we had sewage backing up inside house and outside mainline drain), Nathan the plumber was prompt, able to diagnose the problem immediately, he was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. Hawthorne Plumbing gives a military discount which was wonderful and greatly appreciated! We will definitely use this company again should we ever need more plumbing services! I had Hawthorne install a new garbage disposal and repair my HVAC unit which would not work at all. Both jobs were completed quickly and professional. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Repairs were done about a week ago and I have not had an issue with either repair since. Additionally Hawthorne provided a discount for being a veteran. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend.
Professional, courteous staff. Ken came out to do a maintenance check on our water heater. Loved how he was on time and wore those booties over his shoes when he walked around the house, I really appreciated that. He also did a courtesy fix on my toilet flapper--I had to hold down the handle to get a full flush, but he did a small trim (trade secret that I wouldn't have known about) and it works perfectly now. Wonderful experience from scheduling to completion.

I had a problem with my furnace, I called Hawthorne plumbing to have it fixed. The technician Anthony said it was a PVC pipe clogged. He fixed it but wrong because it broke, and started to leak through my ceiling. Another technician from Hawthorne plumbing admitted it was done wrong when he came to check my water heater. I called Hawthorne plumbing to come to check it out. They sent a technician named Shane who told me there was nothing he can do, so he left the PVC pipe broke with no solution to fix it. The AC drip pan was not leaking before the first technician so called fixed it, then after he left it dropped water through my ceiling. They say if it isn't fixed the first time, it's free. Well will see because it wasn't fixed, they cause more of a problem. I suggest another company to fix your plumbing/air conditioning and heating needs. I paid for a check up service, but after their technician told me there's nothing they can do, what good is this company when another company has to fix their broken pipe and AC drip pan.
As a Realtor I have great need for excellent trades people. Every time I use Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I am 100% satisfied with their work and their customer service. And they are always responsive.
My water heater burst and needed it replaced. They had an estimator out the same day, I felt the price was way too high but it is was comparable to all the other phone estimates I had already gotten. Maybe labor prices are just higher in Reno than anywhere else. But the customer service was great and we decided to go with them Hawthorne because of their quick response. The service tech Nate did a great job. He was able to get to work right then. We were able to take a hot showers the next morning before work.

On the hottest day of the year so far, my 83 year old mom lost AC. Her long time vendor could not service her AC for 2 weeks. After 2 1/2 days we managed to find Hawthorne and called and they came out the same day - the tech did everything he could to save her 32 year old air conditioner but it wasn't meant to be. He then made sure that he could come out the next day with a new one and had her new unit installed and the AC on by the late afternoon the day after we called. The work that he did to try and save the old unit was not charged to us. We will always be thankful for Hawthorne and Bob for moving heaven and earth to get our mom air conditioning. The unit was a fair price and included was a year long service plan.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. My husband has been installing & repairing everything in the house his entire adult life. Now at 77 he is not able to get under the sink, lay on the 3 inch ledge on his back and work in the small space above his head, to his eternal distress. So, we realized we needed an expert Plumber. Ben Franklin had a convenient time for us 30 hours later. The time slot was 1:00 to 5:00, but they arrived at 1:40, which was nice. David introduced himself and his apprentice and was shown to the leak. He immediately diagnosed where the leak began and explained what was happening and why. He had 3 options for us to choose from. The prices were plainly written under each choice. When asked if this was the final price he assured me that no extra costs of any kind would be added, and we paid exactly that, as he had stated. I like a faucet with a separate Hot & Cold lever, which necessitated them leaving to pick one up, and they were back in a flash. They worked quickly and efficiently, & were professional and patient with any questions we had. David explained how to maintain the seal and took another moment to point out that where the counter meets the wall was also in need of new caulking applied all around. I have a quality cast iron & porcelain double sink, and the new chrome hardware looks beautiful. The faucet is high which is what I need and like, and unlike most of these styles, it does not splash at all. When they were finished he explained the further benefits of being a Ben Franklin customer such as having our hot water heater drained & checked annually at no cost for the 1st year along with check and maintenance on our new product, and a check on our entire home's water supplies for problems we might not be aware of. I can not think of anything more that an ethical, reasonably priced plumber could do. I will recommend Ben Franklin and David to anyone needing a plumber.
For having a few issues with my property from main water line break to hot water coming out of cold water pipes. David was pulled in many directions from my job to other jobs. We had a few hiccups but communication was always there from main office and the Manger himself. I would strongly recommend David as your tech he is level headed calm and VERY professional. The price was extremely fair and in line with industry standards.

They were prompt to come out for a ceiling leak in a bathroom. The tech was polite and had booties to protect the floor. A manifold was leaking and water was coming out of the light fixture. The service call was 59.$ if the did repairs it would be deducted from the work done. The estimated cost of repairs was $695. I was taken back at the price. I decided to call my insurance company to determine if that would be a better route. Well insurance does not cover the cause of personal property damage. So out of pocket for the manifold repair. Same tech was back within an hour and another hour the leak was repaired.
They are not the least expensive but in an emergency one has to do what they must do.
Very professional....and on time. These guys worked really hard and did a great job. Highly recommend.
Nick, the technician, came all the way from Reno, NV to Elk Grove, CA to work on my water heater which is still under warranty. It did not take him long to fix the problem then he conducted an throughout inspection on the unit especially the crucial parts like the pressure tank and the anode rod. At the end, I was given to understand that Nick drove hundreds of miles just to work on my unit and would head back to Reno afterwards. Thank you Hawthorne for honoring your promise (warranty).

Our Air Conditioner went out and we were scrambling to get someone out to look at it. So I went threw the list and No One would come out that day, Until I found Hawthorne Plumbing. I had them do a leak detection on my under ground water line from the street to house. They did a good job communicating when the technician was going to come out and he was there on time. The technician explained the process ( what he was going to do) and I appreciate him taking the time to explain it to me. Once again, I received outstanding service in setting up my new household.
Having bought and moved into a 17 year old condo with my daughter, Hawthorne came to check out the plumbing items that had been flagged by the Home Inspector; during the purchasing process.
Within 24 hours we had a new up to current code gas water heater. New steel washing machine hoses were also installed. New parts have been ordered for the master bathtub faucet handles.

I called this company to come troubleshoot a leak at my water meter. The tech came out and did troubleshoot or that is what he said he did. He told me the leak was in my main water line and was 100% confident. He then proceeded to tell me I had to replace my entire main line because it was so hard to find parts. The quotes started at $7000 and up from there. Of course I got second opinions and found out it was the irrigation valve that was the problem. I would stay away from a company like this and if you do use them, get a second opinion if they tell you need major work. Thankfully, we did not use them.

The drain works good now but the receptionist didn't say the technician was coming from Reno or that the company was based in Reno. The receptionist said the cost was $59.00 they were running special rate for pipe cleaning. When the plumber came he said the cost would be $194.00. I feel the high cost was because the technician came from Reno. It was a two step process .... water vacuuming the sink and pipes to clean up the backed up water and snaking the drain pipe about a one hour job from setting up the equipment and packing it back in the truck.

I had my son fall and break the water valve in the shower causing some water to leak into my wall from the break. These guys took it seriously and were able to get someone out to handle the leak within about half an hour after getting off of the phone with them. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and these guys earned it in spades.
Great professional service. Great turnaround time but definitely pricey. Each service is flat rate so any project with multiple steps incurred separate repetitive charges. Work that costs $600 at competitor costs $1800 with Hawthorn. Needless to say Hourly company like Jet Plumbing hired.

My experience with Hawthorne plumbing was wonderful! I ran into some issue about having to turn off the water supply to get work done, which required communication between my HOA. The employee at Hawthorne made sure to get it all taken care of and made what would have been an incredibly stressful situation for me, a great experience instead that got the work done right away. I have been very impressed with the quality of the work done by Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Terry was wonderful. He took care of my heating unit. He was efficient, friendly and took care of everything.
I also got a hot water heater through them and was impressed with Daniel who installed the unit and Nate who checked everything out later.
I am only going to use them for my plumbing, heating and cooling needs in the future.
We called Hawthorne out to run us a gas line after the repairman left our furnace went out it worked perfectly until they came out we called them back to fix it and they said they could not fix it and we’re not responsible for it not working and quoted us 4400$ to replace do not use this company!
We discovered a leak in the circulation pump of our water heater which stopped heating water after hours. We called and they immediately sent a technician out....they emailed us a photo of the technician so we would be comfortable with a stranger arriving at night. The tech was polite, efficient and was able to restore hot water that evening and returned the next day with a new pumps stem and completed the repair. We did not cost compare the service charges but were delighted the problem was handled so quickly and efficiently
Quality of work and employees are excellent. But the first job was expensive. Second job was exorbitant. I'll look elsewhere, from now on

We were very happy with the service we received. They arrived in the time frame they said they would and worked long after dark in the very cold temps to complete the job of installing a new sump pump which will be tested this week with the new storm. I recommended Benjamin Franklin to our neighbor who also had water problems.

We had to have a shower drain replaced along with the pipes underneath to get them up to code. The workmanship of Hawthorne plumbing is excellent. But, I was shocked that 45 minutes of work produced a bill of $881.00

They quoted $712 to add a shutoff valve and nipple to an existing gas line for the stove and to add a 3 foot extension through a interior wall with a second shutoff and nipple. Waiting for a competitive bid, but this seems way over the top
They're definitely a little on the pricey side. My window of the tech arriving was 5-7pm and he didn't arrive until after 7:30 but once he arrived he worked quickly and was very professional. I will recommend them to friends.

We had just returned home from a months trip to find that our water heater wouldn’t light. Of course these things happen on weekends. I called Hawthorne Plumbing and Nate showed up and did everything he could do to light the pilot to no avail. The next thing he wanted to try was a new thermal couple. That $20.00 dollar part was going to be $430.00 dollars to install. I asked him why so much and he said the company sets the price. Nate found the part and installed it but that didn’t work either. He then said that it must be the control box on the heater. To replace that would be $900.00. Couldn’t believe it. Now getting late on Saturday evening with the wife now having any hot water we needed to do something. So for a mere $2500.00 dollars we had hot water by evening. My wife and I are both in our mid seventies, can’t do those things myself anymore and I didn’t have time or energy to shop around. We have hot water, Nate was great but I believe I got taken advantage of by Hawthorne Plumbing. Haven’t bought a water heater for quite some time but I believe these prices were way out of line.

The plumber came out at 9:30 at night when my industrial sink sprung a leak. Fortunately, things were just a little loose and needed tightening. The scheduled and plumber I spoke with were both nice and professional. They were so good that I had the plumber come out the next day to my other location to fix a hand washing sink. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs for both of my locations from now on.
Great service, got it fix same day I called and I am really greatful for that. Got a text letting me know they were on the way with a picture of the person coming in.

We had them install a wireless / remotely programable thermostat in the second floor of our condo. The installation included a smart thermostat, an interface between the thermostat and the local internet router, and a wifi interface module to connect the thermostat to the boiler controls and the zone valves. Now my wife can put the thermostat anywhere she wants. Great Job!

Great technician, super fast same day fix.
I highly recommend Hawthorn.
The service was incredible. The service man was there on time, he did everything that he could to resolve the problem, but in the end we needed a new water heater. The problem was that prices were exorbitant!!! And for that reason, we would not use them again.
I can not rate their service for obvious reasons. My review is strictly on price. I just called to get a quote for my 90 year old neighbor to have his garbage disposal changed. These guys quoted me $500 up to $1000 for the disposal and labor! For obvious reasons I did not go with them. I bought the exact disposal for $100 and installed it in a half hour. The math speaks for itself.

The technician, Nick, was great. Because of the nature of the work, all his work was exposed and it looked great when completed. He communicated well with us, he was friendly and professional. His bid price for the work was the lowest, but the quality of his work was very high.

They did the job fast however I was quoted one price and then was charge almost 5 times that amount if I would have known i would have gone with a different company that was half the price.

Awesome!!! I have hot water again thanks to Nate! In 5 minutes he had me up and running.
We had an outside main leak pop on one of our rentals. Hawthorne plumbing sent someone to find the leak and charged $750 to look for it and fail to find it. They proceeded to push us to replace the main, to dig it up, and estimated the cost to be somewhere around $30K. When I said I'd be looking for another opinion they got very pushy with paying the bill that left a bad taste in my mouth. BTW the other plumber found the leak and ended fixing it for around $1,500.
