Mike and Matt did an outstanding job; they communicated with me, they showed up when they said they were going to show up, they kept me informed about the progress of the project, and they were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Silver State Plumbing.

We had a shower cartridge fail which meant we had to shut off all our water to the house. Silver State was very empathetic to our situation and had a technician to our home within 2 hours. Bradley & Steve did a superb job fixing the problem and at a very fair price.

Plumbers Mike and Matt came out at exactly the time quoted. We’re very friendly and patient. Tried their best to fix my water leak by the meter thirty inches below ground, in this tiny space, but my ancient black poly prevented them from repairing it. Gave me some suggestions that hopefully I can use. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I called Silver State Plumbing for a busted pipe during a Snow storm in the middle of the evening. Within 15 minutes I had a call back after leaving a message with their answering service. I had my appointment scheduled to be with in a 2 hour time frame which is easier to manage. Bradley arrive at my house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions. My house is over 100 years old. He was also thorough with explaining what all would be done for the repairs and what work wouldn't.

The job was completed the same day he came. For a reasonably price. He took the time to clean up all of the work area except sweeping a very small area. He then did a walk through going over exactly what he did and the warranty of work.

We had the best experience with Silver State plumbing. First, they were able to schedule us very quickly. I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! I inquired about a broken pressure vacuum breaker and received a response within the hour, and was able to set up an appointment for someone to come out the very next morning. Matt and Mike arrived right the the time window I was given and both were extremely professional. They treated my property as if it were their own and made quick work of the repair. I would definitely recommend Silver State plumbing and will 100% use again.

Mike and Matt showed up in such a welcoming manner and made us feel so much better about our problem. They got right to work and got everything done within 30 minutes. They were very honest and helpful. For any future plumbing problems we will be requesting them.

I feel obligated to leave this review here since I found better revies here and cannot see how, Horrible experience! There was NEVER an actual plumber on-site for nearly 14 hours. Silver State sent two childish clowns from Las Vegas that had no clue how to fix our clog. They did manage too break a toilet and cause MORE flooding. We had to ask them to LEAVE. They did not remove our clog and had to rent a hydro-jet because they don't even have the basic supplies to fix clogs.
A competitor sent plumbers over the next morning and fixed the problem in just over an hour.
I am guessing from the reviews that they can do the most basic plumbing work. If you need a bigger problem fixed quickly and professionally call someone else,

I called silver state for a water leak causing damage in my home. Mike and Matt were timely, professional, and honest. I felt very comfortable having them in my home during a crisis. 100% recommend.

They did a fantastic job fixing my main water line pipe in the front yard. They came out for an estimate and immediately started working the same day to get my water fixed by the end of the day. Walter was the technician that handled most of the work, they worked after the sun came down to fix my issue. Everything is back to normal now and im so happy with their service.

Mike and Matt came to my home after getting swapped around a few different companies through my home warranty. I have used Silver State before, and they have always been responsive and quick to schedule. This time was no different. Mike and Matt were friendly, and respectful of my requests while working at my place. They brought their own boot covers and did their best to keep things clean. When the job was done, they made sure to triple check everything they'd done before they left to make sure all was as it should be. Couldn't have been happier to have these guys assigned to me. Unorganized operation ran out of Las Vegas. Get transferred over and over again, every transfer the customer service worsens. Tech never even showed for the scheduled appointment!
Every time I called trying to check on status I got nowhere with answers. Kept getting asked is this for plumbing or HVAC. Great thanks silver state

Took care of us and went above and beyond for less than the competition

Mike and Matt are very professional, polite, tidy, and they do great work. They went above and beyond with my shower drain problem and in the process actually managed to fix a different ongoing drain problem I’d been having for years in my old house. I’m beyond happy and would ring them up straight away if some other plumbing issues come up.

Won't quote a standard drain snake over the phone. Shows up and wants over 250$. Last plumber I used charged half the price on emergency Sunday time. They did find a larger issue though with the cameras which could be a major save .

This is the worst company and management team I ever worked with. I am living in CA, they set up an appointment an appointment with me for my property in Sparks, NV. They worked on my property water leak problem in August. They set an appointment with me to come to redo the bath tub resealing issue. So I hired a local person to wait the technician. The they never show up, no call no show. I sent email and no any response. Then the second appointment made over the service line, when their technician showed up, after their technician inspect the house, they manager called me very impolitely and abuse me, said one of the three places was put extra caulk and reject all of the reworks, and ask $59 for their service fee. This is is violated the one year warranty of their promise. Very bad company and management.

The day before Thanksgiving my kitchen sink completely backed up! I was losing my mind! I called around several places so had no openings for days. I called Silver State Plumbing and they sent Mike and Matt who arrived within an hour. They were professional and polite and explained everything they were doing. Voila! They got rid of the blockage and checked out everything to make sure there were no leaks or other issues. Mike kindly also fixed my toilet so more water would fill the tank and it would flush better. Top notch team! I will definitely call them again if I ever have another plumbing issue. Thank you Mike and Matt!!

Used silver state last year, 2021. At first everything was amazing. About 8-10 months. Unfortunately the system they completely replaced has began failing. They have sent multiple employees out to attempt to fix it if which none were the original plumbers. I asked directly for the same people that did the replacement but have had no luck. Called another company out and they’re saying the system was installed incorrectly and once again needs to be replaced. For the cost associated with this replacement I feel overwhelmed. The worst part on this is the customer service. Long waits to get ahold of anyone. When I finally reach someone they have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed.

Our current water heater began leaking suddenly . Mike and his associate Mack arrived as per my emergency request and performed the repairs and replacement of the water heater . Mike and Matt arrived during the assigned window and were friendly and polite. We had a secondary water issue pop up earlier that day that was the city’s issue but they both rolled with how to turn the water off to the house while the turn off valve was covered in almost 2’ of water.
Both were knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the outdoor faucet leak before the freezing weather rolled in.

My outdoor faucet had been leaking so I called Silver State Plumbing. Mike and Matt came the next day at the scheduled time. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike explained to me in great details what needed to be done, and they replaced the faucets efficiently. They also helped to fix a potential issue of the water heater. Lionel installed a new tankless water heater after trying to trace the problem with the original water heater. He was very professional and fully explained the work he performed. He went above and beyond providing me with information of the tankless water heater which was something that my husband and I had never had in our previous homes.
