I called for a plugged pipe in the kitchen, indeed they came to fix it but when I did the dishes surprise for me, water started to coming out behind the wall between kitchen and living room. I called them so we can schedule an appointment for the following day to check what the problem is. Kendall told me that they did not do it and they will charge $260 for the visit at this tume 8:00pm. I told her I just want you to send somebody tomorrow and she continue telling me the same thing, no warranty, if you want to use this company make sure that you don't have a broken pipe before they leave.

They charge for driving time once they call. So I drive to their store and wait, got the call. Ok time starts. I waited for the tech to come out. I drive straight to the service address. Took me 14 minutes, took the driver 32 minutes (got lunch on the way on my dime? ). SHADY SHADY. Front office is poor at communicating amongst each other as well. Not happy at all!

Thank you, Jet Plumbing for sending out Chad! He fixed what multiple plumbers could not, replacing a switch that adjusts pressure on our well tank and fixing the pump at the sewer drain and all this in pouring rain!!

And 5 it is. I thought about it and couldn't even think of why I wouldn't

Thank you Jet Plumbing and team! Earlier this year we called Jet Plumbing to help with our upstairs master bedroom sinks - Rod was absolutely the best!!!
This month we had some major issues with dishwasher repair, dishwasher replacement, shut off valve and kitchen faucet replacement. Jet was booked up and we called another company which only compounded the problems and snowballed the issues.
We were able to rely on Jet Plumbing again, I think this is their 4th trip out to our house in the past two weeks. Thank you Brian, Rich, Arturo & Rod at Jet Plumbing! We are so thankful for your team!!!!

We had an issue with our thermostat (user error) and Jet was super quick at getting us scheduled with a technician (within a day). The technician that came out (Tim O.) was so friendly, great to work with, and fast with the repair/fix! I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of HVAC services or with emergent issues and we absolutely will use them again for any issues in the future. 🙂

The guys that did the work were amazing. One of the office assistance was a little snippy & has attitude. But all around great ppl!

I came home today from a business trip to a flooded garage. The expansion tank above my hot water heater had ruptured and flooded the garage. I called several plumbing services but Jet was the only one that was responsive to my needs. They sent someone out within a few hours. The technician, Brandon, was quick, professional, and explained everything in detail. He was able to fix the problem quickly and I would recommend Jet to anyone who has plumbing needs. I will absolutely call them FIRST in the future!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Uncooperative, rude, unprofessional. They switch appt times with no regard to the clients schedules. Take far too long to schedule and do the repairs. Don’t fix things correctly which causes issues later. I used them a few times thinking maybe the bad service was a fluke thing & would be corrected. Nope. It’s just them. Would never recommend them to anyone.

They work fast and get the job done. Unfortunately they don't seem to know what knocking on a door is.

Was called by dispatcher and had to come home to let the plumber in, when my roommate was home. Had the plumber just knocked, my roommate would've answered but no one knocked on the door.

Had Jason lesser come out and help us with some sewage back up. He made sure to really tend to the problem and approach every way possible to get the situation done. Had a really bad experience with precision plumping a couple weeks prior and this really made the problem go away this time. Thank you Jason. This man dereves to be recognized by the company for his hard work and detication to to the job!

Had a leak at my recirculating pump. Called and got same day service. Was given a time frame of 3pm-5pm and was even called to let me know the technician was on his way. Tom was very friendly when he arrived and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very happy with the entire experience, would recommend this company to anyone. Big thanks to Tom for the great service!

I have used Jet for Years they have always provided great service. This last winter my furnace went In the evening. I called them at 8:30pm and spoke to a live person. They were able to find room in there schedule to come out the next day! They are my first and last stop when I have a plumbing or heating problems.

(quality work) They replaced the old sewer line and they were very informative and polite.

The guys were friendly, clearly explained things to me and did a great job.

We used Jet Plumbing for about 20 years and we made an appointment for them to come and check a plumbing problem we were having. We made the appointment the week before and they said they would arrive Wednesday between 10-12 0'clock. 12 o'clock came and they had not shown. About 5 minutes after, they finally called and said they couldn't make it today and they would have to reschedule for tomorrow. I do not like doing business with companies that cannot keep their appointments, especially service companies that feel that their time is more important than ours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jet plumbing is great for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. They have fixed two plumbing issues in our house and replaced the water heater in our rental property. Their repairmen are nice and explain what is going on in simple terms and they dont try to upsell you to the Cadillac of whatever. Plus they are open 24 hours so they will be there when you need them. No answering machines!

I had a leaking kitchen drain pipe in a tough spot under the house. I called Jet and they came out later the same day. Skip was the technician, and got to work right away on the problem. He had it fixed in an hour!! Really recommend Jet Plumbing to anyone who could use their service.

My house is 60 years old and has cast iron pipes. Jet has done a great job of replacing the rusted ones. My dad was a plumber. Good work guys

I was experiencing some water hammer in my water piping. I had used Jet Plumbing on a previous issue and had a great experience. Jeremy was the technician that helped me out with the water hammer. He is very knowledgeable and checked the entire plumbing system to rule out other possible issues. He explained everything he checking as he did it and explained what he installed to remedy the issue. Once he completed his work he explained all of the charges and, he eliminated the problem. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Jet Plumbing. You have a customer for life.

SUUUUPER thankful for this crew!!! We had our garbage disposal go whack on us and put the kitchen sink out of commission- called Jet hoping to get someone out within the week, but they were able to get to us within the DAY!
Didi was an angel to speak with and schedule the service and Mel the tech who came to our house was AWESOME. Fixed it right up and was able to advise on a couple other pluming issues we were having too.

Skip, Albert and Nico ( apprentice ) did a great job re-piping the cold and hot water lines in my house. I was initially apprehensive on how everything would turn out, because I was also getting a FloLogic and Floodmaster automatic water shutoff devices installed. But they exceeded my expectations in every way. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I couldn't have been happier that I chose Jet Plumbing for this job. I would absolutely recommend Albert and Skip anytime !

Fast friendly great work

Called and spoke to someone immediately, they dispatched and had someone on site within half an hour. Joey was professional, fast, smart, and had a great attitude. The issue was resolved in just under an hour. Hopefully don't need them again, but will definitely call Jet if I do!

I needed my cooler drained, covered and winterized. I usually pay $125-$145 for the service.
I received a bill in the amount of $455 and called the owner. He dropped the cost to 255, which I paid. Will not call Jet Plumbing ever again..

Showed up at my house an hour after I called. Fix the item a little bit expensive but I appreciate the timeliness was actually a little less than I was thinking. Service guy never introduced himself so it made the situation a little awkward

Jet Plumbing is a wonderful business! From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted with their customer service and quality work. Wow I would not want these animals in my house. Crazy drivers cursing people out, flipping people off, nearly causing an accident. Super unprofessional.

I have had a problem with my waterheater omitting carbon dioxide when it was lit, for about a year. ,another company has been here before I had my most recent problem, an couldn't help this problem, jet fixed it within an hour, it hasen't worked this good since I bought it new !!!!

Few months ago I move here from. Other state and I my realtor recommend me this company jet plumber because the mane pipe line it was broken or leaking. So I call them they tell me they was very busy but they can come over on Saturday. On over time and I tell them wat part it was broken. and I dig the hole for them so the way they don't have to do when the guy get to my house he look it and he tell me well I don't have any parts to fixed so he when back to there shop and I ask him what Cain of company they was to come over with no tolls and no parts. So when he finish he charge me for 4 hours. On overtime. When he was only in my house the most 1 hour they are very bad company jet plumber. are horrible

Jet plumbing answer their calls promptly and corrected a major leak in our client's wall before any other of the 3 plumbing outfits we called could find time in their schedules. I see their trucks everyday in Reno,Sparks,and Carson City. I have lots of respect for how they run their opperation.

False advertisement. Called on a Sunday morning because my house had no heat. Even though they advertise 24 hour service I was informed that there was no tech available until Monday. We used them for work before but we won't be calling them again.

They were very prompt and courteous. Their work was fantastic. I had them install a new AC unit and they did the little extra touches to make it s safe and convenient to work on.

Love you guys for service and it is hard to get in the area now!

When I called around to get my main drain line serviced R/R would not give me an hourly rate let alone a ruff idea of the cost, the people at JET gave both.
The service person that came out was a problem solving knowledgeable person and we got the job done quickly.

I called Jet on a whim for a quote on how much itd be to come diagnose why our pipes were always clogging and fix them. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it would only cost me $80 for an assessment AND about an hour of what was needed to fix our pipes. Rich was the plumber assigned to help us out and we couldnt ask for anyone better! He was very easy to talk to, explained what was going on clearly, and worked very efficiently to fix our problem. Jet Plumbing and Drain Services will definitely be getting my business from now on AND will be requesting Rich again for how awesome he was! Affordable and great service, 10/10 would recommend!!

I am never using this company again! They straight up suck! My heater is still broken! This is going to be the third time they come to fix it!

I had some unexpected upsets with the plumbing in my household. Called jet plumbing on short notice and they sent someone out with a quickness. The person they sent out was named Nico and he was a outstanding young man with his professionalism and know how. He was something I felt comfortable with being in my home and explained the whole process and completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks Nico and jet plumbing!

Really bad service the guy charged extra also when I called regarding the extra charges on bill .the customer service hanged up on me.

One year and 4 months ago, Jet Plumbing replaced a leaky toilet seal, it started to leak again this weekend. I tried to call and speak with a supervisor or plumber about the issue. The receptionist/dispatcher was very rude and I believe she did not give my message to anyone as she said she would. I called back after waiting for an hour and half, and she told me the supervisor was in a meeting and refused to let me talk to anyone else and was extremely rude. After many years as a customer, I no longer will be calling them.

Louie came to fix our plumbing issue after hours. He was so friendly and respectful. He put everything back under the bathroom sink and wiped up the bathroom floor! He explained the problem and resolution to me with patience. Thank you!

Reno, Nv - Jet Plumbing was recommended by my Insurance Company to perform repairs after a broken water line and flood. I used them replace water lines, sink, water filtration system, faucets, disposal, and anything that I could think of even beyond what my insurance PAID. Their extra charges were more than fair and always tried to save me time and $$$. Clean up was 100%, basically they were great and Jeff, you rock per my wife.

TMWA shut off our water after a leak was detected right outside their meter box. Called Jet Plumbing in the late afternoon, expecting a couple of days without water. They sent a crew out within TWO HOURS! and those guys worked well into the evening to make sure we had water before we went to bed. Professional quality work, and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Dave showed up on time, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very polite and was well informed. BEWARE!!! This company started out seeming ok but then things turned around real fast. We had an appointment for a Friday to have a water heater replaced and our pipes fixed. They said they would be here between 10 and 12. Its 1230pm and they were not here yet. I call them and they acknowledged that i had an appointment but there must have been a glitch in the system and my appointment got deleted somehow. The manager said that he can send someone on the Saturday but then i would be forced to pay the higher rates. I asked why i would have pay the higher rates when the company was the one that messed up. He said because its Saturday and those are just the rates. He finally said well i will do Monday then and give you a 100 dollar discount. Are you kidding me, i get a 100 dollar discount for your mistake and i go another 3 days with no hot water. This manager and the employees never apologized and were so rude. I ended up calling another company and told them what was going on. After hearing my story they said let me guess, it was Jet Plumbing. That actually made me laugh and they felt bad for my situation right away. They came out on Saturday and charged me regular rates to help me out. Jet was going to charge at least 2,150 for the work. I ended up getting it done for about 1,200 with the new company. Saved a lot of money. Stay away from this company. Very rude and overpriced.

Very professional service. Jeremy came to our place, fixed our issue and did it all while working around my daughters nap time. A great guy and a great business!

I had jet Plumbing repair our leaky toilets. He needed a part from the parts store. I agreed to go get the part while he worked on another toilet. He was done doing his repair in a few minutes. I was still 40 minutes away with the part. He sat in his vehicle and waited for me. He finished the job and charged me for the time he sat in his vehicle. Not happy paying $100.00 for him sitting in his vehicle. The total work time for the actual repairs was about 30 minutes.

THE MOST CROOKED & DISHONEST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I CALLED IN NOVEMBER OF 2015 TO HAVE THEM UNCLOG A SEWER LINE, THEY CHARGED ME & $ 83.00, 3 DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR THE SAME REASON, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN TO UNCLOG THE SEWER LINE, BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO RUN A CAMERA DOWN THE SEWER PIPE TO SEE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE LINE TO CLOG THE SEWER WITHIN 3 DAYS, HE SAID HE WOULD ONLY CHARGE ME $ 83.00 TO RUN THE CAMERA DOWN THE LINE, SINCE I WAS NOT ONSITE, HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME A VIDEO OF THE INSPECTION VIA EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE VIDEO, I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO FIND OUT, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD SEND IT SOON, OF COURSE HE NEVER SEND A VIDEO NOR A BILL, 2 WEEKS LATER THE SEWER LINE CLOGGED UP AGAIN, I DECIDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SEWER PIPE FROM THE STREET TO THE CLEAN OUT IN DECEMBER OF 2015 THEN 4 MONTHS LATER, THEY CALLED ME & SAID THAT I OWED THEM $ 83.00 FOR THE VIDEO THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR PLUS FINANCE CHARGES FOR A VIDEO CAMERA INSPECTION THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THEY FINALLY SENT ME A BILL IN FEBRUARY OF 2016, I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE CONTRACTOR'S BOARD & WILL GO FROM THERE, I TRIED TO CALL THE OWNER TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. PLEASE BE AWARE.

Jet Plumbing took care of an elusive shower leak that others wouldn’t touch. They worked persistently over several visits until the issue was solved, and what they charged was fair and didn’t break the bank. Woke up on a Friday morning to cold water and a broken water heater. Asked around and Jet was recommended to me. Called them as soon as they opened and they worked their schedules around to get me a technician out that day. Jeff was personable and professional. In a few hours I had a new water heater, completely explained everything about it to me, paperwork and warranty explained as well. My new water heater is great and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. The gals in the office are great too!

Jet Plumbing is objectively one of the worst plumbing companies I have worked with. They came out to fix a shower leak and a kitchen sink leak.

They had to create a large hole in one of the bathroom walls to fix the leak. While I was initially relieved, the next day I realize they swapped the cold/hot water - which is a pretty big miss for the damage done to the bathroom. Additionally, when they reinstalled the fixtures, they were not level - so it looked absolutely awful. The lack of craftsmanship was appalling.

They never actually fixed the kitchen sink leak. While they claimed job done, it immediately began leaking in the same spot the following day.

My only recommendation would be to never use them.

Quick, professional and effective. I've used them twice now and both times they were able to resolve problems that other plumbers said couldn't be done without thousands of dollars in repairs. They are my go to company for plumbing needs.

Staff is very nice

scam, will make you sign a contract for 8 hrs labor + supervisor time then on the day of your appointment they will send out 2 kids with a shovel, work em for 2 hours then charge you for 8 plus travel time. BE VERY WEARY.
