The appointment was within a day of my call and DeMarco arrived at the designated time. He was very friendly and went right to work to check our AC system. He inspected the units, added freon and was completely finished in about 30 minutes. The fee was reasonable. So far all is running well and we are happy with the service! I would not hesitate to call them again and will recommend Powell.

I left a voicemail after a holiday weekend. I was called 1st thing in the morning to schedule an appointment. A technician came out the same day.. He was quick, professional And courteous.

I had a schedule appointment for a service on my furnace and they were a no show, actually had two no shows from them ..poor business practices here...

DeHart was very professional and responsive while installing our new equipment. They contacted us directly to come and perform required maintenance, didn't even have to call them. I would recommend DeHart for any services that they perform. We are very happy with them.

They helped fix some major issues that a previous contractor created, it took a few trips but they never gave up and made sure to fix everything. Their professionalism and hard work saved the day. I definitely recommend them.

Michael with DeHart A/C & Plumbing did an excellent job troubleshooting shooting a poor installation by a competitor! He was able to correctly diagnose a repetitive thermostat short issue that resulted in the condenser unit not getting the needed communication to operate consistently!
I also signed up for their annual service package that is definitely a great value given the specific benefits!

Had the original furnace go bad. ( 26 years old) had talked to Monte and he got me in touch with Daryl. Got scheduled and it got installed. Few weeks later had an issue and they sent Scott out within a few hours to figure out what was going and happened to be my fault. ( dirty filter i was supposed to replace) Scott threw a new one in and on we go. I was very appreciative of there fast response . I recommend thier services. Thank you guys.

We were very pleased with the repair to our A/C unit that Powell Heating & Air Conditioning completed for us. They arranged a technician to come out the same day, and DeMarco did a fantastic job!!! Diagnosed the problem on the spot, and even had the exact part in his truck to complete the repair. We were quoted a fair price, and our A/C is back working normally. Highly recommend both DeMarco and Powell Heating & Air. Very honest and professional. We will use them for all our future Heating, Air Conditioning & plumbing needs

The technician from DeHart was prompt and courteous. We informed him we had been told we needed to replace our 10 year old furnace. After spending about 45 minutes checking everything, the technician said there was nothing wrong with our furnace. Will definitely recommend DeHart to others.

Plumbing check-up

The tech arrived at the early side of the window and had all parts necessary for the repair of the furnace. Very professional and the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The tech didn't mind answering a number of questions that I had. I will use this service again.

They come to the house on a regular basis to check our heater, plumbing, and our AC. Our heater unfortunately has some problems and the manager is coming out tomorrow to help talk to the owner of the house. Previously they have worked very hard to find us parts for the heater even though it took two months to find them because the manufacturer is out of business now. Michael went above and beyond to find all the issues with the heater and AC unit. Even our dog loved Michael! We have used them for years and will continue!!

Perfection. Our AC stopped blowing cold air suddenly and Powell came out to our home almost immediately. (One week+ wait with other companies) Our technician Michael was amazing. He talked me through every step he was taking and the reasoning behind it - a true professional. I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service and cannot recommend them enough!

There were 5 men from dehart plumbing that came to change out my heater and air conditioner in my home and they were all professional and even took time to explain when I had questions. Michael came out to troubleshoot our AC unit that the pervious owner installed around 9 years ago. After some troubleshooting he found some wires from the original installation backwards. He corrected that and our AC unit are working awesome!

I hate to give bad reviews but I am disheartened by the service I recieved. I called on Saturday for service. I was told the technician on would call me back in which he did. He told me he would charge $150. With the temp in my house at 90 degrees an elderly man and my young child in the house I told him it was necessary. He was here in a timely manner..but after that all went downhill he hooked up gauges and told me there was a leak..somewhere..and looked inside the condenser. He said theres your leak it needs to be replaced 3200 dollars. I said cant it be fixed..nope he said. He then told me he could charge it for 700 but it would only get us through the summer. I said great..we need to do something. He then told me I would be wasting money..picked up his gauges and went to his van and filled out my bill. I asked him to send me a quote. His response was I just did. I asked about financing he said no. I told him it was on the website and he told me I was looking at the wrong site. After arguing with me and not even trying to check for leaks I gave him the card and he left. Today another company came out fixed 3 leaks and warrantied the work for a year for 1000 dollars. So sad because this company was recommended to me but I have to say I learned a 150 dollar lesson on poor service.

Just finished having a new furnace installed and I was impressed with the very polite and efficient technicians. When you have someone in your home doing work like this, it means a lot to feel comfortable with the people who are there doing it. They seemed to know what they were doing and did the installation within the timeframe that I was given. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new furnace because of this really good experience.

Did good assessment of plumbing and replaced what needed replacing, sort of pricey but then nothing is cheap nowadays.

Maybe I just wasn’t happy with the news however I was charged $90 just to be told there was nothing he could do. At least try something if you’re going to charge me.

DeHart came out and did a water system check. They were professional and through.

Demarco was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and fixed it on the spot!

Initial service was for routine A/C seasonal tuneup which went well! In addition I utilized their plumbing service to correct a leak on an outside hose bib! It took weeks to get the needed tool and to schedule when we were home but Brian was thorough and polite!

We have been using Dehart for a couple years now and the services provided have been excellent. In our experiences they have communicated very well and have been honest and forthcoming with any questions asked. Jesse was professional and super helpful. Couldn't have asked for someone better to take a look at everything and make sure our plumbing and water heater were running properly.

I called for a checkup of our heating system before winter arrives. They were not able to schedule a technician for almost 4 weeks but since it was just a checkup I was not concerned. I was not able to meet the technician so I showed my wife the pressure relief valve that was leaking and asked her to be sure and show it to the technician.
He looked at the system and told her the system was over pressurized because of a faulty pressure reducing valve on the supply line and there was no air vent on the circulation loop. Because of these “serious” problems he was going to “walk away” from the job! She called me and he told me the same thing.
When I got home I checked the system and found that the water supply was SHUT OFF and there was NO pressure in the system. The pressure gauge is bad! A new pressure gauge is less than $20 and will take about 5 minutes to replace. The air vent is a little more than $20 and will probably take a good thirty minutes to install.
I am not sure why the technician from Powell was so incompetent but I would not recommend them to anyone!

Brandon did a great job! You can tell he takes pride in his work. When he was changing out parts he was cleaning everything. He was very knowledgeable.

Bryan made a Plumbing visit today to check out our water heater, pipes, and toilets etc.
He found our water pressure was way high (100 psi). After going into our crawl space he found our old pressure gage no longer worked.
He replaced the gage. We now have a safe household water pressure of 50 psi. We are very happy with Bryan’s professional
approach to his work and Dehart’s excellent customer service!
