Eric came within the slotted time to diagnose an issue with a vent register - no air flow. After spending time analyzing the issue, he explained the problem and provided the solution. I told Eric a previous technician from the original HVAC came to look at the issue but couldn't determine the problem or didn't want to do the job. Woke up to on a Saturday Morning to a 49 degree house. We called several places, but 4 Seasons did not charge time and a half for a Weekend Call. Mike promised he would be out by 2 or 2:30, but when he had an opening they were out by 11am. We ended up having to replace our furnace after 29 years. Mike was able to quote me a price by the end of the day. I still got other quotes, but none of them matched 4 Seasons. Mike gave me a quote that included everything with no hidden costs. Other companies were more money and also wanted to charge extra for the permits and inspections needed by the city. So of course we went with 4 Seasons and we couldn't be more happier. Mike made sure he went over everything with me and they left the house clean after removing the old unit. We didn't find anything left behind that we had to throw out or pick up after his team. We are so happy that Mike was the first to respond to our needs. 4 Seasons even followed up afterwards with concerns that I had as well. Thanks 4 Seasons and you have a customer for life. I have been using 4 Seasons for 2 years already. This year is my third year. Each spring I get maintenance for the year so when fall rolls around they give me call to set up my heating maintenance as well. Their guys are very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Greg trouble shot my AC system and found that its controlling 40 Amp circuit breaker has gone bad. After the circuit breaker is R & R'd, I'll call you back to perform the AC service.

Jason was very personable and professional--nice combination! as he helped resolve our AC problem in the middle of our current heatwave. I had a lot of questions and he had answers to all of them that could be answered. He was clearly honest, knowledgeable and competent. His diagnoses and fixes were the best possible to get us a couple more years down the road with an older AC unit. One of those--you don't want to buy a new unit until you really have to, eh?

We switched to 4 Seasons after they were able to respond quicker than their competitor, even though we paid to be in the competitor's Comfort Club that supposedly got us a quick response. What's more, the problem 4 Seasons responded to was caused by our Comfort Club vendor when they did the spring service on our A/C system and forgot to turn on the circuit breaker when they were done. The Comfort Club vendor was also really slow to respond to requests for quotes for a new system. OK, that's why the other guys got dropped. We picked 4 Seasons because they were responsive to both the service request and requests for quotes, helpful in discussing and quoting various options, and pleasant to deal with. Oh, they are also authorized Bryant dealers and offered financing on this big ticket item. 4 Seasons worked with us to install it ASAP, before the old system completely gave out, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The new system is working well.

A/C went out and out of over 8 companies called these guys were the only one able to come out first thing the next day. Anthony was the technician that serviced my A/C unit. He was on time (actually an hour ahead which worked out great), very professional and was done in under 30min. Thanks Anthony and congrats on the baby girl!

Service Technician with 4 Seasons said a zone control board needed to be replaced. Quoted $810. for the board plus install. I then Called Gardner Mechanical and the service tech tightened a few loose screws and the board is fine. This board is worth about $125.

The technician (Jay) did a great job of identifying the problem I was having with getting power to my thermostat. He also cleaned up the mess left by another company who had looked at the problem the day before. The other company couldn't figure out the problem and tried selling me a new wireless thermostat for $800 when the problem was actually the circuit board.Jay was friendly, prompt, and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process and was able to fix my issue quickly. He ended up saving me a few hundred dollars over the other company that had attempted to fix it. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling for any repair work you need done.

Goettl Air / Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning was a breath of fresh air after getting jerked around by American Home Shield! Had a HVAC failure, made a claim, paid $125 deductible, waited a week for A&R Complete Service Corp to come out. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900 + to replace disconnect box! Having an extensive flipping background I thought that was price gouging! Killed wasps!Called Goettl , Patti was the best office staff , explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service. Tech Anthony Anderson was on time and spot on with a high level of service! Listened to what I knew about prior diagnosis, confirmed problem, had the parts on his van, and had it fixed in about an hour for about half of the previous quote !They have Earned my future business for my residence and properties we manage.

Our water heater started leaking on a Friday night. We had service by Saturday morning. Very professional, friendly and detail oriented.

Our furnace was going out on one of the coldest days of the year recently. I was afraid it would take days for anyone to be available but 4 Seasons came through again. Alex was at our house shortly and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. One of the things they consistently do that I really appreciate, is they take photos as they go along, then they explain what the problem was and exactly what was done to resolve it. Thank you again 4 Seasons!

BUYER BEWARE! Please don't let the higher rating reviews fool you! I saw this company advertisement for a $65 special for a tuneup on our home a/c. It was working fine but thought a tuneup would be the right thing to do to maintain our system. Well they came out, didn't tune anything up, didn't change the filters, basically did nothing but tell us our a/c had a leak and our unit was out of juice and they would have to find the leak and 'if' they found the leak, to fix it would be over $1,000 to fix. My a/c was working just fine I just wanted a tuneup!!! After declining the additional work they advised me not to use the a/c or it will become worse. What??? Nothing seemed wrong with it!! It was working!!! So to prevent any further damage we did not use a/c and we suffered in the heat over the weekend until I could get a 2nd opinion. So then I had another guy from another company come take a look at our system. He filled our system up with Juice, told me there were a lot of loose gadgets there that could be the cause of the leakage. He tightened everything up filled it up with juice and told me only one unit had an issue and the other unit was just fine. (Why did four seasons fail to tell me that? In retrospect it was probably a tactic for us to suffer in the heat with no a/c to force us into allowing them to do the work on our now broken a/c) 2nd guy checked our filters and changed them which I also expected Four seasons to have done but they didn't. Long story short... Don't do business with this company. They're like Juffy lube. They charge for work that they are not actually doing. They may even be tampering with your system to create more work for you to pay them. Pretty shady company. Don't be fooled like I was. Choose any other company but this one!

They came out immediately and helped us when our furnace went out and helped us get an new ac unit

They came out quickly, gave me a good fair price. Installed it right away. The guys were great and did an excellent job! Very happy to finally have AC have 25 years with a swamp cooler! Warranty and service agreement free for 2 years. Great company! Update 2023, they were out today for my service on my air conditioning and Logan was our specialist, he did an excellent job was knowledgeable and friendly, and we like him very much! We signed a new service contract, which we thought was very reasonable to come out twice a year And just find out that included in that they also check out and drain your hot water heater and check your water quality for chlorine and minerals etc. very happy with the service and the company.

4 Seasons came out last year because my AC wasn't cooling the house. They determined it must be a leak in the line set and replaced it. Same thing happened again this year. The tech came out and is unable to locate the leak. He was the same tech that came out last year and remembered they couldn't find the leak so it was determined it must have been in the line set. Spent $2300 last year to replace the line set. Once again, he can't locate the leak. In addition to the $165 for today's visit, they now want to charge almost $1K to do a pressure test which should have been done last year but wasn't. Only IF the leak is found to be in the line set will they waive the charge.

I received a complimentary AC inspection from Goettl and I was very impressed the Jailyne. She was on time, professional and was conscientious of keeping my home clean. I could not be happier with her service and I will request her again in the future.When she was done she took the time to go over the service she preformed and flipped through the pictures with me. Alex and Steven came to our home to troubleshoot our heating issue on a Sunday. This was my first time medting Steven and he was such a pleasure to have in our home. He even replaced the batteryin my hallway smoke alarmas it was chirping while they were explaining their plan of attack! I got a phone call the next morning to let me know that the Lennox folks validated that we needed a specific part relaced. Alex was here the next day to install the new part and new heat tape. We really appreciate Alex. We were his first service call without a training supervisor (he had just graduated from HVAC school and this was his first job in his field). This year when I made an appointment for furnace maintenance I was both surprised and bummed that Alex wasn't the guy that showed up to do the job. I met Anthony that day and guess what? He was delightful too! Four Seasons is obviously a quality company with top-notch leadership. This company attracts quality employees and maintains a winning culture. I am so happy that I found Four Seasons! If you are not already participating in their membership plan, you should definitely consider it. It has saved us almost $1000 in the past three years. Service tech came out on 7/12/22 and quoted 3 prices to fix the A/C with the final price of $1,047 but could not fix the unit. Service tech advised a condenser would be $6k and a credit would be given for work on 7/12/22. New unit at the cost of $8.4k was installed on 7/18/22 but the credit was not given for $1,047. When I called the office, I was told the $8.4k included the credit, so the unit that was to cost $6k ended up costing $9.5k. I would not recommend using 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling unless you are ok with paying an excessive amount over the quote.

We are so pleased to now have an HVAC company that we really trust. Our heater was making loud noises and Oscar was able to come out the same Day and even came back in the evening to put the part in that he went and bought. Turned out that the motor blew up right away unfortunately. Oscar came back the next morning with a new motor and got us up and running. Pam is wonderful on the phone. Jason and Matt arrived and went right to work checking my system. It is 15 yrs old. Everything checked out fine. They were not in a hurry, but very efficent with their time and both pleasant to talk to. They did not try to sell me anything and did check that my system was running at peak performance. I am in the process of buying a home. I paid for an inspection and the inspector advised me there was no insulation under the house. He also noted 2 minor issues with the duct work. I contacted 4 seasons for an estimate on the insulation. They went out to the house and Jason did not just look at the insulation, he noted documented and photographed extensive damage to the ducting system that the inspector apparently missed. The closing date is only 4 business days away and thus had they not been honest, thorough and contacted me right away I would have been stuck in a very bad position. If the deal goes through they got the job, if not the will always be the ones I call for Heating/AC and insulation needs. Thanks Pam and Jason

I've been a customer of Four Seasons for over nine years. Compared to any contractor I've used, they are highly professional, reasonably priced, and, above all, offer outstanding service. From my perspective, the real test of a contractor is not when things go right; it is when things go wrong. With an old, outside-based heating unit in a harsh environment, things often don't go as planned, even if it isn't the contractor's fault, and this was one of those times. Knowing I had no heat, Four Seasons sent the extra personnel, took the extra time including working after hours, took the extra trips required to get the parts, and got the job done at no extra cost to me over the reasonable original quote. I am happy to continue to recommend them.

Pam was friendly and easy to work with to schedule my appointment. My appointment wasn't until 10am but Jay called at about 9am to my surprise but he notified he would be arriving in about a hald hour which left me a perfect amount of time to drive home from work and meet him. Our heater did not work when we woke up in the morning before work even though everything appeared normal. Jay knew the problem within only moments of looking at things and determined my heater was fine, but my Thermostat in the house had quit communicating to the system and was broken and needed to be replaced. I had happened to purchase a Nest thermostat on a Black Friday deal and had just received it a few days prior, so the timing for its arrival and the sudden failure of my old thermostat actually turned out to not be a big deal- especially when I mentioned it and Jay offered to install the new Nest Thermostat at no additional charge to my Diagnostic/Service call fee. Within 30 minutes of Jay's arrival my new Nest was installed and heating my home once again! Very happy. Thanks for the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service 4 Seasons!

We have had 4 Seasons since we moved here in 2010. Today, Four Seasons came and performed our spring AC unit service. They called when they were 15 minutes out, showed up, did the required service and cleaned up after they were done.I will and do recommend 4 Seasons heating and cooling to everyone who asks.

We had Jef from 4 seasons conduct a routine service. Incident to his inspection he found the power disconnect was fused. He was able to make the repairs within a couple of days. Excellent service, competent technical skill. If we hadn’t sold our house we would continue to use their service. Highly recommended!

Our technician Anthony arrived at our residence within a half hour. He checked our AC and electrical wiring and found the trouble quickly and fixed the problems right away. His knowledge of AC and electrical machines was thorough and professional.He answered all of our questions satisfactorily. He put us at ease by his manner and he also went beyond his duties and cleaned our AC unit out at no extra cost. When he called his boss he was told to install and extra part in the AC to help prevent further trouble. We were not charged for these parts nor the labor cost. I would highly recommend this company and this technician for all they've done for us.

Steven arrived early for the scheduled appointment. He did a thorough a/c maintenance, was knowledgeable, as he was able to answer all my questions.

Called them out because my furnace stopped working. The tech told me it was the circuit board and it would be $689 for the part and not an original part but a universal board (which should be cheaper) I had already found an original circuit board on Amazon for $60 yes sixty dollars!!! I showed him the part and asked him if he was really going to charge me 1100% markup. 4 screws and a few wire clips. He said well that's the price!! So I paid him $89 for the service call and told him I didn't need anything else. This place will rob you blind!!!! Shame on them!!!!

Jason Hanson installed our heating and air conditioning in June 2022. He was very professional and kind. He worked hard to get the job done in one day. I was grateful that Jason was kind enough to check our dryer duct line to make sure it was still connected to the outside. Jason was kind enough to fix this. Called the office Ky took my information and called me right back. They were able to send someone today. My heating unit was completely down so I appreciated this. Oscar called me and let me know he was on route and how long it would take. I told him I need a couple more minutes and it worked out. Oscar was friendly and let me know about the unit we have being old and the different problems we were experiencing would let to more repairs. He provided me with a quote for a new unit with installation, and the repair. We decided to go ahead with a new install and I'm already on the schedule for next week. Thanks so much! I am writing this review on Bryant AC and Heating. 4 Seasons is a distributor of their products. Bryant AC is a national company that hides from Google reviews by not having a Google Biz Page and hides behind their franchised network. They gave me this vendors info as a way to fix my system. I have a newer Toll Brothers home and the system went out after 7 years and they won't cover it because I'm a second owner. My HVAC company tells me that this is a regular issue with Bryant. My comments here are...don't BUY a Bryant system. They build inferior products and don't stand behind them.

Our AC has never worked better!This time around, I noticed a strange odor coming from my vents, I called 4 Seasons and they sent a team (Jason and Bert) within 30 minutes to my house!Jason and Bert cleaned out my air ducts,scrubbed my vent covers and cleaned the air filter.I can't not thank the team enough for all their help. Very good experience went through all my systems checked everything over thoroughly to find out that I need some new systems because they’re very old but got the air conditioning working right away took pictures of everything to show me what the problems were what the cost would be. very professional very well mannered. No big sales pitch to buy their equipment just the facts about the system and how it’s running and what the problems are and what’s worth fixing and what’s not worth fixing very satisfied with the appointment.

My A/C unit started tripping the breaker after 10 minutes of running during the recent heat wave. Jef was dispatched out to my home and even showed up a little early. He patiently listened to my observations of the problem and helped diagnose that the capacitor AND the circuit breaker were faulty. Great, professional service!

We recently had 4 Seasons replace both our furnace and air conditioning. We have a two-story house and had always had uneven cooling due to solar gain. 4 seasons installed a zone system for us and now that we've run both the furnace and AC, I can say that they did an excellent job. They fixed all of our bullet points. We have a much quieter system and the ability to keep our upstairs cool without cranking the AC downstairs. They were on-time, professional throughout, and fixed any little problems we encountered while going through the process.Edit: We've had our system for a little over 2 years. We had our first issue with our furnace last night. 4 Seasons sent a technician out the today who spent a good amount of time diagnosing and making sure his fix would prevent the problem from recurring. Every step of the way I have found that I'm happy with 4 Seasons. They have honored the contract we made with them when we bought our system and have been wonderfully professional since day 1. Very nice tech here for Fall maintenance on ac/heating unit installed June 2022. I mentioned air filters and the fact that after paying $$$$$ for this unit they did not give me even one extra filter. He said they usually leave 3 filters with new install. But NO. They did not. Not good customer relations in this case.

We had the same positive results as many other customers have testified to. I was an electrical contractor for over 30 years and need to feel good about a company before signing a contract. The testimonials of 4 Seasons customer’s was a good start. We received a fair estimate for the replacement of 2 furnaces and 2 new air conditioning units. The techs have always been willing to answer my questions and never make me feel like I'm wasting their time. As an example, I called because of my A/C and since it was too hot to get up in the attic, Mike let me borrow a portable unit until his crew could go up...for free. Our house is two story, with high ceilings and 5 bedrooms. We had an old furnace and newer AC unit, we could never get cool upstairs. We had 4 companies come out and tell us what the problem was. Only 4 Seasons really explained what will be required to fix this issue, NOT just try to sell us a furnace. Polo was the first one to come walk our house and tell us what they thought. He’s super nice and knows how to explain things in a understandable way. Mike and his guys ended up setting up a zoned system with dampers and extra returns to get more air pressure. They did a lot of duct work and installed attic ventilation.None of the other companies even had a game plan other than sell us a over powered furnace and didn’t want to fix our duct work. Nobody else pointed out we had no airflow in the attic either.The team is more than great at customer service, Pam kept us in the loop, Mike is the expert behind the scenes, the crew were all men that were presentable. They worked around my wife and two babies and dog with ease. I had full trust in the crew while I was away. Every step of this was easy, I felt informed, they are straight and honest. They were not the cheapest quote nor were they the highest either but they really know their stuff and fixed my big house.I’d recommend them to everyone I know, they ever offered 0% interest financing the job and full warranty on the work.Thanks 4 Seasons

Eric with 4 Seasons has been helping us since we moved into our home last year. We signed up for the annual membership, so Eric comes out to get our heating and AC ready as the seasons change. They are always on top of scheduling, lots of reminders and heads up and arrival on time. They document everything and walk us through any fixes or changes needed, including writing up multiple quotes and proposing different options, and talking through payment options. Prices are very reasonable and we are confident they will help us out if anything needs more work. We’ve been very happy customers for a year and a half and will keep coming back!

4 Seasons installed my new AC last year and everything has been great. I get my every 6 month call from Pam to schedule my no cost service. Mike and his team have been wonderful and very professional. On my recent service I discovered that 4 Seasons installed attic insulation, the estimate was only a couple hundred dollars more than if I did it myself. My current insulation is about an R12, I'm going to an R49. I'm sure the insulation install will go perfectly and Mike and his team will continue to exceed my expectations. 4 Seasons has earned my business, my loyalty, and my trust.

I had 3 other A/C contractors come out to my house to inspect my A/C unit with all of them telling me that I needed a new unit and giving me quotes from $6500.00 up. Mike came out to look at it and did some troubleshooting and fixed it within 15 min. and it's never worked as well as it is now. 100% honesty and did one hell of a job! Already recommended them to my co-workers.

I know stuff happens but calling 20 minutes before the two hour ended was what upset me. I am not sure how your service is but how can I give a good rating if you don't show up.

4 season's hearing and air replaced my 28 year old air conditioner and my 14 year old carrier furnace with a new 2 stage Bryant system. They did a great job. he did not wish to do the job....said so...and then....gave me a ridiculously high estimate...citing well over 500 dollars for a few feet ...(not more than 4 feet...and maybe 2...5 dollar ....at home depot....parts)...of duct pipe......then he added 900 dollars due to ducts being located in a crawlspace....which is where most ductwork is.....the whole job...which should take approx half an hour ...or max...one hour ...if the worker was super slow....came to a whooping 2200....for installation of 2 registers which had been there before...but were removed due to a new floor having been put in...needless to say...I am disgusted...

Would have given 5 stars had the tech called ahead to let us know when he was coming. I called the office approximately 45 minutes before the close of the quoted window and Pam apologized for not letting me know the tech was still at the previous appointment. She did say we would get a call shortly but rather than a call, Jason appeared at our door only 7 minutes past the time expected. Jason did a great job of discovering issues as well as doing the maintenance on our furnace. We decided it was well worth it and signed up for a maintenance contract.

Called to see if someone could give me a quote on attic ventilation fan installation. Was told they cannot give a quote for that service over the phone, cannot send someone to my home to give me a quote, and I would need to schedule an appointment. I would be responsible for the full cost after installation but they have no way to give me even a ballpark estimate. I would be stuck with the full cost of the service with no way to know how much the service would cost before they finish the service?

Great bunch of people to work with. Everyone I've worked with at 4 Seasons has been very friendly, and they've been my go to for a couple years now. I will recommend them, but take care to protect your floor if they do an install, I forgot to, so it got gouged. I was reimbursed, but I wasn't happy with the amount I was offered.

So right of the bat, Pam was so nice and helpful, I was searching and searching trying to get a appointment couple places I called told me I had me be a current customer, others told me 2 weeks, Pam was able to get me in the same day so grateful for that, I let her know my parents didn’t speak English and if she had a technician who spoke Spanish so my parents could comunícate with the tech so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding, sure enough put me on hold and found one of her techs spoke Spanish, once again I’m grateful for that because I was at work, and well I didn’t want anyone taking advantage of my parents, I had a migraine at work, as I’m speaking to her she’s making me laugh, next thing you my migraine went away, thanks for that miracle, but the tech was very nice and helpful my parents told me he was Amazing, once again thank you for coming out.Update July 30th so The AC kept freezing again after this company left, and decided to call another company The new company charge me 100 just for the diagnosis to tell me the exact problem. I was Lucky that this company new what they where doing, not gona say names of what company I hired... but let me put it to you like this... he brought a snake camera passed it threw all the vents from up stairs and down stairs to see if there’s was any something blocking the vent, guess what we found there is 2 2x6 from when the house built the plumber ran some water pipes threw the 2x6’s so they would not rattle not thinking it was going to block the AC flow , so it’s not letting the air flow properly it... so what does he do Remove the wood in the vents now we got better air flow and it has not froze in over a week. Crazy part he didn’t charge me a dime extra over the 100 dollars. Then he goes under the house and find out there’s water underneath the company who installed the AC originally didn’t not leave a place for the water to drain/flow out of the house so it was just building up under the house in the foundation... what surprises me that the guy from 4 season heating didn’t even bother to catch that problem nor made the effort on why there was no air flow running threw the house. Like my parents said he came and “refilled” the AC and open up a couple things then tried to upsell my parents to get a whole new AC....quote 15k another thing, let just I would of paid the 15k for the new system, I would of still and the same problems because the problem was inside the vents the whole time. Companies like these are kind and but if your kinder they’ll will take your kindness for weakness. So make sure you get a couple people to check your system. In my original review I said I would recommend them but not that I found the actual problem and this company couldn’t I will never recommend anyone I will be making a YouTube review on this and what your guy missed and try to up sale my parents.

Staff are polite, respectful to your home, without having to ask them (professional), understand how to repair a problem and deliver a delightful experience.There are many things that can go wrong with an HVAC system, but when that happens, after they perform, they will come back immediately and correct the problems.

We hired 4 Seasons to install a new gas furnace and add an AC to our house. They did a great job, installed it quickly and followed up with us. A month later, the thermostat had a strange intermittent failure. They replaced it that day with no issue.

Our furnace went out so we called a few places to give a bid on the replacement. Polo came and was the most thorough, professional, and the bid was the best value. Not only was it the least expensive, but it had the most extras built in including a great warranty. While we waited for the unit to arrive in town, 4 seasons provided us with some space heaters. I wasn't there for the installation, but my partner was happy with their efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

Knowledge technician explained everything well

This company is now Goettl air conditioning and plumbing which is a large multi state company. They were able to come out on a weekend and successfully fix my issue, which was nice, however I had originally tried to go through my home warranty and the technician (who was obviously just following a script of what he was told to say) said they dont work w warranties, which I get, but wouldnt even help me get the information i needed to communicate with them myself and I had to push him to let me take a picture of the part he was replacing. I had a bad capacitor and was charged $600, $89 for coming out to diagnose and $510ish for the part, was told labor was included. The part is only $75-100 when I looked it up later for the same brand, so essentially labor was $400+ for 15-20 minutes of being at the house. Pretty steep, even for a weekend. I'll find another option in the future.

My furnace started to blow cold air. I called and asked them for an appointment and they has Anthony come within the hour. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and honest. It was my 1st time using them and will definitely use them again if needed. Definitely reccomend!

Although I have moved several times, I always call 4 seasons for any AC/Heat needs. They are a great bunch from setting up the appt to the actual service.; always professional and kind. Steve was great. We’ve been trying for 2 years to get our thermostat where I could control it from my phone and he’s the only one that’s been able to make it happen. He also discovered there was a problem with one of the vents and fixed it for me.

Polo gave me an honest estimate for an AC unit install. Followed up with me the next day while I shopped around. Ended up choosing 4 seasons due to the professionalism and great customer service. A week after install I felt like my AC wasn’t working properly. Got it inspected just the following day. Polo was able to spot where a minor repair was needed and got it fixed that very same day within a few hours. Love this company and the way they take care of their customers. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

Our air conditioner died in all the smoke and heat of August!4 Seasons gave us several choices for a new unit and fixed our old unit temporarily until the parts come in for the new unit in September. They were very friendly and absolutely competent. They had been maintaining our old unit and we knew a new one was due 5 years ago. They said just wait until it really dies. They saved us a ton of money and our old 20 year unit lasted for 29 years because of their maintenance. Call them!

Their service was on time and the new installed unit has been working as expected. It is an improvement over the old a/c in being more efficient and quieter. We will try the gas furnace this coming fall. So far, so good.

Charged $188.67 for a small capacitor for the AC motor. I found the part on-line in the $20 range. The service man (Anthony) was very nice. He sort of cleaned out the AC outside condensor unit but informed me why the debris on the bottom did not clear out. He told me what to do and I cleaned the unit after he left.Not a good experience, and I felt totally scammed on the price of the small electrical part (the capacitor for the motor).I will never use 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling again.

4 Seasons has been excellent to work with. They replaced my 26 year old AC unit last year and I knew the company whom I used in ‘96 had changed hands.Fast forward to my A/C Spring maintenance I knew I had to replace my 1985 duct work and was in dire need of attic insulation as well.Logan and Tyler were terrific in working w me and getting the job assessed, a good quote and immediately lined up the 2 man crew Arturo & Ricardo for the next 2 days. Right out of the gate I knew I didn’t want any other company.Arturo & Ricardo were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond. They spotted a rusted out connection to my 2014 water heater which could’ve been a bad flood scenario:/They cleaned my furnace blower motor, answered questions, provided photos upon request and competent technicians from beginning to end.Support staff Courtney, Stephanie & Pam also awesome as a bonus!Honestly, after 27 years in this house I know I’m breathing clean air, energy efficient, less of a foot print and less to NV Energy. I have had a few different techs come out over the years and every one of them have been great to us. Pam was incredibly kind and efficient with scheduling an appointment for an estimate. Polo called on his way to the appt, arrived within the estimated time window, was incredibly thorough with his inspection, thoughtful with his recommendations and respectful. Beyond the wonderful customer service, the bids were competitive and the warranty was the best I have seen. While our new system has not been installed yet, I expect it will be a great experience and a quality appliance!

Eric arrived right on time. He was professional the entire repair visit. He answered my questions and explained in a way I could understand as I’m not in HVAC. The work was completed in an hour with having the needed parts in the van. He went through my house checking each area to be sure the a/c could be felt in each room. He explained the charges before working and allowed me to make informed decisions. I loved that he wore booties in my house without being asked (I’d just had the carpet cleaned the day before). There was no unnecessary chit chat - totally professional yet friendly, personable, just great!!!! I would definitely call this service again for any HVAC needs!!!

Erik was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has done work for us before and each time was awesome We appreciate it. We set up the maintenance schedule. Erik called his scheduler on his phone so that I could make our appt for maintance repairs and or just checking the system. You can probably find a cheaper price, but you get what you pay for. We had our old furnace replaced and AC added. Fairly extensive job that required skilled people. They also offered insulation and attic cooling, which will improve the AC efficiency. My cheaper bids didn't include duct repairs or cleaning. 4 Seasons took care of all of these things to ensure a top performing system. Best warranty around as well. Finally, they took the time to make sure everything was done right. Completely happy with their work.

There was a scheduling problem and a call with no msg left but after that was straightened out the appointment went well. Eric did a much more invasive investigation than was ever previously done and I was not for warned about it. The regular tune up and check was done just fine but he went way beyond what was expected to try and offer additional services and products that were not necessary.

Do not waste your time or money with this company!Exactly a month ago I had given them 5 stars because they had done a good job so I thought. I called because my furnace would not ignite, someone came by changed the filter and said it should work paid almost 200 dollars. I called today because i was having the same problem, I get a call saying it would be 400 dollars to change the circuit for the same problem I had called about a month ago.

Air conditioner was not working. Apparently when installed, the copper line was not sealed properly and the freon leaked out. I was charged $169 and no repair done. I was given an estimate of $1790 to repair. Estimate way to high. I feel this should be a warranty issue and taken care of for zero dollars.

Anthony was awesome the minute he hit the door. The previous tenants decided to not change the air filter causing it to be 100% clogged. This resulted in our entire AC system using over. Anthony asked some questions and determined this issue quickly and professionally. I would recommend him to anyone.
