Mike and Matt showed up in such a welcoming manner and made us feel so much better about our problem. They got right to work and got everything done within 30 minutes. They were very honest and helpful. For any future plumbing problems we will be requesting them.

Have had your service in the past, heater problem with our rental unit. Resolved! Problem fixed on time and resolved quickly. Very dependable and prices reasonable.

We contacted Paschal Plumbing to repair two of our loose toilets in our new (to us) home.

The plumber arrived on time and was very friendly. He immediately identified that both toilet flanges were broken which is why the toilets were loose. As our home is built on a slab, this was not good news, as it meant the possibility of breaking the concrete to replace the tube and flange.

The plumber came up with an idea to take off the old flange by cutting and chipping the old flanges away. Thankfully it worked and saved us approximately $3500 in labor for the possible concrete work.

As he worked away, he was very polite and even was patient with our nine week old puppy that was very interested in what he was doing.

Overall this was a great experience and we definitely plan on using Paschall Plumbing again if needed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. LIED TO WAS TOLD PARTS FOR OUR SYSTEM WERE IN STOCK PAID FOR EXPIDITED FREIGHT FROM RENO TO AUBURN (ONE DAY). PARTS WERE IN FACT SHIPPED FROM SUPPLIER WEEK LATER STILL NO PARTS TO THIS DAY. WHEN ASK FOR CALL BACK FROM SUPERVISER. WOMEN NAMED LINDA SAID SHE WAS THE OWNER BASICLY TOLD ME TO SEND THE PARTS BACK WHEN THEY ARRIVED FOR REFUND AND I COULD PAY THE FREIGHT MYSELF OR SHOVE IT UP MY ASS. Jet plumbing answer their calls promptly and corrected a major leak in our client's wall before any other of the 3 plumbing outfits we called could find time in their schedules. I see their trucks everyday in Reno,Sparks,and Carson City. I have lots of respect for how they run their opperation.

Our AC unit went out & the tech that came out to diagnose and help, David M., was very kind & friendly. He explained everything to us in a manner in which we could understand & reassured us that they would be able to work with us on financing and getting everything installed.
