Bruce at Paschall Plumbing has the best plumbers in town!! My wife and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday with my Mom and returned home to find our home freezing cold. I called Bruce on Sunday and Tim, a wonderful, patient, young man with great knowledge and ability came today, Monday, to diagnose and fix the problem which was some disconnected ducting. We could not be more pleased with Paschall Plumbing's responsiveness and professionalism in their work. We recommend them to our neighbors and friends with good reason and great appreciation.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my water connection that was loose and pump had gone bad. Following made sure my Swamp cooler was working properly before they left, multiple times finding things to help improve it. Great experience and got apt the next day! Definitely recommend Timothy
We had Pachall Plumbing come over to relocate a set of waterlines and a gas line that was unexpectedly encountered during a kitchen remodel. We needed it done right away as it was holding up all the other trades. They sent a technician out that day to help us out of the bind. Their plumber, Matt, spent a better part of a day doing the work. He was very polite and professional. The work he did was high quality an you could tell it was done right. We felt very comfortable leaving him in our home to do the job while we went to work for the day. I loved hearing about all his stories flying his hang glider in the sierra skies. I think this guy needs a well-deserved day off for the job well done!
Furnace at a rental went out. I Called Paschal because I could not get ahold of my regular HVAC repairman. Upon arriving Paschal repairman (DB) told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced. It was going to cost $1175. Wow. I asked him how much the actual blower cost. He said they don't give price breakdowns. I thanked him and told him to leave everything alone. I paid the $129 diagnostic fee. When my regular HVAC repairman called, he told me that that estimate was ridiculous. The blower for that model costs $120 plus $150 in labor.
The next day my HVAC guy came out and installed a new blower for 270.
Once again Paschall Plumbing delivers! Needed a toilet/sink checked out and Dawson was on time and explained everything he did here. Thanks again, will always use Paschall for any plumbing or HVAC needs because they are truly the best in town!

Memorial weekend last day packing to head out back to bay area and suddenly there is a massive water leak coming out of the conduit box on the garage ceiling. Meaning a water leak in one of 2 upper floors. After calling about 5 different plumbing companies with either no answer or answering service Paschall was the only one that called back within 30 minutes after request help.
Chad came out and first had to help us find the shut off to the house water since just moved in and hadn't located the value. Then have radiant heating system that required additional shutting down or damage to very expensive valves would have happened. Again, new owners and didn't understand or know this information. Chad than spent about 4 hours of cutting sheet rock, handling water-soaked fiberglass insulation all while standing on a ladder 14 feet overhead to determined where the leak was coming from.
Once it was determined Chad immediately fixed the problem and reestablished water back to the residence and heating system. Chad was a great representative of Paschall because he was knowledgeable, kind, never talked down to anyone and took the time to explain areas that a new homeowner should know about their plumbing. Nothing but 5 stars for Chad and Paschall Plumbing

Didn't actually have a service done but Bruce was not very pleasant when he returned my call. When I asked about their cancellation policy (hoped my husband could do the repair himself before the 1st available appointment) he told me I could either take the appointment or not, that he had plenty of people calling, and would move on to the next. He then said I don't mean to be like that but.... If that is the standard for customer service...No thanks!
My wife called and talked to Bruce , and then when it came time for the work to be done Tim handled the repairs . it was an easy and professional experience from start to finish , these guys do great work and at an affordable price . Totally recommend them for sure

Paschall was prompt and courteous in getting our broken pipe addressed. The team was not predatory, like many other plumbing companies seem to be these days, wanting to charge overtime or same day charges. Plus the company referred us to a water damage restoration company and allowed us to get back into our home in a day versus what would or could have take weeks. I would highly recommend this company and specifically would like to call out the technician Matt, who was patient and courteous and incredibly thorough in the on-site work.

Unless your uber rich like Trump, don't call this place!
I am very disappointed in the plumber this company sent out to my house when our sink backed up. I paid almost $200. for nothing, my sink is still clogged and I have to clear the clog myself. This plumber did not bring a long enough snake to clear the clog even though he supposedly does the plumbing work for most of the mobiles in Reno and should know that a 35 ft snake is not long enough. He would not give me a decent estimate. His estimate had literally thousands of dollars from low to maybe high, or it could go higher than the high, he wanted me to authorize an open, charge what he wanted job. When I told him that financiallyI could only do no more than $600 (I'm on a very low and limited Social Security income), he said he would do what he could, he went outside and within what seemed like seconds he was back inside telling me that we had a spider infestation and he could not see anything because of the spiders and, he could put on his coveralls but the spiders would be on his neck and in his hair and he was not going to be able to help us until we got the spiders taken care of (funny how, if there is that many spiders, why do we have none seen crawling around inside our place and no webs in the corners or any place else?) even though we don't want anyone bit by spiders or anything else, it is their job to crawl under houses and trailers and they make good money for it. This plumber wanted to do a complete replumb and kept pushing for that.
I think I deserved more for my money than a plumber who runs out after he finds out that I won't give him a blank check. He told me about another plumbing company that should be able to help me because they have more people or I could call Paschall back, to schedule the replumb when we come up with the untold thousands they wanted.

Horrible service, absolutely terrible service,
scheduled appointment for dishwasher repair, service tech came in and look at in and charged $129.00, he did NOTHING. Did not try to fix it, did tell anything just left
For my question about how much will cost for installation, if we buying a new dishwasher, the service tech answered $800.00

Bill has always provided exceptional service when we need it! He recently helped us with some repairs we needed done to complete the sale of our house. We will definitely recommend Bill and Paschall to anyone who needs heating, plumbing or HVAC work done!
We had the unfortunate luck to have a home with shower heads that can't just be replaced with a turn and we needed a handheld shower head installed for my mother with dementia.
At the beginning of the pandemic, I messaged Paschall through Facebook and not only did they respond quickly but they also allowed me to send video and get a general idea for what we needed. We waited because at the time it wasn't urgent but after my mom broke her leg this February, we knew we could not put it off any longer.
I called and got a quick appointment and Matthew showed up on time. He was pleasant and FAST. The job was done and done well, in about 15 minutes AND it came in under estimate. Everything was completed quickly and better than expected. I thought perhaps we would be left with a small hole or something but it looks better than the original shower head did in its place.
I highly recommend and would use them again, hopefully with Matthew doing the job.
They are very easy to work with.

A huge thank you to Tim! AC went out this past Friday evening when it was 95 degrees and he was here in 15 minutes! Tim was awesome in assessing the issues and finding a temporary fix to get the AC back up and running again until the office opened again on Monday.

I called Paschall because one of my old copper pipes broke and was gushing water into my house. The laundry room, kitchen and hallway were all flooded. I googled Emergency plumber and found Paschall. They answered the phone right away and got the details of my problem. They sent someone out and they were at my house less than 45 minutes later. Chad arrived and quickly discovered the cause of the leak. He made his recommendations on how to fix. He spend the next couple of hours fixing the problem. He even had the parts he needed right in his truck. Chad was friendly and extremely knowledgable. He made some further recommendations for the house to bring some of the systems up to code. (I have a very, very old farmhouse). Paschall is my plumbing company for life. They are awesome and they actually care about getting things done correctly and timely. Thank you!

Bill from Paschall was very professional and courtius, he came out to repair a leak and also repaired an issue we were having with our air, he explained everything thoroughly. the problem was fixed in an hour or so and the price is very reasonable I highly recommend Bill and this company.
I have a had great experiences with Paschall in two ways - I actually bought a house last owned by one of the family members, who redid a bunch of the plumbing and did some work on the HVAC system. That work was great and we've had no problems with it in the almost 5 years we've lived in the house since. No complaints from other contractors/inspectors who've seen the work either.
More recently, we had a gas line installed for a stove, and Paschall's (especially our plumber Matt and our office contact Angie) have been amazing. They were so nice when I had a million questions, patient when I stumbled through my requests, and prompt with answers to calls and emails. The price was in line with other quotes, but Paschall was able to do the work weeks earlier.
Matt was friendly, fast, and cleaned . He explained what he was doing when asked. When the exterior gas valve leaked a little, he came back out on a Friday night to wait with us until NVEnergy came out to lube and reseal it. He was available immediately when we were able to get an inspection with the city the same day we called. He went out of his way to make sure our stove got installed after I got the wrong kit. I'll be calling Paschall again for anything else we need.

Pascall Plumbing is simply THE BEST. I’ve interviewed and received proposals from ALL the major plumbing companies in the area, and Pascall Plumbing presented me with the most knowledgeable and appropriate solutions to my difficult issues, and at a reasonable price. Many of the others were clearly just interested in making a sale. But Pascall Plumbing took the time to devise the best approach for my property and individual needs. They are VERY responsive and extremely professional. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone with plumbing or HVAC needs.

Mat installed my new water heater. Communications with him and dispatch was very good. He was on time and prepared. Very careful and clean.
Buyer beware. They came to my home did not do any work, just spoke with my wife never even looked at the water heater to diagnose the problem. Said water heater needed replacing (without even looking at any of the
internal parts) replacement of a 50 gal gas water heater $2,400.00 after a 10% discount. Seems a bit high price to me when asked if a repair could be done the answer was yes cost $400.00 and no guarantee, that's a lot of money not to guarantee the work.

Plumber that came out was awesome, he had to come back twice due to the issue we had but he stayed till the job was done at 7:00 at night. Glad I didn't have to go another day without our Kitchen sink.

This is the third time I’ve had the team at Paschall’s come to my house. The service was excellent as usual. They always go over every detail with me and explain what has to be done. I’ll continue to call them for all my hvac and plumbing needs.
Bruce and Bill with Paschall Plumbing have made lifelong customers out of us. We experienced a sink that stopped draining and called a plumber from another company out to snake it. After 20 minutes we were told we would need to jackhammer our basement floor into two separate rooms to find the problem. This was estimated to be more than $7000. Before moving forward we contacted Paschall Plumbing for a second opinion where we met Bruce. Bruce is awesome, he is so friendly and helpful. Prior to us even scheduling a plumber to come out he took the time on multiple occasions to discuss the problem with us and provide us with some solutions we could try. After determining that we needed to move forward, he scheduled Bill to come out. Bill arrived within the time frame we were given and took the time to have me provide a history of the problem and past plumbing issues with the house. Then he grabbed what he needed from the truck and got right to work. At one point he told me he was going to cut a piece of the pipe for better leverage and then he got right back to it. When he came back upstairs after finishing I wasn't sure if we were going to be talking about major renovations or a miracle. Bill is a miracle worker, he was able to clear the pipe and help us avoid major repairs to our home. Bruce and Bill took a very stressful situation and handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude that made us permanent customers of Paschall Plumbing. I cannot recommend them enough!

Davey Bell, one of the Paschall HVAC repairman, took our call late in the evening and came out within the hour to check our heating system that had suddenly stopped working. Even at that late hour, he was courteous and professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He identified the part he promised to look for first thing the next day and indeed called as promised with a price for the needed work once he had located the part. He installed it quickly as his first of the day appointments, and the heater immediately began working correctly. There was not an additional after-hours charge for the late night visit and the very reasonable cost of that diagnostic visit was deducted from the ultimate repair bill. Davey's professional demeanor was matched by his skill and his friendly, kind interaction. I highly recommend Paschal's services and will absolutely be calling them for all our future repair or replacement needs.
I had Matt install an RO system that I had purchased online. There were a number of issues with the system not working properly (no fault of Paschall’s). As a result Matt had to make multiple trips back to my house and spend a great deal of time on the phone with customer service for the system I had bought. He was available via text and did what it took to make the issue right by me. I am more than pleased with the service I would received from him.
They are polite, professional, and do good work. What more can you expect? I'll use them again, if needed.

If I could rate you guys zero I would. I hope you like being bent over beacuase these guys will do you dirty. First off they charged me to come out to my home and build a quote 120$. Then they wanted to charge me 1100 to install a water heater I purchased. Then they wanted to charge me 3800 for a furnace installation. That's 4900 dollars. Do not do business with these people. They are looking for people to screw, the few that are gullible enough to fall for their awful schemes. They are not here to help people.

24/7 Availability, 100% Professionalism, extremely knowledgeable and courteous manager and service technician and very fair and reasonable prices. The manager, Bruce, took my emergency call after hours and had a technician to my property by mid-day the following day. My service tech, Tim, was awesome as well, quickly finding the problem and had my repairs completed within an hour and a half. Northern Nevadans are lucky to have Paschall Plumbing as a resource. I called late in an afternoon that hot water gushed across my kitchen floor on a day before house guests were to arrive, all during our stay at home directives for Covid-19. The plumbers arrived masked and careful to touch only what was required for them to make all repairs. I had my kitchen back in time to make dinner. So greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill and Skeet!
Made the call my AC wasn't blowing cold air and scheduled an appointment. During the high peak of the summer I thought it would be a few days before they could get to me and low and behold a service tech was there the next day. He quickly identified the issue and had my system up and running in less than an hour. Thank you Bruce for your stealer customer service being through asking the right questions and getting that tech out so quickly.
Service is always on time, sometimes even earlier than expected but always with a call for approval to show up early. Work is always done to fix the issue and workers are polite and professional.

Our Kitchen faucet started leaking. Called Paschall in the morning and a new faucet was up and running by early afternoon. Even though it was a tough job Mathew won in record time. Thanks again, Paschall!!

Dawson was a delight while he was here.
He replaced the pressure restriction valve (I think) took care of a shower head drip and replaced a back yard hose connection.
Terrible service never use them. Tech quoted me a price between $700 to $1000. He told me that he would keep it under $800.00 and the told bill was $1086.00. Tech must work on commission!!

My A/C went out...Reno was experiencing 100 + degree weather. Bruce was amazing to talk with and get the low-down on not only doing the A/C, but my furnace was old and tired and needed some love as well. Paschall Plumbing not only got the job done in one day, they gave me a Senior discount as well. Joe called me with all the specifics, we set it up for a day later and job was done......the other HVAC company in town couldn't get me on the schedule for 3 weeks. Paschall's customer service was top drawer. As a person over 60 I appreciate someone taking the time to explain the situation, give me options and a discount was such a bonus.

Our hot water heater went out last summer. I guess ive grown fond of hot showers and the like so I immediately called Paschall.
Thankfully Bruce and Angie sensed my urgency and sent Mathew Teats over shortly thereafter.
Mathew got the old one pulled and the new one installed so fast that I was very glad I did not try to do this one myself.
Just one of the many positive experiences with this company.

These guys did a terrific plumbing repair on my shower the first time I called them. Later, I called them to fix problem we had with our home water filtering system and that was beautifully done. They are professional, thorough and very nice people. Definitely our “go/to” whenever we need their services!
Bill was on time and friendly but the companies policy to not give a breakdown is concerning. I had a problem with my tankless water heater and by the time he came for the service it was was working. He fixed two small things that would keep it from happening again (I hope) it took about and hour and they charged me $800. Not reasonable and the cost of the two things he fixed was under $100. Good for you that you got me to pay that much but I will never use you again and I will never refer you to anyone else. Not worth it and the thanks for exploiting someone who needed hot water The only reason I gave you two stars because your guy was nice.

My water heater was leaking and after quickly doing some research, I called Paschall and spoke with a very amiable fellow named Bruce who told me he would have someone out to assess and estimate the job. Within half an hour Matt (also a quite likeable chap) arrived for what I expected would be a quick estimate and an I'll be back when you're ready for the job. He assessed the issue and started to work right away! Within about three hours (this included going back to the shop to obtain the correct water heater) we had hot water once again that is all up to the latest code! I am quite pleased with the service I received from both Bruce and Matt and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. Their prompt, courteous, and professional service definitely puts them a cut above the competition. Give them a shot next time you have a plumbing issue. They're not the cheapest in town, but They DO NOT cut any corners nor do they hem and haw about the repair. Everything is on spec and on time.

They were quick & getting to my house to see why the furnace was continually blowing but no hot air .was told that the circuit board needs to be replaced with a new hose fitting but that would most likely be a temporary fix , my unit is from 1984 & id be better off to replace it. Here's the kicker ! $2,800.00 To repair & $5,000.00 to replace .... lol !!! The unit starts as low as $800.00 & the shocker is that i actually paid them $120.00 to try & rob me blind !! Bruce is totally unprofessional and Tim is a liar. They tried to replace pads on my swamp cooler and were unable to do that simple task, even though I paid them $129. Tim did not put back the roller and casing that he took off of the cooler. Bruce also threatened me by saying I know where you live in a forceful voice. Do not do business with them!

I discovered a small leak from the hose that supplies water to my washing machine so I gave Paschall a call. They were quick to get back to me and even able to get me in the next day since they had a cancellation. Natalie was very friendly on the phone and helpful.

I had a great experience working with Davey! He came to fix my grandmothers air-conditioner that has not been operating for the past 10 years. They did an awesome job on both repairing my water main, on a rainy New Year's Day, including digging the hole to reach the main. They also, on that same day connected a gas pipe to my oven because the original installers brought the wrong pipe fitting kit. The Paschall Plumber had the right one with him, and installed it, and took the old oven out. On a different day they replaced our water heater, and it's better than the last installation done by the same screwballs that couldn't do the oven right, that Paschall had to redo. Paschall is the best.
Dependable, honest and reliable!
Beware! The jobs are contracted by job---not by hour or cost of materials. I was charged $664.95 for a new garbage disposal (but I got a senior discount so my actual cost was $598.46.) The lovely young man who did the work finished the job in less than two hours, and the cost of the disposal at Home Depot was $150. When I questioned the dispatcher about the cost, he answered that the company had to make a profit. I'll say they made a huge profit from me this time---but not again.

They turned off my gas To fix my heater my hot water heater is also gas When They turned on the gas they left my hot water heater Is leaking gas I called a dozen times they never answered I called the guy that came out and fixed it he says hes out of town and hung up the phone on me and when I did ask where's the 24~7 service he said hes full but its 6pm I have all nite 2am 4am Whatever gets them to come over here and finish their job

They do not guarantee the Drain work. I got a service for clog drain. Less than 24 hours it clog again. They said they do not guarantee the drain work.
Bill was professional and friendly. He never tried to oversell, but was honest in saying the easier and less expensive fix might not last a long period of time. He was, however, willing to do the less expensive job and went above and beyond the scope of his work to secure the sink in its location.

Paschall Plumbing has been excellent on both occassions We have required their services at the rental We reside in.(Once for an A/C Leak, more recently a Heating issue resolved by Tim).
With each occassion both the Administration/Scheduling & Techs themselves have been easy to communicate with, informative, & professionally pleasant. Reliable and on time, they effectively resolve issues while bringing peace of mind. I highly recommend them- to the extent that We would continue to utilize their services if We ever bought another home later on.
We contacted Paschal Plumbing to repair two of our loose toilets in our new (to us) home.
The plumber arrived on time and was very friendly. He immediately identified that both toilet flanges were broken which is why the toilets were loose. As our home is built on a slab, this was not good news, as it meant the possibility of breaking the concrete to replace the tube and flange.
The plumber came up with an idea to take off the old flange by cutting and chipping the old flanges away. Thankfully it worked and saved us approximately $3500 in labor for the possible concrete work.
As he worked away, he was very polite and even was patient with our nine week old puppy that was very interested in what he was doing.
Overall this was a great experience and we definitely plan on using Paschall Plumbing again if needed.

I was in a bind a few years ago and new to the area. It was Saturday and I had just noticed a leak. The first place I called said we will call you on Monday to see about getting someone out there within the next 30 days. Unable to work with this, I called Paschall Plumbing next. I spoke with Bruce who sent Chad out the next day. Chad spent a little while checking out the situation and then explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand which I really appreciated. The next day he went to the supply house, got the stuff to fix it, worked his tail off for the majority of the cold February day and got the issue handled by the time the other guys said they would be able to come do a first look at it. That is the story of how I came to only use Paschall Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

Buyer Beware! Get a second quote. I have had a number of jobs done by Paschall, all were over-priced but they used good products and seem to do the job right. But, when I had them change out an old water pressure reduction valve, they gave me a price of over $1,300, knocking it down to $1,125 with my 'discounts'. As noted in other reviews, they use a flat rate: no breakdown of parts, labor time, labor rate, taxes, etc. Since he was there and I wanted it fixed, I had them do the job and paid the bill. The technician’s time ended up amounting to about 15 minutes to diagnose, 45 minutes to go back to the office to get the part, and less than an hour to install. Since the price felt awfully high and I was having buyer’s remorse, I checked online. The part could cost anywhere from $45 to over $200. Frankly, if they used a good part, I wouldn’t have minded giving them $300 for the part to cover mark-up and tax. But, that means that the hourly rate exceeded $400 per hour. That seems ludicrous to me and I feel taken.

As ir turned out we did replace the thermostat and the first service call was applied toward the bill. They installed an Emerson with a great warranty. Highly recommend.

Paschal plumbing charges steep prices and does not seem very honest once you pay attention to the work they say they are doing and what has actually been done. They mark up their parts more than 100 percent and don't even describe on the bill what they have charged you for. I am very surprised there isn't any reviews online yet I normally don't take the time to do this but I feel it is the right thing to do to let people know to beware of paschall they will not honor any warranty they will just make up a new problem to hide the fact that they screwed up.

Also gave me free advice on my toliet not working. They were more interested in helping me with my questions than trying to sell me service I might not need. The pilot light on our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon while I was at work. I asked my wife to call NV Energy to have them re-light it. The gas man arrived later that afternoon and informed us that a leak in our 12-year-old water heater was causingthe pilot light to go out, and that it needed to be replaced.
I asked my wife to call Paschall because I recall using them many years ago for a clogged drain. She was given some pricing options based on what kind/size water heater we wanted, and was told they could be out the next afternoon, on a Saturday.
After getting home that evening I did some Googling and discovered that the estimate we received was about $1000 higher than estimates for our area shown on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List.
I called the next morning and left a message asking if they could explain the difference. I received a call back and was told he would go over everything on that, and suggested that if I could find someone to put in a water heater for $1200 - then go for it. Not wanting to wait potentially for a few more days to have hot water, and knowing that the estimated cost would be explained when they arrived, I kept the appointment.
The Good: We had hot water within 24 hours of the initial call on a weekend.
The Bad: The installer arrived and all that was written on the work order was the price and description listed as parts+labor. My wife was told that they don't break it down. Upon later inspection of the work order back page, the first line of the Terms &Conditions says All work is done at a FLAT RATE. The price includes Materials, Tax and Labor. NO BREAKDOWN WILL BE PROVIDED. I hope that will suffice as proof of purchase for the water heater manufacturer if I ever need warranty service.
So I've done the breakdown myself (again thanks to Google). The water heater should've been $700 (high side) + $150 for tax and materials + $1500 for labor. For 1-2 guys (a helper for a brief time while the old one was removed and new one placed), I figure 5 hours total labor. That's $300/hour for a plumber!
If we would have received an explanation that emergency or weekend labor is more, or given an option to replace it on a weekday for a lower rate (assuming that's an option), I would completely understand the price and realize that Murphy's law determined that our water heater went out going into a weekend.
The lack of pricing transparency and the fact that the worker left our street-side water shutoff cover open, is why I've given Paschall 3 stars. If you're okay with flat rate pricing and are thinking about using Paschall Plumbing - then go for it.
We have a leaking toilet. My husband had already replaced the wax ring, valve, and other hardware, and it still leaked, so we called Paschall. The plumber came and replaced a valve that my husband had already replaced. $315.00. He told us that my husband had tightened the connection too tightly; that's why it leaked (it had leaked BEFORE my husband replaced it). Within an hour after the plumber left, it was leaking again. A few days later, when the plumber came back, he was going to charge us full price again, even though we had already paid $315.00 and it was not fixed. Beware! Paschall Plumbing does not guarantee their work!
