You are that rare tradesman who also knows how to communicate and carry himself and truly makes the customer the most comfortable as humanly possible when managing an uncomfortable situation in their home, even when they are not there. I watched my cameras a couple times because I was getting security notifications all day due to all the comings and goings, and even when no one was watching (or so you thought), you carried yourself the same as if I'd been there over your shoulder. That's the definition of integrity.



You are obviously a really good plumber, Anthony, but most importantly you're an even more amazing human. It's an honor to cross paths with you again and I wish you nothing but the best.

I called this morning because the pilot light on our gas water heater had gone out and I couldn't get it to stay lit. To make a long story short, repairing the heater was going to incur a significant cost and we'd had issues with it in the past. So, I wasn't very confident that a repair would last.We replaced the unit with a tankless water heater and I think we'll be very happy with it.Austin was the technician who did the install along with Jared who is in training. They were very professional. Austin was very thorough in explaining the equipment and the installation which left me with few questions. His answers to the few questions I did have completely satisfied me.Overall, this was a very good experience.

Had a good experience. My technician was helpful and an expert at what he was doing. Very patient and friendly. Had a positive experience during difficult decision making and i felt like I could trust his expertise.

Deer Valley put the plumbing in our house 20 years ago as a new build. They've been there for us ever since. The office staff is kind and professional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They never try to up charge you!

This is the second time that OPTION ONE PLUMBING has responded to a plumbing problem at my home. My primary shower drain had balls of mineral deposit (hard water at home) that accumulated over the 46 years on my 1959 home. This would take hours to drain after one shower. Devan was prompt, explained that he would do the best he could without damaging the pipes, he worked so hard. He was upfront about the situation and stated if it happens again, that I may have to get a new drain installed and/or requiring re-piping. He came back for a new/old problem, which we have been just living with, and he stated a price that was reasonable so he replaced..my husband and I ARE definitely pleased. Devan is hardworking, punctual, does quality work and is a wonderful employee of this company.

I called nervously not even knowing what to expect exactly on the 4th of July.....had a backed up shower and tub had water all over the house and not even a couple of mins after Brandon came to my home he had everything resolved and gave me some resolution to my issues really happy with the service will be saving there info for sure without a doubt....thank you Brandon highly grateful for his help
