The tile grout was missing. Jamie calked the tile, checked things over, and is giving us an estimate on a couple ways of making additional improvements that I asked for. I totally trust Jamie. Great spirit. Helpful attitude. Communicates well!

My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other plumbers as I didn't shop around and this is my first time hiring one, but given the good work they did, I'd hire them again even if their prices are a touch higher than the competition.

First time customer. Had a sewage backup issue. Service on the phone was so kind and they came out to our house immediately. Pricing was great and they were very professional. We will need more work done in the future and will definitely be calling them back again!

The job was a tough re-route of a water line in a flat roof house but JR and his crew worked late to get our water back on. They were diligent in cleaning up, they were professional in their work and the price was right. Thank you JR. You will be used for all of our future plumbing needs.

We have been very happy with their service.
We had them change the bathtub faucet from 3 handles to one handle. The bathtub wall is porcelain tile
and we were afraid that we would have to redo the tile -- but the plumbers assured us that
no tile work would be necessary and there really was no tile work necessary.
They are polite and clean and fair priced and they show up when they say they will.
The best part about their service is that both times that we have used their plumbing service, they did an excellent job!

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

I had the most surprisingly wonderful experience with the representative that came and took care of my plumbing issues. It was quick and the plumber even returned items removed by me to underneath my sink. Superlative service! Very reasonably priced too.

Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

Anthony was professional, courteous, and efficient. He left the work space better than he found it. His installation was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. As I listed above - good quality, professional, responsive, and on time. Regarding good value, I'm not really sure since I didn't check any other prices. I have to admit I had a bit of sticker shock, but I opted for the 12 year, all parts and labor - the best plan, if I live that long:)

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. If you book with them, ask for Daniel Tyus. After he took care of me last time (described above), I am asking for him from now on!

top notch serviceman - justin - performed water line repairs today for us under challenging circumstances . he is as professional , friendly & efficient a tradesman as you will ever meet ! i will use their services in the future , and recommend apache plumbing highly .

$484 to replace four 1/4 angle stop valves on two sinks (hot and cold). For those of you who do not know a valve like that costs around $11 at home depot. I was in a pinch and they were first to get to the property so I let them do the work but the pricing is ludicrous!



On top of this I had a leak in one of the bathrooms where one was installed after the fact. They did come out and remedy it.



Customer service was excellent as far as friendliness, knowledge, and expedience. But that said the valves installed were not made by Rolex or Bentley so definitely shop around.

The technician (David S.) was prompt, courteous, and fixed and installed what I wanted and needed in a timely manner. Deer Valley Plumbing will be my go to plumbing business for any future needs.
