If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

Option One Plumbing is Excellent. Great Customer Service. Called early afternoon because of a busted pipe and water damage. Derek drove an hour from Surprise to tha East Side! He was Professional and Knowledgeable of the problem at hand and gave us a fair assessment of the situation. Job Well Done.
