Grant, one of their techs does phenomenal work and keeps the work area neat. You cannot even tell when he works on a big project in the yard as he cleans up better than the area appeared prior him working. I appreciate his professional behavior and great quality of work! Had a overflowing toilet on a rental property. I called DiamondBack not knowing them because of the emergency. They were there that day and fixed the problem needing to replace the toilet and the cost was very reasonable. Other plumbers may have gouged an owner in this situation but the communication and response was outstanding. Even my tenant said he would give them 5 stars ! Thank you DiamondBack !

This was our 2nd repair to where our watering system connected to the main. The first was done. But a while later noticed leaking in the same area. James Estes came out. He found water was constantly moving the meter. He then had me turn on the drip after I told him I thought it might be the drip bacause it had dried up since I called the day before. As soon as I turned it on, I knew it was a completely different leak. James talked with the office and went for the part. Turned out they sold him the wrong part, so he went again. I am so thankful for Ben Franklin Plumbing. They are always courteous and professional and give you the bottom line.

Plumber from Parker and Son came was here for 28 seconds. He never touch a pipe or valve gave me a quote of 760 dollars in 28 seconds. when i refused service told i have to pay 75 dollar for coming out for 28 seconds. Never was i told i was going to be charged for an estimate. Next plumber came fixed leak for 120 dollars including parts.After manager responded to my post they refunded my money as he said he would. i do appreciate him being a stand up guy, standing by his word and trying to be a honest respectable business to his customers

Andrew is always professional, considerate and listens to your concerns and questions. If he encounters a situation he is not familiar with or wants a confirmation that his approach is correct, he will get on the phone with Robert, his supervisor, or another colleague. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. In the years I’ve worked with Option One, I have never felt like they dishonestly diagnosed a job for their benefit to make more money. I will continue building and maintaining my relationship with Option One plumbing today and moving forward.
