Apointment scheduled easily, service was scheduled for between 2 and 5pm, the crew arrived just after 2. Started and finished and were gone before I knew it.

Moon Valley was contracted through our ServiceLine warranty company and everything went incredibly smooth thanks to Jason. What a pro! I was prepared for all kinds of challenges since, well, home warranty companies.... Not this time! Leak detection in 24 hrs, and repairs the next day. Definitely recommend. Ask for Jason!!

My friend reffered Custom Plumbing of AZ. Glad she did too. I had a septic tank problem. Other companies kept telling me it was my sewer lines. James told me exactly what was wrong. I am in the process of purchasing an older home. As expected, a few repairs were noted by my home inspector, and before I finalize my sale tomorrow I wanted an estimate of expected repairs. I did research and found Deer Valley Plumbing to be highly recommended per reviews. I spoke to Max who requested an email of my home inspection report. He was going to look it over at his request and call me back . I spoke with him again 8 hrs. Later and he said he was going to take it home, review it, and return my call. When I received no call this morning, I called back. He was just coming out of a meeting and I told the kind receptionist to give him my message,that I needed to give the seller an answer today. I called again at 230 pm after waiting 6 hours. Needless to say, I found another plumbing company. If I start out with dishonesty, and feeling like they don't care for a customer, then it is their loss not mine. I did not have a minor repair,but several areas I needed work. And to think a phone call, and appreciating a new customer would have probably made this a stellar review.

Mark explained every part of the job and when he said he would be here the next day in the am. The was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs

Christian was very humble and honest. He unclogged our toilet then took a video of all the lines. He said it is not an emergency but he would recommend relining the pipes. He did not push us or try to upsell us.

We have had a few different plumbing companies come to our house over the years. All of them making us feel like we needed to act immediately then charging us a high dollar for the consultation.

They did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful to me. I couldn't have asked for better workers in and out of my house for the two weeks that they were working on my sewer system. APES installed a brand new AC unit in our rental property aug 2021 and it’s had several issues. Technicians are never available same day. Temperature rises so quickly. I’m having to pay for our tenants to get a hotel room. Disappointed. It’s having more issues than our 10yo system in my current home.

Called early Saturday morning when pipe broke. Jim told me he would be at my house within the hour and showed up 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and professional and made sure job was done right before filling back in the hole and leaving. Would definitely recommend!! Also does in home plumbing.

My hot water heater had sprang a leak as it reached the apparent end of its life. I contacted George Brazil later that night and first thing the next morning they contacted me and set up an appointment.Their technician, Tom, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain things to me and offer helpful suggestions without being insistent on additional or unneeded service although he was willing to provide quotes for the other items if I were interested in them at a later date.Tom got to work immediately and replaced my water heater and it is looking/working better than new, the entire process was easy and through and Tom was very profession with the service he provided. I look forward to working with the company again.
