I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Anthony from Anthony's Plumbing came to check out an issue I was having with a leak in my shower. He was extremely professional and helpful in looking to find the cause the leak. He also was very Covid safe, in that he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers, which made me feel much more comfortable with him coming into my home during a pandemic. I'll definitely be using Anthony's Plumbing if I have any other issues moving forward!

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though it's a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didn't charge me since he didn't have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! Today we were getting ready to move in our house after getting the keys last Wednesday. When Lowe’s was delivering our dishwasher to install they noticed the kitchen sink shut off valve was stuck and broken. Needing a plumber quickly we reached out to bumble bee and they managed to squeeze us in before the end of the day. Jeff got out here and immediately noticed that unbeknownst to us, Lowe’s left the bad shut off valve leaking all under the sink. He acted quickly to get the leak under control. If bumblebee hadn’t gotten us in today, who knows how much water damage could have happened. This all alone worth a five star review. Jeff continued to exceed all expectations with his eagerness to help and pointed out that we needed a pressure valve for the water intake as our water pressure was dangerously high, confirming what we heard during our inspection. He replaced the shutoff valve and installed the pressure valve both in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have over. He even took the time to educate us as new home owners of simple self serve preventative maintenance saving us future headaches. So glad we called bumblebee today.

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. Bckup clog upstairs kitchen drain, need kitchen, now, tired of waiting & limited use. A Fri evening, already tried, good but no banana. Joint decision to call. Kenny at door, on time, booties, mask & tablet in hand. Discuss & diagnosis, cost est to cable clean, included My Guy discount, accepted. Ken got to work. Bout 45mins the H2O was flowing again, & Ken packed up. Rooter will f/up line camera ck, part of job cost, to show line condition, clear or other potential issue. They'll return Free if it happens again.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

I had Chad from Coopers pump out our septic tank on 11/30/19. He was very very helpful and extremely professional. So glad we have Coopers taking care of our problem
