Best Water Treatment in Phoenix AZ

Our water pipe needed to be flushed out due to our waster softener broke and the beads were in the pipe blocking the water. We also had to replace the water heater tank. Joey M showed up and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Joey took the time to explain to us what happen, what needed to be done, the pricing, and how long it would take to fixed it. After the service completed Joey also gave us little tips here and there that we wouldn't have thought of. Most importantly Joey did an amazing job and everything are running great now. Thanks Joey!

Terrible value for installing kitchen faucets. No estimate provided over the phone, but it's $69 for someone to whip out a book with install prices. Why couldn't this be provided over the phone? Prices felt predatory and not competitive at all. Even with a coupon, the total cost was way out of anybody's reasonable expectations. Sad to have recommended this to a family member, won't be returning.

I’ve been doing business with Parker and Sons for many years. I have a primary residence and 3 rental properties that I also use Parker and Sons for to service my properties. At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. We had two outlets fail suddenly overnight. I pulled the two receptacles and didn't find any loose wires. I called George Brazil and they sent an electrician who found the problem connection within 20 minutes. It was a neutral wire which was not fully contained inside the wire nut. He also found many loose wires in the electric panel. Very complete inspection and repair. Would use again, if needed.
