I have always had a good experience with ChemDry Cleaning, but not this time. My technician, Jeremy came to my house to my carpet cleaning and he did a nice job of cleaning but it turns out he broke one of our water valves handle in the front yard, we weren’t able to use the water up front, had to go purchase a new valve handle because of him. He did not let us know ahead that he will be using our water to do the cleaning so we know. And he went in the backyard without letting us know either, what if we have dogs back there?! I don’t like how ChemDry does things without asking and even cost us additional money to replace a broken water valve handle. I won’t use ChemDry again for my next cleaning.

Recently replastered pool and clean water. Contracted them to service my pool. Only a month and water is cloudy, dirty. The 1st 2 weeks they did good, and then nothing. They were supposed to service pool on thursday and didnt show up, we didnt see them and we were home all day. I dont know how long the filter hasnt been backwashed. I took a picture and sent it to them. They state no need to backwash the pool every week. I do not recommend their services.

Since that time we have never seen a more professional, dedicated and enthusiastic group of managers and personnel so willing to quickly help us out with any problems that may arise with our pool or equipment. In all this time our pool has never, I mean never, turned green or been in a condition where we couldn't swim. We are on full service and never had an occasion wherein we did not receive excellent and quick service on any problems we had with our entire pool system. As a matter of fact, they go out of their way to ensure fast, courteous and prompt service. They maintain a staff of employees who are professionals with a Can do attitude, in their service and repairing any equipment problem quickly and efficiently. We will never leave Poolman for another pool company. Period!!
