I have contacted Simba in the past for another issue so I already knew they were going to do the job right. I purchased a bidet recently and it came with instructions to install it myself. However, I was a little nervous about possibly cracking a water line and causing a major leak so I called Simba yesterday. They arrived on time, worked diligently and were very courteous. Through USAA, I had a Resideo Buoy Water Monitor installed on my outdoor water line. USAA and Resideo decided the systems weren't doing the job for which intended and decided to remove them. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing AZ was the local plumbing company chosen for this removal. The unit was removed in less than 45 minutes, with minimal disruption of my family's lives, except for no water during the time required to remove the unit and restore the water pipes. Very professional job.

Although we have a service contract with another AC/Plumbing company, I reached out to DVP to get a second opinion on a water heater repair. Our first provider wanted to just replace the water heater for several thousand dollars. The DVP Tech suggested just replacing the heating elements and thermostats for several hundred dollars. While that did fix the immediate problem of intermittent cold water, our six year old water heater did spring a significant leak several days later out of the top near the PRV. While DVP was not responsible for this, it would have been nice if the tech had noticed that issue prior to it causing water damage. DVP did come right out however and helped us install a new water heater with a discount based on the costs of the first repair that was still a better price than the original bid from the other company. They also put a drip pan under the new water heater (which was not there with the prior installation.) Based on their fast service and reasonable pricing, I will continue to call DVP for future plumbing needs.

First I would like to say how happy I was when I called Anthony's plumbing, it was the 4th of July weekend and I thought I had cleared a clog in my guest bathroom, three separate times when the clog backed up each time. So I reached out to several plumbers and Brandon texted me back Friday night on a 3 day weekend and went over what was happening with me in my home. He offered to arrange to have people come over the next day, then to my surprise Brandon himself showed up, he was professional and had all the right tools to do the job. He worked on my clog for over an hour confirming with his camera that the clog had in fact been cleared and my drain was finally open. He made several recommendations, but never pressured me. His pricing was as promised and even when working on a holiday weekend, he had a positive attitude and professional workmanship. Since I am in the real estate business myself, we are always looking for reliable and trustworthy people to recommend to our clients. Another local plumber had told me that it would require excavation...so I saved over $2700 in unnecessary repairs!! Great company with attentive owner.

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

Called this company because the drain was backing up in laundry area...it was late in the evening and they started working anyway to relieve the problem...out at 8:15 Sunday morning with a camera! After blowing out debree, I was given a full report and shown on camera the exact problem ...I am happy with the solutions presented for this problem. Everything is flowing again! David came out for a plumbing issue and was most patient and professional in both personal demeanor and technical approach. The response time was quick and communications were good with the office.
