Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

On the most recent, the plumbers who actually did the job (John and Chad) were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing under somewhat difficult circumstances.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Casey was great. Showed up on time. Explained everything that needed to be replaced. Went above and beyond to service my needs. Excellent customer service. Took time to get everything done right the first time. Personable and precise. Repaired were more extensive then we originally thought but everything was done to my greatest satisfaction. There areno plumbers, only plumbing techs! They quoted me and I paid almost $8,000.00 for them to dig and replace my 1945 sewer line that was clogged. Instead they jack hammered in my bedroom and attached the sewer line to my tenants, who now has sewage in her apartment. They do not answer the phone 24/7. I have requested that the owner Tim call me from the beginning on 10/22/14, he has yet to call. I truly feel that because I am a female, when I was told they were affiliated with DryLux, to dry the mess and Hyperbuilt Construction Services that fixes the damages, I knew I was being took. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Currently in the middle of replacing my pipes... So far this week they haven’t been on time but one time for the time slot that they gave me. I am currently without use of any drains and any toilets since yesterday afternoon. This was never supposed to be an issue but assured me it would be fixed this morning when they were supposed to be here. Currently past noon and still no one here... No respect for others time and needs. This has been a horrible experience to say the least
