After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I had my sewer back up and the plumber that I called could not unclog it. I had a service line warranty and they sent out Moon Valley Plumbing. They ended up digging up my yard and replacing about 10 feet of sewer line. The guys that came out, Alex and Cole, were very nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They put my yard back together and made everything up to code. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Moon Valley.

Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

Had an emergency and they showed up promptly and fixed the problem that day. They also fixed a separate issue i had before they left. Very Friendly, as well.

Tired to up sell me when I was in need of heat repair during cold spell. Told me no one could come out same day unless I joined the VIP membership. Called me back saying they could make it out same day even if I didn’t join the VIP membership. Tech eventually came at 8:20pm. He was very nice, fair and not pushy so it redeemed the guy I had spoken to earlier.

The guys were knowledgeable and explained everything well. Fix our clogged pipe leading from guest shower. Used a camera to also check pipes for any leaks.

I Googled Deer Valley Plumbing to begin with, the ratings were good they were close by and I needed a plumber. They were here even early. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Eric was thorough and honest. Would use them again!

Plumbers of Maricopa is highly recommended. Very affordable. Showed up bright and early and got the job done quick and efficiently. The staff was very professional and never once hesitated to answer any of my questions. I will definitely call them again when the time comes.
