I got a call from Custom after applying on Angi's last night. They were the first to call me , so I scheduled. Dave came out today and was very nice and professional. I have been unable to turn off a slow leak in my exterior faucet. My husband has not been well and I tried several options which ended unfavorably for me. After reviewing and estimating the cost, I was unable to pay.There were more issues other than a leaky faucet. My home water pressure test failed. I was very upset. The money was not there for me at the time. This kind man did me a great favor by stopping the leak by adding another faucet at no charge until I can reschedule and have the other work done.It is nice to know that this company values their customers,even before they are.
