She send Tony who arrived in 15 minutes and was so good. He took care of a leaking water heater by replacing it and showed so much concern to a senior who was distraught to say the lest. THANK YOU!!

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

Custom Plumbing is a definitely a go-to service provider for all our plumbing needs. We called them to install faucets in an older condo. They sent out an experienced and knowledgeable technician, JT. He thoroughly but fairly diagnosed the situation in a easy to understand manner. The validity of his quote became even more apparent as he did the work. I'm glad we contacted Custom Plumbing for this job. Next time we need work done we'll be sure to ask for JT!

Stefan has been absolutely the best professional tradesmen I’ve worked with - from the smallest of jobs (vent pipe and fixture valve install) to large comprehensive projects (main line relocation, tankless and softener install), he showed up punctually and finished in a timely manner. The service provided by Jack and Cisco was amazing. I felt they were very professional, hard working, and honest. Jack explained to me everything they were doing, and he answered all my questions about the job. They worked tirelessly for about 12 hours. They also cleaned up my front yard really well. Despite a miscommunication which resulted in expectations not being met, James was extremely professional and polite. I had planned to pay for the work despite the miscommunication but in the end he did not charge me. I would highly recommend as I believe his ethics and commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction are top notch.

Deer Valley plumbing was professional and performed great work. They communicated every step of the way and were quick to come to repair the outside pipe that had tree root damage. So far I have received an estimate for work to be done. They showed up, were professional, and provided an estimate as well as explaining the scope of the work to be done. I am getting bids at this point.
