Best Water Line in Phoenix AZ

The service man who replaced my 2 year-old broken down Rheem water heater with another of the same brand was excellent. He was clean, on time, kind and patient about finding a replacement tank, which was difficult and time consuming. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the installation. I believe it was far too expensive.

These guys are amazing; I've been using them for years, and they're always prompt and professional. Eddy is wonderful!

Words can't describe how satisfied I was with service! Definitely the best plumbing company! Couple of months ago sink was leaking so I contacted Custom Cooling &Plumbing. Not only that appointment is scheduled as soon as possible, but they sent KYLE ......the best plumber I ever met and believe me.....So many worked on it, but no one couldn't do the job properly. Kyle needed just minute-two, looked under the sink, went to get part and before I knew ...... all done. He is very professional, very friendly and above all, very knowledgeable. After awhile I had "kitchen remodeling company" working and they left with no water pressure from sink faucet. After one phone call KYLE came same day and once again demonstrated professionalism and knowledge. It has been several months now and there is no leak which was weekly issue before Kyle came. We had a leak under our kitchen faucet that needed immediate repairs. Called WP&M and they were here in an hour. Anthony quickly repaired the leak in kitchen and replaced a leaky valve outside of the house. Great work!

We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple "bundles" to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.
