Excellent experience. Toilet was leaking and Travis was able to come out same day to diagnose. Once I decided to mover forward with new toilet install Travis was out next day to complete the job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

We needed a full plumbing drainage installation - redo our plumbing and put it under the house. It was a huge project and a bit overwhelming. The Parker and Son's team was great and did an excellent job explaining our options and helping to alleviate some of the stress that comes along with a house remodel. The team was professional, always on time and transparent throughout the process if any problems came up. They also did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done which was really impressive considering how much dirt was involved with all the trenches they had to dig. Overall, we were very happy with the team - Justin, Daniel, Jose and the rest of the team were all awesome!

I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness. Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

Mr.Devon was the right person for the job I really appreciate it him and I will be using his services Hero Home Services for any future needs.

Great communication, and fast work. Took extra time on my fridge to make sure I could still have it make ice while the part was ordered. Would highly recommend.

James and his partner ( didn’t get his name , but he looked like Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead so I called him Rock Star!)- were AWESOME. First, they showed up right away, assessed the situation - clogged pipes caused by the super high mineral content in our water here. Solved that, and educated me on saltless water softeners!! We have a salt one at our other house - and the idea of a saltless one was the perfect solution for this home, which we rent out. They quoted me on that - I was so impressed with their honesty, knowledge and fair prices!! I decided that day to install one - from a clogged drain to an install - and they were able to schedule it THAT DAY. I have tried sooo many plumbers - all the “ big ones”- who are outrageously expensive - and did not do a great job, had to return to fix mistakes etc. FINALLY FOUND A PLUMBER I CAN TRUST!! James and rock star from All Hours Plumbing are the best !!!!!

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

AC stopped working yesterday. We called or home warranty group who set up a visit for 12 days out. Not waiting that long. I called Patrick Riley, got a same - day visit. Michael shows up, found a bad capacitor, swapped it on the spot and got us up and running immediately. Can't get much better than that.

It's easy to get paranoid about repair costs, not knowing if the tech is being honest, but to hear that our bill was the cost of the visit guarantees Patrick Riley continued business with me.

It's one thing to speak professional and courteous, it's another to be honest about how little he had to do to fix the problem. Awesome!
