Best Water Heater Repair And Install in Phoenix AZ

I called Maloney a week ago for a drain stoppage after finding they were advertising an extremely low price for the service I was looking for. They were my first phone call. After speaking to Kitty and a plumber on the phone, I was informed that low advertised price was a mistake and shouldn’t have been on Maloney’s website. I said thanks for the info, but I would educate myself further and make a few other calls.About 20 minutes later, Kitty out of the blue called me back. She informed me that was Maloney’s mistake having the incorrect advertised price, and that they would come out and repair/fix the stoppage for that advertised price. I was blown away.This drain stoppage in my house was pretty bad. Maloney’s had 2 plumbers at my Chandler home (coming all the way from Central PHX) to fix this issue. It took them about 3-4 hours to fix. Kitty herself even made the drive down to check on her employees and make sure the issue was resolved in my home. And after the drain stoppage was fixed, the amount I was charged was the original amount that was advertised on the website.I couldn’t have been more impressed with the levels of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and quality of workmanship of Maloney. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

We have used Diamondback Plumbing for many years and have always had very good and reliable service. We have recommended this company to several friends and neighbors who were equally pleased with their services.One of my neighbors had a ridiculous estimate for a repair from another company and was told that every faucet in her home had to be replaced. Upon my recommendation she called Diamondback and found out that only one faucet had to be replaced. She was very grateful for my recommendation and pleased with the final outcome.

Had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I had my sewer back up and the plumber that I called could not unclog it. I had a service line warranty and they sent out Moon Valley Plumbing. They ended up digging up my yard and replacing about 10 feet of sewer line. The guys that came out, Alex and Cole, were very nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They put my yard back together and made everything up to code. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Moon Valley.

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

My salt holding tank appeared to be leaking so I called and was scheduled for the next day. Craig and Adam came on schedule. Determined that it needed to be replaced. They did a great job explaining all my options as well as what to expect when they installed the new system. During removal, water damage was discovered so they also helped me start the process with a mitigation company. Craig answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I will definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I was being service for the following.
1) slow hot water circulation to the kitchen and master bedroom
2) replacement of a faucet in the laundry room

The work was excellent and the Kevin (the service pro) was great. The job needed 2 trips due to the fact that parts were need that were not std. Everything is working much better now.

I had service done, for the whole house plumbing inspection on Thursday 1/21/21. Derek was the tech that came, he checked all the sinks, toilets, showers, soft water unit and the tank less water heater, also did a flush cleaning of the heater. He explained alot about the plumbing. He was friendly, thorough, very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and will use them again. Fine job, thank you.6/10/21.. today I had service to replace filters on my RO water system. Daniel was the tech that preformed the service. I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically "a separate issue" from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!

We had a complicated plumbing issue and from day 1, the lead technician, Mark was able explain the whole process so it was clear what was to be done. The whole process took several months because of our schedule. Mark was easy to work with, very professional and very much focused on customer service. He and another technician, William, really made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The service was not cheap, but well worth it. I would highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing!
