I'm surprised to see this company gets 5 star reviews. I had a few bad experiences with them. I have used them for my business and home and not good when they came out for service. Plumber didn't finish a kitchen sink install and was suppose to come then next day and did a no show. Could not fix toilets at my business. The ladies in office are very rude when I call or have questions. I will be using a different company for my business and home in the future.

Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem. I had been skeptical and had hesitated for some time to address this issue, but Accent Plumbing turned out to be a reliable, trustworthy plumber, with a very competitive price for the repair. Kitchen drain plugged up and 40 minutes after I called a plumber was here to fix it (I called at 5:30pm and he arrived at 6:10pm and had the job finished by 7pm. Cameron was top notch communicator and plumber and we could not be more pleased.

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so.
