I needed to replace my water heater and called Diamondback Plumbing after calling another plumber that tried to price gouge me. Not only was Diamondback a lot less expensive but their plumber, Diavonte, was great. Diavonte arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Diamondback again and recommend them to friends and family. They saved me a lot of money and did an exceptional job!

Moon Valley was contracted through our ServiceLine warranty company and everything went incredibly smooth thanks to Jason. What a pro! I was prepared for all kinds of challenges since, well, home warranty companies.... Not this time! Leak detection in 24 hrs, and repairs the next day. Definitely recommend. Ask for Jason!!

Mason was on time and extremely professional. He was alert to catch a rust issue in the water heater and correctly did not flush the unit. He then worked with the manufacturer to get a heat exchanger under warranty. We are waiting for the part and repair has not yet been done. However, so far, we are very pleased with Benjamin Franklin and Mason.

Julian was an awesome help. Bought a townhouse and had a few issues with drips and broken shower fixtures. Julian installed everything very quickly and was very professional!

He cleaned up the area afterwards, tested and made sure it was working well and was very knowledgeable and respectful.
