Within 24 hours of reaching out to Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC., Ignasio and Edward arrived on site to assess the recently discovered leak. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Within a few hours, the leak was repaired, and the workspace/landscaping was clean and returned to normal conditions. I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He felt that with the toilet bowl there could possibly be something bigger than simply a leaking toilet bowl. He advised us to speak with a restoration company first before he, the plumber, did any work. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!



Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!



He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! ??



I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

Reverse Osmosis system replaced

Chris was able to move my guest bathroom sink drain and plumbing over about 3 feet in a block wall to accommodate our new vanity: while he was there he also was able to replace a leaky hose bib: he did beautiful work and was super quick! Very happy with their service

Roto rooter has been out three times to fix the same issue. Andre Webb came out. And fixed the issue. He was so kind. So patient. So understanding. Would give him 20 stars. Thank you ANDRE!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Paul's service twice so far, and he will be the only plumber I ever call in the future. Paul does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, and charges a fair price. My water heater started leaking. I called Water Heaters Only and they sent someone out to replace it the same day. Technician Trevor E. was professional, courteous and respectfully answered all my questions.

This company does excellent work and we're very polite. I highly recommend them!

Larry Morgan was quick to ask what I needed and had an answer. He and Chris came up with a plan and Larry executed it with expertise. Larry fixed the fresh water main in record time and affordable price.

The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.
