Javier, my service technician, was extremely professional, courteous, and skilled, and he answered all my questions. He offered suggestions to make things better than before. He replaced a maze of old water lines and valves under my kitchen sink that were leaking, and installed a very nice new kitchen faucet. He also repaired leaky valves for my tub. He did it in the time that he had estimated. I am very happy and will definitely use this company again. In fact, the next project is to install a drinking water system.

I had a leak coming from the outside of my house. I googled the best plumbing companies in my area and came across Reddi Services and couldn't have been more thankful. I was able to call and get someone out same day to assess the situation. The rep they sent out his name was Gerald Schulz. He is a pros pro and I couldn't again have been more thankful for an honest and very knowledgeable person. He was able to quickly identify the issue...and even before that he gave us worse case scenario of the situation. He explained everything perfectly as far as the next steps. He made this unfortunate situation for myself as a homeowner a little better considering what will have to be done to get it fixed just by his customer service and positive attitude.
