My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other plumbers as I didn't shop around and this is my first time hiring one, but given the good work they did, I'd hire them again even if their prices are a touch higher than the competition.

Moon valley pluming came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of Urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both Chris an Pam they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed an on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional an nice gentleman! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. Moon Valley is our go to plumbing company forsure!

I've used Joe for over 20 years. He has rooted my kitchen drain and main sewer line multiple times, installed fixtures, installed a bi-directional clean-out and created a completely new kitchen sink drain line to replace the old one. He is an honest man who advises you what you need an what you don't need. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I was panicked - disgusting sewage was coming up through both bathroom drains, it was 3:15 pm, near the end of the work day, I was terrified no one was going to make it out that evening and my OCD self was going to have to live with that smell through the night. This was the 7th place I called and the phone agent, I wish I remembered her name, she was a multitasking GODDESS, she heard the urgency in my voice and asked e to hold real quick, came back On the phone and was working on an estimate, building my customer profile and dispatching Charlie who just happened to be near my location and finishing up an appointment. He was at my house within in 20 minutes. He was professional and honest. It was a great first experience with Wyman.

Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

I am furious with Ben Franklin Plumbing! We called them to have our tankless water heater flushed and serviced. The person om the phone quoted us $69.99, but when the serviceman came out, he told us it would be an additional $325.00 to service the water heater! Very misleading.

Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

The Option One team, including Andrew, Tim, and Ruben, did an outstanding job installing clean outs and repairing a poorly sealed ABS to clay pipe joint. Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet. Clean out location was close to other utilities so machinery couldn't be used. The digging was done by hand tools with countless rocks encountered. I was impressed by their work ethic and how effectively they were able to work as a team. I would recommend this group to anyone without hesitation.

Showed up to diagnose leak under sink. Found garbage disposal leaking around the top where it connects to the sink. Tried to sell me a $775 replacement when there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It only needed to be retightened under the sink.

Had service man come and reinstall… no leaks $75 cost.
