Pink is my go to plumbing company. They are probably the only vendors I look forward to coming over and I can't speak highly enough of them. But here I'll try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel I've had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with you'll understand that repair isn't a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

Had a leak under sink, couldn't get any local.plumbers from buckeye, so called home advisors they sent out a great and

From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Our plumber Chris was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did a nice, clean, professional install. Rapid Rooter is a top-notch company that installs quality soft water and filtration systems. We will for sure be using Chad and his company again for other plumbing services down the road.

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

PLEASE READ THIS!! I had Day and Night come to fix our heater in January. Everything was great, they got 5 stars and I wrote a review on how they went above and beyond for us. So now, in the middle of the summer, a part of our AC went out, so they sent Jeffrey(service technician) out to our house. It was a part that was in the range of 2k to fix it. Since a full new unit would cost about 6-7k I'm guessing, we started talking about getting a new unit. Jeffrey explained how they would have someone come out the next day to give us a price on the new unit. We were about to have him set that up for us......As we were discussing this, my mother mentioned that she purchased our unit in 2010. Instead of just letting us buy a new unit, Jeffrey asked if she still had the paperwork/receipt of when she purchased the unit. My mother went through her records and was able to find it(she would've never looked at that receipt EVER if Jeffrey didn't ask to see it). Jeffrey looked at it, and informed my mother that she had a warranty on the unit for ten years(with one of Day and Nights Competitors), and asked me to call them right then. They setup a service tech to come out the following day. They came out and fixed our AC the following day. This speaks of the integrity that this company holds, they care about the customer, even if it's not necessarily their company that fixes the problem. Big shout out to Jeffrey, we ended up paying the service charge for him coming out there, but in the end, if he wouldn't have informed us that we had a warranty, we would've paid for an entire new unit for the house. So THANK YOU Jeffrey and Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing!! I would give ten stars if I could!!

They refused to come out when my sink was spewing water everywhere underneath and i had already waited a day. They wanted a minimum of $350 to come back out when i had used them a month ago for a small leak and he told me they wouldn't even start the work without the $350 . I am on fixed income so do not usually have that kind of money on hand and when I said I was willing to withdraw from my IRA but it would take several days, he wouldn't come out until I had the cash so I still cannot do dishes or use my sink for anything. I realize they need to make $$ but apparently I am not worth their time any longer.

Your Phoenix Plumber was quick to come out for a plumbing service call appointment and resolved my problem in one trip. Will use again when needed.

I had shower clogged few days ago and then I realized the main line is clogged. Called Zippity to schedule an appointment. Came right on time to unclog the drain for me. They also use a drain video camera to check the pipe and make sure the pipe looks ok. There are some tree root issues and they gave us a quote for the repair.

Came on a Sunday afternoon when we were left without water. Fixed the issue quickly.

BPDI is a great company to work with! The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The technician (Eric) was super efficient and worked with our schedule. Adrienne was very helpful in helping schedule our service and understanding what our needs were. Debbie and Kathy in the office are always pleasant and also helpful! We will definitely be using them in the future!
