Writing this review due to how your employees act out on the field and how that’s a reflection of your business . This morning my wife was taking a run in queen creek station and if she hadn’t jumped out of the bike lane she would have gotten ran over by your workers. She went back to work site to ask if they saw her the young employee retaliated vocally back at her saying they where looking for directions and other words instead of paying attention on the road! If this is the type of people you hire really speaks volumes of how your business is ran!

The water heater failed at my rental property and I appreciated how quickly I was serviced. The installer was wonderful!

Only negative is that I did request three times a copy of a paid invoice which is needed for my CPA and I never did get one.

Whitton Plumbing called a day in advance to confirm the appointment and again 30 minutes before getting to the house. The service person was courteous and quickly fixed the issue. Great job, and I will recommend you to others.

Whitton was the servicing company for our builder. We've had them to our house a couple times for various issues. On time and did a good job. I would use them for my own needs after the builder coverage is over.

I really appreciated that they answered all my questions before and the even after the service was finished. The worker did the installation very quickly and came near the beginning of the service window. Would definitely recommend!

I thought the labor was too high for replacement of water heater with warrantee, that said the response for replacement and follow up in one day was awesome . Technician also very friendly and through in his job

Ive always had a very positive experience with Whitton Plumbing. I purchased an RO system from them several years ago and have them service and change the filters. Recently they installed a new system free of charge which was completely unexpected. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Today I come home from work and find water running out of the garage into the street. Being the end of the workday this would be an after hours repair. It's nice that they don't charge extra for that. My plumber was Kyle. He was professional and did the repair I suggested. We discussed price and I received the same price I was quoted on the phone. I feel their pricing is just. I received a quote from another plumber before I called Whitton Plumbing back to do the repair. The other plumber wanted almost double. Use Whitton Plumbing for your repairs. You won't be disappointed.

The company was quick to respond to some minor issues we had with bathroom faucets and the re-installation of a kitchen faucet on a newly built home. Both were done quickly and professionally.

The plumbers that came to check out our shower head were on time, polite, and cleaned up after finding and fixing our issue. I will call them again for future plumbing needs and I will recommend whitton Plumbing to all my friends and family.

Excellent service. Fixed warranty on home twice! Changed rod in hot water heater stopping air bubbles and repaired dripping pressure valve! Know their stuff!

Service was great. Our hot water heater went out and they replaced it the same day we called. Can’t remember the name of the plumber that came out but he was awesome. Would definitely recommend them.

DANGEROUS DRIVERS!!!!!!Today I was driving and about to enter the turnpike to get into the 17 going south from carefree highway when truck #439 license plate CK32987 decided to illegally cut across all lanes of traffic to push their way infront of me at the last minute forcing me to brake very hard. Whomever was driving should have their license revoked. If you see them on the street beware of their dangerous driving.

These guys are brutal. My house was built and plumbed by this company when built. I just called to see if they had replacement toilet lids and they can't find not one matching lid for my toilet. I have three toilets one of which has a mis match. The code for the toilet is the same on both different lids. However they cannot help me get the right one even though they put them in....took several phone calls to get ahold of them also. I sent the lady there an email of the right and wrong lid. Also pointed out that they both had the same identifying numbers on them. This was done to avoid them delivering the wrong lid. Of course...they brought the wrong one. Terrible experience with this business. I'm still without the right lid.....Go somewhere else.

Another great experience with Whitton Plumbing, they arrived on time and fixed the problem in a timely fashion.The gentleman who showed up was extremely courteous and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The plumber knew exactly why my master bath faucet was leaking. Went to his truck to get the parts and was finished in 10 minutes. Plumber was courteous and very professional.

What a joke! Lady who answered the phone ask if I was done talking after I simply stated I wasn’t asking for a same day service. Never would I consider using these guys. I gladly paid 4K to another option. This place is so unprofessional. Highly suggest any other option.

Brad from Whitton Plumbing is awful. He is rude, careless and his presence tells you that you are a nuisance to him. He makes every excuse not to do his job. Will make sure he never comes out to our house again.

They were on time and did a great job. The estimate was exact. The misting system they installed doesn't drip and really cools off the back yard.

Their plumbers are always professional and friendly. Even came out on a holiday to service a water leak. Highly recommended.
