He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

Once again the service from ProSkill was outstanding! This time they replaced a Lennox heat pump that gave up the ghost after 17 years of reliable service. ProSkill installed a new Lennox variable speed XP20. I can’t say enough about the quality of work, their communication, keeping is informed all along the way. Joseph did a great low pressure sales presentation and gave us a very competitive price for the new Lennox Heat Pump. Terrance, Jose and Mitch were amazing in their professionalism, skill and expertise installing the unit. Terrance and Jose helped me move a car with a dead battery (the car was fine yesterday) out of the way so they could have a clear work area, going way above and beyond. I give all three all three of these guys and ProSkill 5 stars and will recommend them to family, friends and coworkers!

My air conditioning went out after numerous repairs and I decided a replacement was necessary. I researched on line and was drawn to ACA. Troy came out immediately, researched the system and provided a quote the same day. The price was in line with expectations and they scheduled the installation quickly. SMW Refrigeration recently installed a new roof mounted Trane XL16C unit on our residence. The unit is certainly the most quiet of all the units we have had in the past. From my research, I was convinced this was the best unit for us and so far, I believe we made the right choice. Our sales person, Todd was very helpful by providing needed information and various unit options . I cannot say enough good things about the professional manner in which the transaction and installation was handled. I'd like to say, over the years, we've owned several units but it seemed the quality control of their installation always lacked somewhat (I'm now retired from the electrical industry and know the difference in quality installations and the lack thereof). Bryan and Chino did our install and I inspected it afterwards. Their workmanship was so excellent and professional, frankly, I was impressed. They properly cleaned up after themselves and both were so very helpful and polite. Bryan even helped me download the app that allowed cell phone control of our new Trane thermostat. All in all, I give SMW Refrigeration an A+ rating and will highly recommend them.
