I had seen TSM Roofing installing roofs on homes in the area. This was the only company that I seen that was working up to my standards. I’ve been in the new home business for 41 years. Tyler was punctual at our first meeting and answers all of my questions. The crew showed up on the day that they were scheduled. They tarped the ground and bushes for the tear-off. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to call Tyler to roof another home. I am very pleased with this company.

Omg it was really good to have someone knowledgeable and not out to price up the work so reasonable Joe was amazing will recommend him to all my friends and family try them u will have a great experience!!! Will use him agian !!!

They took the time to listen to my needs and did a superb job following through.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

I recently had mikku and sons redo my roof,They were very professional and the guys did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. I will recommend them to anyone the needs roof work done, thanks guys for a terrific job.

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

So grateful for Joe and his crew at Circle G Roofing. My client was in need of roof repair. Joe was amazing. I contacted Joe last night, and he made it out to the property this morning. He did a complete inspection and provided a fair quote. I highly recommend him and his crew. They are honest, hardworking and really good at what they do. As a realtor it is important to provide our clients with vendors we can trust. Joe thank you for your great care of my clients.

I called these guys Douglas and his brother to get an estimate on a roof, expecting to pay out of pocket these guys got up on my roof and explained that I have obvious storm damage, worked with my insurance company and got me fully approved I paid nothing but a very small deductible! These guys were very friendly and helpful and got my roof built in less than a month!

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.

The tile roof came out so nice and they finished when they said they would. I am recommending this company for anyone who needs a roof for their home. Thank you so much!
