Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

From top to bottom, Macho is a great business. Most especially Robby and Danny were excellent. Super helpful. Always keeping me in the loop. They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! We’ve only been in our new build for a few months and after a ton of rain there was a HUGE sink hole above one of our drain field, I spoke to Gina and she assured me this was common with new septic systems and would simply need to be backfilled. She even took the time to look up the type of system we have to confirm this wouldn’t be an issue. She was super nice and helpful I will definitely be calling them when our tank needs pumped.
